As Asher Land walked away, Nanny Garcia approached Sophie Smith and Alexander from behind.

"Nanny Garcia, please don’t say anything, okay?" Sophie’s eyes were sincere.

"Miss Smith, do you really not want the young master and master to recognize each other?" Nanny Garcia’s tone was a bit helpless. All these years, Sophie had been hoping for Asher Land’s return, hoping for a father-son reunion, but now...

"Nothing." Asher Land casually collected his emotions, gently placing the photo frame down. Alexander found it odd and moved closer. He reached his toes, trying to grab the photo Asher had covered...

But, unfortunately, the desk was too high for him to reach.

Just as Alexander felt troubled, he suddenly felt his body being lifted.

With amazing ease, Asher lifted Alexander with one hand to sit on his lap.

"What are you doing?" Alexander displayed a shocked expression.

Asher said nothing, only reaching out to open the closed photo, turning it toward him.

"It’s Mommy and Uncle..." Alexander murmured.

In the photo, the two of them resembled the most beautiful scenery, and Alexander suddenly felt that his mommy and this uncle really matched well together.

"Uncle, have you known Mommy for a long time?" Alexander raised his little head and asked word by word.

"Yes."

"Longer than Uncle Bishop?"

"Yes."

Alexander felt puzzled, "Why have you known Mommy longer than Uncle Bishop, yet I’ve never seen you?"
