As much as I would have liked to continue today, I wasn't in a condition to do so anymore. My health hadn't taken a great hit even with the number of rats but my stamina wasn't unlimited in the least. Even for me, four hours of hunting at my current stamina was too much.

Not to mention that, unlike yesterday, the giant rat didn't show up as I was hoping. Killing D-rank ones was good luck but there weren't that many of them as well.

In the end, I had no other choice but to retreat.

I didn't raise any of my stats because there was no need to. I would have to decide my physical stats once I got home. One thing was for sure; I would definitely be investing in stamina, even if I didn't invest any in the rest.

Once I came out of the sewer, I didn't go to the nice lady's house because I was full of mana and I had enough mana crystals on me to infinitely replenish my mana.

F-rank crystals replenished ten points of my mana.

E-rank ones restored hundred and D-rank ones restored a thousand points of mana.

Of course, it wasn't as overpowered as anyone thought it was.

F-rank skills weren't that powerful and even they took at least a hundred points of mana to be used. E-rank ones took ten times more than that and then the same pattern with the D-rank skills.

To just cast the highest grade fire attribute spell like [Meteor] or light attribute [Retribution], I would need at least a hundred million mana points. Even with my abilities, it was a skill I had to watch out for.

Using it more than once was impossible in close successions because mana would never replenish that fast even with mana crystals or mana potions.

The more mana I have, the more time it would take to replenish.

Anyway, now that I was done with most of the things, I used [Cleanse] two times. Once on me and the second time on my clothes.

That was the problem with skills. They could only be used once on a specific target. Going any further would be impossible. I mean, I couldn't cast [Cleanse] on a certain area, I would have to use it on a specific target.

Anyway, I had sixty-five stat points from today's hunt. It was enough of an amount to at least achieve an erection for a small period of time.

As I arrived home, Rayla was in the kitchen, preparing dinner while there was no sign of anyone else in the house. Seeing that there was no one around meant they hadn't returned from the hunt yet.

The soothing feeling that washed over me was indescribable in simple words. It contained a feeling of calm and peace that washed my entire being, not just my heart and mind.

I left the two points from yesterday just because I didn't want to mess up the synergy of stats. Of course, my intelligence would never be in synergy with the rest of my stats and as much as I wanted to invest them in my charm, it would be a useless thing to do so.

Now the question of the hour was; would this much mana be enough for what I wanted to do?

Only one way to find out.

I closed my eyes and began to circulate the mana in my body to the groin area of my body. It wasn't a difficult task at all, concentrating the circulation in just one place.

Just the feeling brought a tear to my eyes but I wasn't distracted from the task at hand.

The cost, on the other hand, was a problem. There were too many points in this state that couldn't be just ignored.

One, I would be the sole male in this world, probably, to achieve a hard-on or have an enlarged dick which wouldn't fare well for me. An anomaly would be the correct word to use.

So I couldn't remain hard all the time. Second, I would have to convince some people closer to me that this was a blessing but it might also be seen as an evil thing and might land me into trouble so I would appreciate it if they kept it to themselves.

Third, I could only achieve one hard-on per day. Once I canceled it, I would have to wait twenty-four hours before I could do so again.

And last but not least, the timing of the state.

Achieving the state would use 500 MP for five minutes and after that, the longer I wanted to use that state, I would have to use 200 MP for every minute to the maximum of ten minutes.

Given that I now had 750 MP thanks to the recent achievement, I still could only go for six minutes. And then the matter of my mental pleasure also affected the time limit of the state.

All in all, this was a very tricky and, by all means, a very tedious solution. A lot of technicalities were involved and no way in hell was it a long-term solution.

But the permanent solution was too far away for me to worry about it right now.

For now, I would have to be satisfied with the current circumstances and train myself to hold my brain so that I could enjoy this state to the maximum.
