While she was right in saying that she was becoming a broken record with how often she was saying it, Mom wasn't wrong about this being a challenge, nor about it being rather exhilarating either.

The Dog Goddess I was currently 'dancing' with was incredibly skilled and incredibly strong, her feral nature bleeding into a deceptively refined fighting style that she was attempting to suffocate me with.

That golden spear of hers was never motionless, and her limbs tended to catch ablaze whenever she made a move, amplifying her power by giving it quite the explosive boost while also blinding me a little as my eyes were forced to adjust to the extreme brightness.

Her speed was already explosive enough, but then there was the added facet of her hitting like a truck whenever her blow did land... all in all this towering dog headed woman was more than enough to keep me entertained, especially when I got my first cut in.

It was a thin gash across her abdomen, slicing through the black flesh and revealing vibrant crimson meat that wept as soon as it was laid bare, wetting her skin and releasing a plume of embers that smelt sweet.

The low growl she released followed by the oppressive sweep of her spear as she attempted to cleave me in two made it hard to relish this first wound I had created, but it was more than enough to ignite my own growl as I stared at her with a slightly ravenous smile.

I wanted more of it, both because I 'needed' it after being deprived of something this good for so long but also because it was the gateway to winning this fight in a more guaranteed manner than just beating her down.

While I definitely would prefer to just beat her into a pulp and take my time relishing every single second of it, the myriad variables to such a method made it feasibly impossible, at least if I wanted to have a high chance of survival.

That was where my wonderful, ember haired Vampire lover came in, her unique twist on the element dwarfing the Dog Goddess in front of me simply because... well, it was Leone, and not only was she simply adorable but she was also oh so fascinating with this new form too.

Some oversized ashen mutt simply couldn't compare, no matter how chiseled her abs were nor how intriguing her anatomy was... though I have to admit I was admiring this 'monster' a little since it wasn't everyday I was getting to see something like this.

But I was more focused on that glittering, flaming golden spear that passed just a hair over my head, singing my hairs and making me hiss softly as the heat spread across my head and muddled my mind for a moment.

Flames that were so hot they could overwhelm the senses and even rob me of in depth analysis was rather dangerous to go against, especially when paired with arms as long as I was tall and enough potential energy to make scientists question reality...

I had my hands full over on this side, and even with Leone backing me up with well placed and perfectly timed projectiles I was still jumping and rolling around constantly, forced into a dance so that I might eventually find the openings I needed.

Unlike the two dogs fighting on the other side, my clash was far more... 'intimate', what with the giant black and blue Serpent Goddess cracking that whip at me before trying to slit my throat with her short spear.

Or impale me, or drench me to the bone in what I had to guess was an acidic brine that she spit out at random... and she even attempted to bite me once, baring some rather long fangs before lunging at me.

Just like a snake, though that was more than apt all things considered; she just... seemed to 'uncoil' as she took what was already a difficult physique to fight against and made it more impossible as she stretched herself and moved far too damn fast.

All things considered... this was one of the best fights of my life as I was forced to deal with so much all at once, and as I sidestepped her whip before batting her short spear aside, I couldn't help but give in to that rush that combat brought.

The heat of adrenaline pumping through my veins becoming amplified with the anticipatory ecstasy of analyzing myself as I fought, praising my form and becoming so enthused whenever I landed the right hit or parry...

It was so damn good, but it was also a distraction that I wasn't entirely prepared for since that heat amplified other things too... like the fact that - despite being a snake headed 'thing - this opponent of mine was rather attractive...

And I mean that in the most vain sense of the word since really I was just looking at her curves... though there was an odd sort of appeal to that reptilian head of hers, something that definitely awoke something in me I had no idea was asleep.

Being so large meant that everything about her was large, and in the midst of my combat with her I had to just... relegate some of my mental capacity to this flush of arousal as I ogled her curves; watching her breasts that were barely contained by her armor bounce around, seeing her butt and thighs jiggle with every swift movement...

It was distracting, but at the same time it provided an odd sort of focus for me as I continued to shake off the rust, treating this both as a sparring session and as a real battle; the size of my opponent plus her speed was daunting, but honestly... Lady Fenyras was larger than life anyways, so this wasn't that special.

Having these random thoughts should have been distracting me, but really it just felt like it was meant to be, helping me enter a state where I was just acting on raw instinct, honed skill and anticipatory strikes as I whittled down my opponent, all while that Dragonkin behind me attempted to time her support spells appropriately.

It wasn't perfect, but it was most certainly fun and what I needed, so as I stepped to the side of that cracking whip before letting the short spear pierce the air right beside my head, I couldn't help but grin as I stared into the Serpent Goddesses glowing eyes, loving this thrill and relishing every single second of combat I was going to be allowed to have. fгeewebnovёl.com
