Chapter 64: Chapter 64: Body Reconstruction 2

Almost complete. Just need the cells.

The final and most intricate step. Every part of his body—bones, organs, meridians, muscles, everything—needed cellular structure to function properly as a living organism rather than just an energy construct.

Runar used the fused golden-silver Rule-light to create cells, trillions upon trillions of them appearing simultaneously throughout his forming body. Bone cells within the skeleton. Blood cells beginning to flow through forming vessels. Muscle cells, skin cells, brain cells, every type the human body needed.

And because they were made from the fusion of all 3,333 Rules, each individual cell was something unprecedented.

Each cell contained power equivalent to multiple galaxies compressed down into a space microscopic in size. Not metaphor or exaggeration—that was the actual energy density achieved by fusing fundamental Rules of reality into cellular form. And each cell had characteristics from all 3,333 Rules simultaneously, making them adaptable, durable, powerful, and capable of things normal cells could never achieve.

The cells also had FTL energy transfer built into their very structure thanks to Space and Time Rule influences, with quantum entanglement woven through them by Quantum Rule’s contribution. Energy and information could move between any two cells in his body instantly regardless of distance, creating a level of coordination and response time that defied normal biology.

Runar did some quick math and immediately regretted it.

37 trillion cells approximately, each containing multiple galaxies worth of compressed power, all connected through instant FTL communication networks, all made from fused fundamental Rules of reality...

My body’s total power output is... you know what, I’m not even calculating that. The number would be meaningless anyway.

The final cells finished forming and settling into place. Skin spread across his entire body, creating a smooth protective layer. Hair grew from his scalp. Fingernails and toenails appeared. Every small detail that made him human despite the cosmic-level power contained within every cell.

Runar observed his completed body floating in the void of his micro-universe, surrounded by the framework of spacetime he’d built and glowing with soft golden-silver starlight.

He looked Twenty years old physically, though his actual chronological age was only about a month. The Law integrations during his cultivation had matured his appearance—tall and lean with an otherworldly quality that came from being constructed from fundamental universal principles. To anyone observing casually, he’d probably appear to be in his early twenties.

The simple black clothing he’d synthesized during the final stages of construction fit perfectly—practical pants and a shirt that moved naturally with his body despite being created from pure energy shaped into fabric.

Body complete, he thought with satisfaction. Skeleton, meridians, organs, cells—everything built from the fusion of all 3,333 Rules working in harmony. Connected to the micro-universe that’s now my dantian. Universal Seed integrated into my heart’s position where it belongs.

His consciousness, which had been floating free this entire time, suddenly felt a gentle pull toward the body. Not forceful or demanding, just an invitation to come home. To reunite mind and matter after their long separation.

He didn’t resist the pull.

The transfer happened smoothly and naturally, like water flowing downhill. One moment his consciousness was observing his body from the seed. The next moment he was inside, looking out through eyes that hadn’t existed minutes ago, thinking with a brain constructed from fused Rules, existing in a body that shouldn’t be possible.

Sensation flooded back in a rush that was almost overwhelming after so long without physical form.

His heartbeat, steady and strong. Lungs ready to draw breath even though he didn’t technically need to breathe anymore. Skin tingling with awareness of the space around him. Bones solid and real beneath muscles that flexed in response to his slightest thought. Meridians humming with potential energy waiting to be directed.

His consciousness settled fully into the neural pathways of his new brain, integrating completely with the physical form he’d built.

Everything went quiet for a single perfect moment.

Then Runar opened his eyes.

The Infinite Qi Realm stretched around him in all directions—endless white void filled with impossibly dense spiritual energy.

He was floating, suspended in space with no gravity to pull him down or hold him up.

Perfect, he thought, flexing his fingers experimentally. Everything feels exactly right.

He looked down at himself, examining his new body with eyes that could perceive things on quantum levels if he focused. The golden-silver glow was still there, subtle but unmistakable—a side effect of being constructed from fused Rules rather than normal matter. Like someone had taken a human form and dipped it in liquid starlight that had somehow become solid enough to walk around wearing.

The black clothes he’d made fit comfortably, moving naturally despite being synthesized from pure energy during the body construction process.

Good. Now let’s see what this thing can actually do.

He decided to start simple. Just take a single step forward, nothing fancy.

His leg moved.

Far, far too fast.

One microsecond he was floating peacefully in place. The next microsecond he’d crossed an entire light-year of distance and crashed face-first into the Infinite Qi Realm’s outer boundary formations at relativistic speeds. The impact created a massive crater in space itself—formations cracking under the force, reality literally buckling from the collision.

"Ouch! What the—" Runar started to say, then made things worse by trying to stop himself.

His hand reached out instinctively to brace against the boundary wall.

Too much force. Way too much force.

His palm made contact and pushed, and the Rule-level barrier—specifically designed to contain even Cosmic Realm cultivators who could destroy galaxies with casual techniques—cracked like cheap glass under the pressure. Fractures spread outward in geometric patterns, entire sections on the verge of total collapse before the realm’s self-repair functions kicked in and hurriedly fixed the damage.

Runar froze in mid-air, staring at the rapidly-healing cracks he’d accidentally created in formations that should have been unbreakable.

"That really shouldn’t have happened," he muttered, genuine concern creeping into his voice.

He tried again, being much more careful this time. Just a simple rotation to face a different direction. Surely he could manage something that basic without destroying anything? 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂

His torso twisted.

The motion created a shockwave that rippled through space like a stone dropped in still water. More formations cracked in protest, stressed beyond their design tolerances by forces they’d never been meant to handle.

"Okay, something is seriously wrong here."

Runar decided to try a technique instead of physical movement. Maybe the problem was specific to his body. He’d try something simple—basic qi manipulation, forming a small sphere of energy in his palm. He’d done this particular exercise literally ten thousand times during his training with Celestia. It should be trivial.

He reached inward and gathered qi from his Universal Seed dantian.

The energy came flooding out in an uncontrolled torrent, moving far faster than he’d intended and in quantities that vastly exceeded what he’d meant to call upon. It formed into a sphere above his palm as instructed, but that sphere contained enough compressed power to vaporize multiple entire galaxies if it detonated. And worse, it was unstable—fluctuating wildly as his insufficient control failed to properly direct the cosmic-level energies he’d inadvertently summoned.

He dispersed the sphere as quickly as possible, sending the energy safely back into his dantian before it could explode and do real damage.
