Only God-Chapter 550 - 474 Storm Domain
Chapter 550: Chapter 474 Storm Domain
Schiller not only caught the three gods off guard but also astonished the watching divinities of the Celestial Kingdom.
They had never imagined that the course of events would take such an abrupt and extraordinary turn.
"What is this?"
"The Path of Divine Creation... It’s the Path of Divine Creation."
"Could humans really wield such power?"
Fear swelled like a tide, the torrent of the era washing over the Golden Hall. Even though they were now gathered together, they seemed like a dam on the verge of collapse.
Before they could continue to ponder, the Great Angel acted once again.
Grasping the Sword of Victory, Schiller took a deep breath, facing the even clearer sky and continued his onslaught against Utus and the God of Victory.
"Utus, heed my command!" Laiendos bellowed, abruptly channeling a strand of Divine Power into Utus’s body, establishing a soul link.
"He’s coming!"
As these words reverberated within the soul, Utus no longer hesitated and suddenly raised his hand, swiftly summoning several storm barriers before him.
The fierce winds seemed poised to tear the sky apart like paper, while Schiller’s figure was slightly delayed, ceaselessly searching for a route through the storm.
Wielding the Sword of Victory, Schiller was naturally invincible and, by a stroke of serendipity, he found a rift between the storms. The Great Angel then crossed through the tempests as if venturing into unoccupied territory.
With the soul link, Laiendos’s perception slowly merged into Utus, allowing him to gradually catch glimpses of Schiller and make the split-second decision to stir up even more storms. freewēbnoveℓ.com
"Loren Carmen."
It was at this moment that Angel Schiller suddenly chanted in Ancient Language, and an immense power instantly manifested. A grotesquely enormous grey-white Lightning, as if transcending the infinite span of time and space, traveled from the distant past straight to the present.
The grey-white Lightning struck directly at Storm God Utus, tearing through the fierce storms as if they were mere tissue, turning into a chaotic whirlwind of sea spray as the water heaved with great waves.
The Lightning struck too fast for Storm God Utus to react; it struck him and set his divine figure ablaze. His Divine Blood had not yet spattered before it was already vaporized by the intense heat.
In the agony that followed, Utus nearly lost consciousness. He raised his hand, causing the once disordered winds to converge once more, striving with all his might to repair his body. Moments later, the flames from the lightning strike were extinguished, and the bedraggled Storm God hastily retreated.
If it were not for the fact that as the Storm God he bore a natural affinity and resistance to thunder, that strike of Lightning would have been enough to grievously wound him.
Utus gasped for air, his heart still pounding with the lingering fear as he recalled that bolt of Lightning.
The grey-white Lightning had filled the Storm God with an urge to prostrate himself before it, as if the source of that Lightning was born to be his king.
The power is not bad. Schiller remarked without hurry to pursue, knowing that if he chose to, he could turn into a streak of light and directly confront Utus.
At that moment, the Great Angel resembled a lion toying with its prey, a venomous snake eyeing a mouse, as if he wanted to watch his prey struggle to the very end before delivering the fatal blow.
And the Ancient Language he had chanted meant "Summon History".
It was composed of the "Summoning" and "History," two Ancient Words, and once activated, it could summon anything that had ever existed in history.
Of course, living beings were excluded.
For living beings have souls.
To illustrate, a living being is like a ship, and its soul is like the anchor, a fixed point anchoring it within the fabric of spacetime, preventing arbitrary shifts in position.
What Angel Schiller had just summoned was a bolt of Shan’en’s lightning, to be precise, lightning from Shan’en when he bore the Primordial Will.
The God of Victory, Laiendos, watched this scene with disbelief. The strongest among the three Divines, the Storm God, had just been so easily repulsed.
At this moment, the Earth God Lorri no longer raised the sea level. He realized that with Utus repelled, the original plan to construct a massive cage to trap Schiller had failed.
And then, Laiendos cried out,
"We can no longer hide, Lorri."
The urgent cry erupted, and the young and honest Earth God suddenly beat his chest with both hands. The tremendous Divine Power belonging to a Fifth Rank Divine surged from his chest, flowing through the veins and spreading throughout his body in an instant. Lorri’s body kept growing larger and larger. His legs stood upon the ocean floor, and his head reached the sky, transforming into a stone giant nearly ten thousand feet tall.
The vast giant took steps across the sea, each one stirring up tsunamis, ruthlessly pounding the nearby land. Schiller, in front of this giant, seemed like an insignificant mosquito.
Lorri’s great hand came crashing down from above; his palm, covered in dense spikes, plummeted towards Schiller with an unstoppable force akin to a meteor.
While the Earth God Lorri engaged Schiller, the Storm God Utus had also recovered. He clasped his hands together, and the Storm Spear began to shatter inch by inch as Utus manipulated his Divine Power, intentionally breaking the Divine Artifact in his hands to release an even more formidable force.
Boom!
With countless thunderclaps resounding, ferocious gales suddenly turned into numerous storms, rumbling over a hundred miles around, with lightning flashing ominously within the vortex.
The Storm Domain.
As storms surged, the entire space began to experience intense changes. Schiller looked around in amazement to find that within the Storm Domain, every corner had turned into violent wind.
Seas made of ferocious wind, clouds of ferocious wind, islands of ferocious wind, lands of ferocious wind... Every thing had become composed of ferocious wind, and the Storm God Utus became the sole deity and dominator within this domain!
Schiller dodged an attack from the Earth God Lorri, but his gaze did not fall on the Earth God, let alone take the opportunity to counterattack.
The Great Angel turned into a streak of light, dashing towards where the Storm God had retreated.
For at this moment, the threat of the Storm God Utus far outweighed that of the former.
"Schiller, you deserve to die!"
As Utus’s sonorous and solemn Divine Word fell, Schiller was startled to find that his body began to disobey him, starting to dismantle itself.
Within this domain, where Utus was the only deity, his words were absolute, and they would manifest into reality.
The Great Angel once again chanted in the Ancient Language. His figure abruptly vanished, leaving only a faint and blurry glow, which, because of Utus’s words, was instantly extinguished.
Just now, Schiller had utilized the power of the Path of History, making Utus’s words hit an illusion.
It was a historical illusion created by Schiller, which then became Schiller’s scapegoat, erased within the Storm Domain.
