A titanic explosion erupted between them, the resulting shockwave splitting the sea for kilometers. Water rose into the sky like a reversed waterfall as the blast's impact cratered the ocean surface, sending hurricanes of wind in every direction.

As the light faded and the darkness receded, the battered forms of both titans hovered above the ruined sea.

Shamrock coughed blood but remained standing, his armor fractured.

Meruem's grin never left his face.
