This time, their mission went well because the sun king didn’t come out to stop them. They destroyed every leystone that the seven gem kings they had soul-searched knew about, so they effectively cut off the gem people on Aries from support from their homeworld.

This didn’t mean that the gem people couldn’t interfere in Aries anymore. But any interference and reinforcement without leystones will be more difficult to execute.

The war progressed like this for two more months. In these two months, the domain managed to take over 40% of the world of Aries. 𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖

At this point, the world spirit had lost too much power. It couldn’t spare any energy to create powerful winds anymore. So more of the soldiers of the Blood Skull army could now venture into Aries. The new Snow King and Sun King were also finally able to step out of the domain without worrying about being killed.

The impact of the second Sun King increased after he was able to roam Aries and rally the Vulcans to his side. Compared to the absent first Sun King, the Vulcans preferred to follow someone who could lead them into battle.

The second Sun King was able to create a large army, which he led to the South Pole to invade it. The barrier shielding the South Pole will only block those who aren’t Vulcans, so it can’t block the second Sun King and his army.

They were literally bringing the fight to the first Sun King since he didn’t want to fight so badly. Many of his people called him a coward, but what they didn’t know was that if he hadn’t hidden himself, he would have died, and his power would have been stolen by the invaders.

If he hadn’t hidden himself, the three patriarchs would have killed him and weakened the world further by stealing his power. By staying alive, he had made it difficult for Aries to fall quickly.

So he may be a coward, but just like that premature self-detonation, he has made the best decision possible. But the three patriarchs are still after his life. This is why they sent the new Sun King to invade the South Pole and kill the old Sun King.

The bomb is supposed to be a peak rank 5 warhead with an explosive power of 10B. This is clearly overkill for this world, but the three patriarchs thought that it was worth it as payback for all the explosions that the Sun King had performed over the course of this war.
