" I- " Mira said before pausing, as although she wanted to say that she would be ready to execute any order that Max had for her she did not, as she realised that her being Max's soulmancer was a secret.

Nonetheless, Max understood what she had to say as he smiled and nodded towards her as well.

" I'll make sure that the Rajput Capital and your precious family never succumbs to infighting in your absence" Anna said as she tried to say words that were encouraging and would lighten Max's mind before departure.

" And I'll make sure that your precious vampires progress as a society" Asiva said with tears rolling down her eyes as she seemed to be extremely emotional today.

Finally, as all of his family had bared their hearts before Max. He too decided to talk back to them as he waved his hand and created a small mist of blood that swirled calmly around him.

" Yes, I'm ascending today. However, you've got it wrong-

This is not goodbye" Max said with a smile as he waved his hand and all the blood mist particles converted from being mist to becoming beautiful flowers as they rained upon the Rajput family members.

Everyone was astonished by this phenomenon, however, Max explained nothing.
