My Super Sassy Dad: Stop Running Away, Mrs. Quinn!-Chapter 338: Making Her Happy
Melody Thorne’s leg instinctively draped over Jared Quinn’s strong waist, panting softly, "I just thought of something that can make me happy."
"Oh?" Jared Quinn had already undone the buttons of her clothes, revealing vast expanses of tempting, snow-white skin.
Breathing became gradually heavier, and his large hand also slowly moved downward.
Melody Thorne’s face flushed, her eyelids drooped as she took the initiative to kiss Jared Quinn’s lips, nibbling on his ear. His usually perfectly styled hair was now thoroughly tousled by her hands.
She panted, "I just realized, every time you lose to me, I stay happy for a long time."
Jared Quinn: "...So what?"
"So, could you let go of me now, take a cold shower, and make me happy?"
Jared Quinn: "...Are you kidding?"
The bow was drawn; the arrow had to be released!
"Do you really want to make me happy?" Melody Thorne pleaded softly, "Please, won’t you go take a cold shower?"
Jared Quinn’s heavy breathing was right by her ear, with his hand already inside her dress, yet she was asking him to take a cold shower now?
"Hmm? Please?"
Her coquettishness was like an aphrodisiac, the fire in Jared Quinn only intensified, pressing more forcefully against her.
Jared Quinn lifted his head; Melody Thorne’s clothes were barely hanging on, a slight tug and the fabric would slide off her body, making it inevitable.
"Isn’t this what you want?" Jared Quinn asked discerningly.
"But I just want you to take a cold shower," she provocatively slipped her hand onto his chest, feeling his toned abdomen.
"Really want to teach you a lesson," Jared Quinn let her go, turning to head upstairs, his clean and decisive departure left Melody Thorne somewhat stunned, making her wonder if this man was really Jared Quinn.
He never failed to get what he wanted, but now he was holding back.
Did he truly want her happiness? She felt a flutter of excitement, feeling cared for made her feel elated.
Melody Thorne tidied her clothes and sat on the sofa below, eyes fixed on the stairs.
An hour later, Jared Quinn came down. Melody Thorne sprang up from the sofa, jumping onto Jared Quinn, her enticing lips curled into a playful smile as she clung to his waist with both arms and legs, "Jared Quinn, I find you’re getting better and better."
"Really?" Jared Quinn’s eyes didn’t reflect well; they seemed surrounded by dark mist, hard to escape once entered.
His large hands supported her body, his dark eyes unwaveringly fixed on the laughter in Melody Thorne’s eyes.
Her eyes, when she laughed, seemed to hold countless brilliant stars, dazzling to the extreme, making one reluctant to ruin the beauty within.
Even after a cold shower for an hour, when his gaze met the laughter in her eyes, it unconsciously softened considerably.
Melody Thorne laughed, "It should be like this."
If Simon Sutton knew his CEO ignored company matters to spend an hour at home taking a cold shower just to amuse Melody Thorne, one wonders what his reaction would be.
Jared Quinn lowered his head, observing Melody Thorne’s reaction, a flicker passing through his deep-set eyes, enduring for now, with intentions of someday truly cherishing her...
