Multiversal Livestreaming System : I Can Copy My Viewers Skills-Chapter 120: The Fifth Floor
Chapter 120: The Fifth Floor
Adam’s head turned slightly.
His hand gripped the spear.
The voice was unmistakable... harsh and echoing with pride that hadn’t yet accepted defeat.
Kareth Zul.
The soul hadn’t gone quiet... and could for some reason speak without a mouth..
Adam glanced down at the weapon, its crimson body faintly glowing as though something were clawing at its insides.
"You can speak..."
Adam said calmly.
"This prison is unworthy of me! I was a god to my people! A warlock with unimaginable power! You will not keep me bound like some cursed dog!"
Adam remained expressionless, though his grip on the spear tightened slightly.
He cast a brief glance toward Leila and the others, who were regrouping in the background.
They seemed unaware of what was happening... talking amongst themselves, resting, inspecting loot piles.
Kristoff glanced in Adam’s direction briefly, but then shrugged it off.
To them, he was probably just talking to the livestream again.
’They can’t hear him...?’
Adam’s eyes narrowed slightly in thought.
’Hm. It must be because the weapon is bound to me. Or is it that only the one holding it can hear its voice...?’
It made sense.
A private link between item and owner or holder...
Still, it didn’t stop Kareth Zul from continuing his tirade.
"Trickster! Fool! You couldn’t defeat me in true combat, so you relied on artifacts... cheap tricks and cowardice!"
Adam gave a faint, dismissive exhale through his nose.
"Do you think the Tower of Yxthar will forgive you for trapping a hidden floor boss inside a weapon?! That man will come for you. You will rot like I did, your bones turned to dust to feed the floors beneath your feet!"
The voice grew louder, angrier.
Adam rolled his eyes.
’Xel’Shaar is far more dignified than this trash...’
As if summoned by the thought, a deep, metallic voice resonated beside him.
"If Master gives the order."
Xel’Shaar said, stepping forward in his towering puppet body.
"I will assist in sealing the souls of all floor bosses into vessels for your use."
Adam glanced toward him, the crimson glow of the spear still flickering in his hand.
"You sensed the soul inside?"
Xel’Shaar nodded.
"Yes. Though his powers are severely diminished by the bindings of the Tower, his presence is unmistakable. His existence remains intact."
Adam gave a curt nod in return.
Without wasting time, he activated [Crimson Dominion], concentrating his mana into a dense sheath of coagulated blood that enveloped the head of the spear.
The thickened blood hardened instantly, sealing the tip and ensuring the weapon wouldn’t accidentally initiate a truelock battle if it made contact with another soul-bearing entity.
He extended the spear toward Xel’Shaar.
"Hold onto this. Just until we reach the next floor. I’m done listening to his nonsense."
Xel’Shaar silently accepted the weapon, lifting it with ease.
But as the metal puppet turned, a new voice reached his mind...
Softer this time, persuasive rather than furious.
"Ah... You. You are like me, are you not? Bound... but alive. Except you can move. You can act. If you work with me, we can break these chains. Free ourselves from servitude. Punish the one who binds us both."
Xel’Shaar’s expression didn’t change.
He tilted his head slightly, gaze cold, and said nothing.
He turned away.
"You... You hear me, don’t you?"
The spear’s voice cracked in confusion.
"You must hear me!"
Still, Xel’Shaar remained silent.
[Announcement!]

[Floor 4 <True Body> Defeated by: The Chosen Conduit. (Major)]
...
[Teleporting to the 5th Floor...]
The world blurred.
Colors distorted like melting wax.
His body felt weightless for a moment... then everything snapped back.
Heat slammed into Adam like a wall.
The ground was black stone, hot enough that even through his boots, he could feel the warmth.
The air shimmered with heatwaves, and the sky above was a glowing red, like it had caught fire.
Distant booms echoed across the land, like volcanoes erupting in the background.
Molten rivers flowed through cracks in the rocky ground.
Every now and then, the ground trembled lightly under his feet.
This place was alive... and angry.
Adam took an expressionless glance as he looked around.
They were in a large obsidian lobby...
Wide, open, and cracked in several places where lava peeked through like veins.
Despite the heat, this seemed to be a safe zone for now.
And he wasn’t alone.
All kinds of Stream Hunters stood around him.
Some were stretching, others checking their gear.
A few were laughing with their teammates, while others stood silently, focused.
Some wore heavy armor that glowed faintly, probably heat-resistant.
Others wore light gear, relying on skills or buffs to survive.
Adam spotted a man with burn marks along his arms, chugging a red potion.
Nearby, a woman had three swords strapped to her back and was sharpening a fourth.
There were Hunters of every type...
Solo runners, party players, support-types, tanks, assassins.
In fact, everyone looked strong.
The atmosphere felt heavy, but not from the heat.
It was the silence...
Nobody was talking much.
Most people just stared at the distance beyond the lobby... where the real floor began.
Adam exhaled and rolled his shoulders.
