My Aloof Husband, Mr. Drexler, Dotes Me Excessively-Chapter 82: Say Another Word Out of Turn and Get Lost!
Seeing the joyful smile on the butler’s face, a smile so wide it could bloom into flowers, Summer Shawcross was utterly baffled.
"Madam, it’s best to go have some soup first. That soup has been simmered on low heat just for you; it’s very nutritious now," the butler smiled, reaching out to guide Summer Shawcross towards the kitchen.
With no other choice, and with her stomach indeed growling from hunger, Summer Shawcross had to follow the butler to the dining room.
...
TR Tower.
In the office on the top floor, Noah Drexler sat in a leather office chair, his expression unchanged as he flipped through the documents in front of him.
Beside him, Flynn Hughes leaned on the desk, observing him for a while before finally speaking up.
"I’m really curious to know, what did you do last night that made your injuries worse?"
After Flynn Hughes finished speaking, Noah Drexler did not answer him, not even raising his head, and instead coldly replied.
"Tell Sean Morgan, if he keeps talking nonsense, he better leave!"
Flynn Hughes’s expression changed, and he hurriedly explained.
"Ahem... It’s not Sean Morgan’s fault, he’s worried about you too, so he asked me to keep an eye on you, afraid your injuries would worsen."
After finishing reading the documents in his hand, Noah Drexler’s face darkened.
"Is this all you’ve found?!"
With a bang, the folder in his hand was thrown out in anger!
Is he useless, he can’t even find information on Dustin Hughes!
Flynn Hughes was startled by his fury, and after a moment, began to defend himself.
"Didn’t you say you wanted the most detailed information? I’ve gathered everything, even his sports competition rankings at school and his final exam scores. Isn’t that detailed enough?"
The information he’d gathered was surely the most detailed!
Noah Drexler gave him a cold, vicious glare.
"I’m not interested in this boring stuff!"
None of this information related to Summer Shawcross!
Noah Drexler’s anger left Flynn Hughes even more bewildered.
This was already the most detailed information he could find in a short time.
Could it be... does Dustin Hughes have an even deeper backing?
Just as he was feeling helpless, his phone suddenly beeped with an email notification.
Flynn Hughes quickly took out his phone to check, it was some supplemental information about Dustin Hughes just sent by a subordinate.
His eyes lit up, he quickly opened the email, but after reading the contents, he sighed with some disappointment.
"Are these people stupid? Who cares who he saved or which events he attended?"
As Flynn Hughes finished speaking, Noah Drexler furrowed his brows. The next second, he pursed his thin lips and spoke to Flynn Hughes.
"Give it to me."
Seeing this, Flynn Hughes was taken aback, then handed the phone to Noah Drexler.
"It’s all trivial matters, just enough to prove that guy used to be a warm-hearted person."
Noah Drexler said nothing, just took the phone and lowered his eyes to look at the information on the screen. On his handsome face, his expression gradually turned gloomy and cold.
