I Can See Health Bars in Real Life-Chapter 460 - Finale (Part 4)
"Of course, I have to thank you all..."
Gu Mo chuckled, moving his hand away from the stone lion statue, and the specific attribute page from the identification function naturally faded away.
They were the specific attributes of the golem, including origin, quality, immunity characteristics, etc., and clearly marked its ordinary weaknesses. Besides electricity being particularly effective, the golem was also weak to anti-magic metal bombs and elemental oil... so it was indeed a technological crystal from the Wizard World.
Gu Mo was filled with emotion, though not surprised, as it was mentioned in the mage’s thesis. It had noted that the effective means for demon hunters to destroy golems was to apply acidic sword oil to silver swords.
Moreover, based on his previous exploration, items refreshed in the shop meant they were sourced from worlds detected by the system... so sometime earlier, a dungeon entrance to the Wizard World had opened from the real world, but now it had already refreshed.
The intersection of the two worlds had long disappeared, like two non-intersecting parallel lines.
"Alright, let’s go, it’s not far ahead..." 𝑓𝑟ℯ𝘦𝓌𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝑐ℴ𝓂
Gu Mo looked at the witch contemplating something and called out, taking the initiative to step forward, his gait filled with a sense of joy.
"Speaking of which, Kikyo, I’m surprised you agreed to come along..."
"I just wanted to confirm what you said..."
The witch furrowed her brow and replied. She didn’t quite believe this man’s words, claiming to be just an ordinary person seemed unbelievable... but what was so shocking about that? Living in the Warring States Era, she didn’t even possess the everyday knowledge of women in the Warring States Era, so naturally, she hadn’t thought of anything else.
The village was relatively quiet, many houses had their doors and windows closed, appearing as though they had been uninhabited for a long time.
The younger generation had all gone to the city to make a living, leaving only elders and children behind. If it wasn’t school holidays, the village was usually very quiet.
Stopping in front of a house, Gu Mo exhaled and reached out to knock on the door.
"Who is it?"
A woman’s calm voice came from upstairs, followed by the TV volume quickly being lowered.
"Courier..." Gu Mo replied cheerfully.
Soon there was movement upstairs, the voice changed to delighted excitement: "You’re back? This is unexpectedly early, I sent you messages in the group but you haven’t replied to me, you little rascal, I thought you weren’t coming back—" The sound of descending footsteps rapidly approached downstairs, followed by the sound of the door being unlocked, and the woman’s eager conversation continued from inside.
Even before the door was open, there was a rapid burst of chatter from within, causing Gu Mo to chuckle silently, feeling a gentle warmth inside.
"I wanted to surprise you all..." He responded.
"Surprise? What kind of surprise... Did you bring a girl home?"
The woman’s voice sounded ambivalent from inside: "Your dad always says not to rush you, but you can’t keep being unresponsive..."
"..." Gu Mo tugged at the corner of his mouth, instinctively glancing back.
The witch stared at him quizzically, but her expression subtly changed at that moment.
And almost simultaneously, Gu Mo’s heart felt a strange premonition through intuition, like cicadas sensing autumn’s approach before the wind began blowing. It wasn’t a sense of crisis nor a strong threat, but he just felt something was about to happen.
In the next moment, a flash of light appeared.
A white figure seemed to burst out from a void, unexpectedly colliding head-on with Gu Mo.
The sound of clattering was noisy as bags of all kinds scattered to the ground, and at that moment, the door to the house opened from inside. The woman who had been speaking before poked her head out, immediately being stunned at the glamorous witch.
Her eyes then moved down to the two people on the ground, seeing a white-haired girl looking somewhat flustered, scrambling to get off her son.
"This..."
It really was a surprise?! But isn’t this double surprise a bit much?
The white-haired girl had a scar on her face and was clutching a silver sword. She stood up dazedly, pulling away while observing this unfamiliar world, and spoke in a strange language that only two of the three people present could understand.
"What... what is this place?"
"..."
"..."
"Welcome to Earth, Princess of Sintra..."
Sitting up from the ground, rubbing his rear, the knocked-over Gu Mo got a clear look at the suddenly appeared white-haired girl and couldn’t help but twitch at the corners of his mouth. Yet in his heart, a sudden insight surfaced, bringing forth an exceedingly peculiar thought—
Could this be my chance to return to the past’s dungeon world?
And at the same time, hearing the unfamiliar man call her by this title, the white-haired girl’s face instantly changed dramatically.
