The director, who was old enough to be her grandfather, affectionately stroked the top of her head.

They arrived at Yangcheng Airport a little after nine in the evening. Er Bao was there to pick them up.

"Mom wanted to come, but I told her to just wait at home at this hour."

Er Bao opened the trunk and put everything inside.

"You’re back!"

Lin Feng gently took off Xiao Bao’s shoes and socks, then changed her into her pajamas.
