My Charity System made me too OP-Chapter 154: Undead Monastery II
The battlefield trembled as the colossal skeletal warriors emerged from the depths, their hollow eyes glowing with an ominous light. Their sheer size and power dwarfed the previous undead, each one radiating an aura of death strong enough to cause the air itself to distort.
The Golden Knight reacted first. With a mighty leap, he soared toward the nearest skeletal behemoth, his greatsword glowing with divine energy. He slashed down with a force that split the air, carving a golden arc through the monster’s chest. The undead titan staggered, but instead of falling, its body reassembled almost instantly.
"Regeneration?" Roselia muttered, narrowing her eyes. "That’s going to be a pain."
Meanwhile, the Blood Mage raised his hands, crimson tendrils surging forth to ensnare another giant. The blood coiled around its bones, seeping into the cracks, trying to corrode it from the inside. But the skeletal warrior resisted, its very existence fortified by the Death Lich’s overwhelming power.
The Destruction Mage didn’t hesitate. He extended his hands, and a massive sphere of unstable energy formed above him. It crackled violently, distorting reality itself, before he hurled it forward.
BOOM!
The explosion was immense, sending shockwaves rippling across the battlefield. When the dust settled, one of the giants had been obliterated—but the others remained, stepping over their fallen ally as if it were nothing.
Leon clicked his tongue. "They’re too resilient."
Milim smirked. "Then we hit them harder."
She turned to her Blood Grand Knight, who had already absorbed the essence of countless undead. His armor pulsed with dark crimson energy, his sword now a living entity of blood. With a silent nod, he dashed forward, moving with impossible speed for his size. His sword cleaved into a titan’s leg, slicing through bone like butter. The skeletal giant collapsed, but before it could regenerate, the Dark Grand Knight appeared behind it, plunging his soul-draining blade deep into its skull.
The giant let out a soundless wail before crumbling into dust.
"One down," Naval said, twirling her rapier. "Nine to go."
The Death Lich, watching from his throne, finally stirred. He raised his staff, and a black sigil appeared in the sky, twisting and shifting as it expanded.
Lilian’s eyes narrowed. "That’s—"
Before she could finish, a storm of black flames erupted across the battlefield. It swallowed everything in its path—undead, summons, even the very ground itself. The world seemed to tremble as the cursed inferno spread.
Milim frowned. "That bastard just used Abyssal Hellfire."
Leon took a sip of his drink, unbothered. "I was wondering when he’d stop playing around."
Roselia sighed. "Should we step in?"
Roman chuckled, resting his sword on his shoulder. "We could... or we could see if they can survive on their own."
As the Abyssal Hellfire consumed the battlefield, the summons were pushed to their limits. The Golden Knight’s armor cracked, the Blood Mage’s control wavered, and even the Blood Grand Knight stumbled under the relentless assault.
But none of them fell.
Leon smirked. "Alright… let’s see how long they last."
The battlefield was now a chaotic inferno, the Abyssal Hellfire turning the ground into a molten wasteland. The skeletal behemoths roared soundlessly, their bones resisting the corruption of the flames, but the same couldn’t be said for the weaker undead—they were incinerated instantly, turning into dark ash that fed the Death Lich’s power.
The Golden Knight took a step forward, his armor glowing brilliantly despite the dark flames licking at his form. With a fierce battle cry, he raised his sword high, summoning a golden light that cut through the Abyssal Hellfire like a beacon of hope. With a single slash, he sent a golden shockwave surging through the battlefield, momentarily pushing back the cursed flames.
"Hah! Looks like your fire isn’t absolute," Milim smirked, glancing at Leon.
"Not bad," Leon admitted. "But let’s see how they handle this."

He gestured slightly, and the Destruction Mage moved forward, his body crackling with chaotic energy. His hands twisted in the air, gathering power as a sphere of condensed destruction formed between his palms. The ground beneath him cracked, unable to withstand the sheer energy being amassed.
The Death Lich on his throne finally spoke, his voice hollow and echoing. "Fools who defy death… shall drown in it."
Raising his staff, he unleashed a torrent of Death Chains, black tendrils bursting from the ground, wrapping around the Golden Knight, Blood Grand Knight, and the Destruction Mage, attempting to crush them under their immense power.
The Dark Grand Knight reacted instantly, his cursed sword slicing through the chains like they were mere shadows. The moment the Death Lich noticed, he flicked his staff, and a skeletal Reaper Lord emerged from the darkness, blocking the knight’s path.
Naval sighed, drawing her rapier. "This is getting ridiculous."
Lilian cracked her knuckles, dark flames coiling around her arms. "Then let’s clean up a bit."

Without waiting for permission, both maids dashed forward. Naval moved like a ghost, her rapier piercing through the weak points of the Reaper Lord’s armor with pinpoint precision. Lilian, on the other hand, took a more direct approach—her gauntlets burned with Dark Hellfire, and with a single punch, she shattered one of the undead behemoth’s legs, causing it to collapse with a deafening crash.
Roman chuckled. "So much for sitting this one out."
Roselia crossed her arms, watching with mild amusement. "At this point, it’s just a contest to see who can kill the most."
Meanwhile, the Blood Mage had finally completed his incantation. The blood from the battlefield surged toward him, forming a massive, grotesque Blood Hydra that screeched as it lunged toward the Death Lich’s throne.
The Death Lich raised his hand, summoning a Doom Barrier, but the hydra smashed into it with terrifying force, sending cracks splintering through the magic.
Leon smirked. "Time to end this."
He snapped his fingers, and the Destruction Mage released the Condensed Oblivion Sphere, sending it hurtling toward the throne. The Death Lich’s hollow eyes widened in the briefest moment of recognition—before the sphere collided with his form, engulfing everything in a brilliant explosion.
The battlefield fell silent.
The Abyssal Hellfire dissipated.
The Death Lich’s throne crumbled.
Leon leaned back. "Well, that was fun."
Milim crossed her arms. "And we got eleven times the mana sources for future use."
Naval sheathed her rapier. "At this rate, we’ll be overpowered before we even reach the real threats."
Roselia sighed. "That depends on how reckless Leon gets next."
Leon only grinned. "Let’s take the rewards and find out."
