My Formula 1 System-Chapter 299: Concluding March
At the end of it all, Luca was able to create some accounts that were deemed important for a driver's profile beyond his actual Driver Profile.
Sara helped him set up the Twitt account for quick updates, race reflections, and interactions with fans. Then there was another platform, InstaSnap, high-quality images, race day moments that were captured, and a few personal life photos.
FN served as a broader outreach platform, covering official team announcements, sponsor shoutouts, and FIA-mandated updates.
Lastly, he made a StreamView channel, though he doubted he'd use it much. Luca learned it was mostly for posting short clips, race recaps, and sponsor-related content for a driver's account.
The handling of these accounts would be Vance's responsibility since he was PR and Media Manager, simply Luca's representation and to the public.
At the end of it all, Luca was a bit delighted that they actually got to open all these accounts. It gave him some awareness of social media, how it worked, and its advantages.
Mallow saw Luca's awe and took it upon himself to give some advice since social media was relatively new to Luca. He ended up telling Luca that he really wouldn't like to have anything to do with these platforms but to take them professionally and officially.
"Aye, sir. This is just the novelty charm, I guess," Luca said, heeding the advice.
After that, Sara and Mallow had breakfast with Luca. And once they left, Luca got ready to leave for a driving lesson today.
Sometimes, he feared that the Driving School Instructor would scold him for his inconsistency in attendance if he weren't a Formula driver.

But realizing it, his inconsistency was actually because he was a Formula driver in the first place!
Vance, his new coach bus, arrived and took him all across the face of London to the other end, where the school was located.
The instructor was glad to see Luca again, and so they resumed from where they had stopped. Vance moved into the building to wait. He was served a cup of coffee and a plate of pastries.
After about two hours of driving around and adhering to instructions, Luca completed the day's activities and scored an impressive mark.
He was given another bulletin containing details of the next session's activities. These bulletins were meant for him to study, but Luca already had a cupboard where he tossed them, unread.
Luca and Vance waved the school goodbye and left, heading to the headquarters after a brief stop at a café.
When they arrived, the entrance was decked out with a banner celebrating 37 points from the first race of the season. A crowd of fans had gathered outside, waving flags and holding up signs with Luca's name and race number on them.
Luca was surprised that Jackson Racing had allowed a few lucky fans inside to engage with the team. As soon as he and Vance pulled into the lot, all eyes turned to the car, assessing the occupants.
Luca sighed. He knew what was coming, so he got ready. Even Vance chuckled as he cut the engine, watching the fans slowly inch closer with hesitation.
"I think the team let them in for a reason," Mr. Vance said, briefly raising his hands and cocking his head with a smile. "I guess you're alone, buddy."
Luca took a deep breath, opened his door, and stepped out. The moment he revealed himself—whether fully or just halfway—the fans who had been approaching cautiously suddenly surged forward.
"LUCA!!!"
Dealing with fans was one thing, but dealing with fans that had unrestricted access was another level of trouble.
Before Luca could even make any progress, he had to calm everyone down from their eerie enthusiasm. Two girls had already latched onto him from both sides, encouraging others to reach for him too.
"Oh my God, he's actually here!"
One fan practically shoved a diecast model of his 92B into his hands, another thrust a notebook forward, and a third was already snapping selfies, without even asking.
Others, unable to push into the small crowd, simply bounced up and down in excitement, their feet full of tension and their hands itching to grab Luca.
Luca was engulfed, trapped in a whirlwind. But he managed to raise his hand up, trying to signal for some calm.
"Alright, alright—one at a time," he said, his eyes lifting up from the chaos around him to take in the sight of the headquarters' premises.
Far ahead, Mr. Matthews and Mr. Palmer, with a few others he recognized, were standing by a building watching him struggle with the fans.
Luca knew he had to speak with Mr. Palmer and the entire management board after his P1 finish last week. So, this little fandom harassment was stalling this meeting.
"Bro, can you follow me on InstaSnap? I made an edit of you!"
...Bro?
It seemed the fans wouldn't budge at all, treating Luca as if he were not a human being but a priceless relic, meant to be caressed and adored.
Luca wanted to retreat back into the car, but it wasn't possible at this point.
Mr. Palmer saw how arduous it had become for Luca to even breathe, and so, he ordered security to intervene, making it clear that the fans were violating the little privilege given to them.
Luca sighed with relief when security gently ushered the fans back, allowing him to sign a few autographs and take some pictures just the way it was supposed to be.
One girl, teary-eyed, could barely hold her phone straight as she took a selfie with him.
"I can't believe this," she whispered. "I was at the race last weekend. You were amazing!"
"Thanks," Luca replied, giving a small nod before moving along.
It was a relief escaping the throng, but he suspected it wouldn't be the last because they were still on the premises.
Luca walked toward Mr. Palmer and Mr. Matthews. When he arrived, he saluted fiercely.
"So you survived?" Mr. Palmer joked.
"Barely, sir," Luca said, adjusting his jacket. "Did we really have to let fans inside?"
"They won us 37 points of excitement. Let them enjoy."
Luca looked Mr. Matthews' way and bowed his head curtly. "Gaffer?"
"How have the past days been?" Mr. Matthews asked Luca, and Luca responded positively.
"Come, we're all waiting at the top floor," Mr. Palmer said, guiding Luca. "The crowd here might get weary before the full team is here to celebrate. Don't worry."
