My Super Sassy Dad: Stop Running Away, Mrs. Quinn!-Chapter 353: Live for You, Die for You
"Drive," Jared instructed the driver.
"Yes, sir."
As the car started moving, Melody Thorne thought this matter had passed, but she didn’t expect Jared’s large hand to restlessly wander over her body.
The shameful feeling of being firmly held down made her want to escape, desperately so, especially with the driver present. She could only bite her lower lip tightly to keep herself from making a sound.
However, Jared’s hand became more and more audacious, as if punishing her.
That kind of punishment where he was the strong and she the weak, a feeling she despised the most,
One day, she would become the strong one, and he the weak.
Then she would do to him things she did not wish to.
By the time the car stopped, Melody Thorne was drenched in sweat, her cheeks flushed as if she were a flower that had just shed dew, waiting for affection, incredibly enticing.
"I’ll punish you properly later," Jared kissed her forehead, his handsome and profound features bearing a hint of wickedness.
Melody Thorne’s gaze turned to the window. They had not returned to the Quinn Family’s home but had gone to another place, a secluded mansion.
Before she could ask where this was, out of the corner of her eye, she saw Sheryl Lancaster sitting in the courtyard, gazing at the moon with a contented expression.
Outside the courtyard, many bodyguards stood watch, appearing well-trained.
The words Jared had uttered that day echoed in her mind: once it’s confirmed that Sheryl Lancaster was Timmy’s biological mother, she would be imprisoned, preventing any disgrace to Timmy.
And on the day Ivy died, intentionally stating that Sheryl Lancaster was Timmy’s mother.
She thought Jared was joking when he said that, never expecting it to be true, that he would indeed have Sheryl Lancaster guarded and imprisoned,
Simply put, Sheryl Lancaster was still pleased, unaware she was already being held captive.
"Why did you bring me here?" Melody Thorne’s small face still bore a hint of unextinguished anger, mixed with unease.
Let this egomaniac forever believe that someone else is Timmy’s mother, imprison others for life, as long as it’s not her being imprisoned, it doesn’t matter. Precisely, wasn’t Sheryl Lancaster also desperately trying to get with Jared Quinn?
Then she could fulfill her wish.
Seeing Sheryl Lancaster now, it was as if she saw herself being imprisoned by Jared one day, without freedom or choices for life. At least now she was free and had choices.
Once Jared lost interest in her, she would have an exit, at least she wouldn’t end up like Sheryl Lancaster now.
"I brought you here because I feared you’d misunderstand her presence would make you uncomfortable," Jared’s gaze never once veered towards the courtyard,
Instead, he kept his eyes fixed on the petite woman sitting on his lap, observing her ever-changing expression with thoughtful interest,
"There’s nothing for me to misunderstand," Melody Thorne replied, somewhat guilty.
She had been reborn, and upon seeing Sheryl Lancaster imprisoned, she was too fearful to tell Jared the truth.
"Her presence poses no threat to you," Jared unusually patiently added another line.
He used to do what he did without explaining to anyone.
Melody Thorne lowered her head, pondering something, then quickly lifted it, her gaze filled with a mischievous smile, and her slender fingers began to twirl around the man’s tie. "Jared Quinn, as long as you tell me you love me now, love me to death, can’t live without me, live and die for me, I’ll tell you a secret, how about that?"
PS: Brother Jared, this is truly a big secret. You’ll regret it for life if you don’t hear it, keep it up~
