My Wife is a Dead Villainess, and I'm Her Living Weapon-Chapter 159: Always
Chapter 159: Always
"There, there, everything is okay. We are still okay. Everything is fine, Bianca..."
"I trusted you, Elian. I trusted you not to lie to me..."
Elian couldn’t say anything back to Bianca’s accusation. They were not strangers, nor were they only friends or allies in the same faction. They were lovers, Tyrant and Anchor, husband and wife.
While many said there had to be no lies between spouses, many would claim that it was dependent on the circumstances. More often than not, love was the reason why one would want to shield his beloved from the truth.
The Tyrant might be able to use his INT stat to figure out physics and plots, but it was useless in relationships.
"I am sorry, Bianca."
"Let me guess, mothers said this was her freedom, right? That’s why you let her," Bianca deduced between sniffles.
Elian grew wide-eyed but made a small nod. Using his thumb, he gingerly wiped Bianca’s tears away. Her body no longer trembled, but she still rested her body on Elian’s. It made him feel good; even when she was mad, Bianca still sought him.
"Sigh. It is only during moments like this that I hate the culture of Fralhame. What use is being free if you are dead anyway?" she complained.
"Well, to some, not being free is the same as denying themselves. I am sorry, Bianca. You know I would never lie to you without just cause..."
Bianca turned her body and rubbed her face on Elian’s chest. "I know. I know how much you treasure me. I am also sorry I lashed out. I can pretty much guess how it went. Mom wanted to go because she wanted to enact vengeance in my stead, correct?"
"Yes. I am not sure if it was because she turned to a Weapon but mother-in-law can only described as rabid. I don’t think I can safely get her to stand down unless I restrain her. But if I do..."
Elian suddenly felt a pair of soft, cold lips kiss him. The affectionate gesture radiated love, desire, and above all, a deep sense of trust.
"My love, this is not your burden to carry. It is mine. Tell me everything next time. I will be the one to stop her. If she finds fault and gets angry, the blame shall be mine," the witch answered with conviction.
"But that would strain your relationship..."
Bianca came close and locked lips once more. Even more passionately as she softly bit Elian’s lower lip.
"Our relationship is not so weak it would break from such a thing. The Weapons are OUR creation, Elian." Bianca paused as her face turned red, "They are our children; I am half the reason they exist. You protect us from the outside; let me handle what’s within."
Seeing Bianca’s adorable face, Elian wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer. "Very well, then it shall be as you say..."
After another round of kissing, Bianca rested her head on Elian’s shoulder. She intertwined their fingers together in a lover’s hold as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
"Elian, you are the most important person to me. Please do not lie to me like this if you can help it. Even if I understand why you did it, it hurts. It hurts that you did not trust me," she murmured.
Bianca faced Elian and gazed deep into his eyes. Elian grew lost in the beautiful gem-like irises of his lover. She brought their intertwined hands to her lips and kissed the back of his hand with reverence.
"Do not worry about me being in pain; I am strong. The burdens you will carry will only grow heavier as time passes. But you don’t have to bear it all alone. You are not and never will be alone; I am here with you. Always."
Elian couldn’t say anything back and just marveled at Bianca’s beauty.
"Okay."
"Good."
Bianca then snuggled into Elian’s chest like a cat. It was something she only did to him and maybe the Beowolves. Her extremely affectionate gestures were clingy and adorable; they made the Tyrant feel extremely loved.
He rested his head on the roof they were on. The surroundings felt like winter due to Bianca’s anger earlier, but it was starting to warm up. Feeling at peace, Elian hugged Bianca tighter. It didn’t matter what was happening to the world.
So long as she was with him.
I can bear it.
"Hmm? You can bear what?"
"Nothing, I was just rambling."
"I see." Bianca then buried her nose into Elian’s chest and inhaled in an exaggerated manner. "Alright! Recharged to 100%. Let’s go, Elian; we have dungeons to conquer."
The Witch pulled Elian up as she brushed off the dust from their clothes.
"Did you just take a whiff of me, Bianca?" Elian asked in shock.
She looked away awkwardly as she explained, "So what if I did? I am from Fralhame! Meaning I am part wolf! I am not a pervert, okay? You are mine! So it should be fine! Why? Do you have complaints or something?"
Elian couldn’t help himself and grinned with mischief. In a single fluid motion, he grabbed Bianca by her waist from behind, lifted her up, and sniffed the side of her neck. The Witch froze, and her soul body’s skin grew flushed.
He placed her back down without saying a word. Bianca turned and covered her neck with her hand as she trembled. A conflicted expression was on her face, one mired in embarrassment, rage, and confusion.
Seeing her overwhelmed but unable to complain pleased Elian greatly. Whatever she said would be taken against her, so she could only stew in silence. While snickering, he offered her his hand and asked.
"Shall we go, my love?"
"You... you’re the worst," Bianca mumbled, clutching his hand but refusing to meet his eyes.
"HAHAHA! Why would I be? I am a Tyrant!"
Picking her up again in a bridal carry, the two raced back to their original destination. The newly established Crestfall Faction headquarters.

The two eventually make it to the old guild building where Katri was. But if before it was like a ghost town, now it was like a fortress. There were walls, guards upon guards, and above all. A dozen Flame Swallows were circling around the area like a halo.
Elian’s eyes grew wide at the change. The walls were repainted; there were Weapons littered about, there were lines and lines of people that stretched on and on.
"Wow! What the hell happened?" Elian couldn’t help but exclaim in surprise.
"Charlotte moved in. Rather than rebuild her brothel, she had her entire staff shift to this building. Katri leads the operations while Char’s people serve as her receptionists, Breakers and security. "
"That’s nice. So they no longer need to hide?"
"Yeah. Why would they? Silas took care of the Ascendancy side, Mom the Church, as for the Bloodright of Conquest, they were never vested in any one place to begin with," Bianca added with a shrug.
The two walked inside and were wearing their Lucian and Chiara disguises. They were about to line up when the guards who saw them quickly parted the lines to make way for them.
The guards were big, muscular hoodlums full of tattoos and piercings. But they were all respectful and kept smiling.
"Brother Lucian, Sister Chiara! We didn’t know you were coming. Please come on in."
The onlookers grew frustrated at their sudden arrival.
"Just who are these two? I have been standing here for half a day!"
"Ssh! There are Weapon’s watching, if you want to die, do it yourself!"
"Dude, shut up, I don’t want Tails to come back. She almost picked me last time!"
At their murmurs, Elian grew puzzled. "Tails?"
Like VIPs, the bouncers brought them inside the building before returning to their posts. Much like the outside, the inside of the once dilapidated building was now sparkling new. Everything from the carpet to the decorations screamed upper class.
"The place looks like a hotel lobby. We were only gone for a week, right?"
"It’s the power of money. Renovating a building in hours can be done. You just need to be prepared to spend a pretty penny. Char always liked showy, flamboyant displays of wealth."
"Right. So where to?" Elian asked.
"Let’s head to the training ground out back. Fluffy should be beating up the recruits."
"Huh? She is?"
"Yes. To get used to her new body she has been fighting without stopping since we left. She has gotten quite good. Do you not check on her from time to time? I thought you could see through the Weapon’s eyes if you wanted."
Elian smiled wryly as he answered, "I can, but I try not to. They have their own lives. What if I find your mom or dad getting busy? I only check on them when they ask me to. And there is a distance where it no longer works."
"I see. Well, I am sure you will be surprised."
Before they could even enter, a figure flew by them and crashed into a nearby wall.
"Uuugh..." the person cried out in pain.
"THAT’S IT? EVEN MY HAMSTER CAN HIT HARDER! What? You bastards need incentives? Fine! Get a hit on me and I’ll be your slave for a night!"
"GET HER!"
Locked in a massive thirty-man brawl was a single white-haired woman with a golden streak. With lithe and powerful movements, she bashed and kicked her opponents and sent them crashing along the walls. Her smile was deranged and full of insanity.
She was beautiful, extremely sexy. But she had white wolf ears and a tail.
"Fluffy? I see... You’re Tails aren’t you?"
"That’s what they call me! Welcome back, you genocidal lunatic!"
