Mated to Four Alphas-Chapter 279: Flashback - 19
Chapter 279: Flashback - 19
Damon’s father chuckled upon hearing that Silas wasn’t scared. When they first arrived, he thought Silas would be nervous talking to him.
But from the moment Silas began speaking, it didn’t even feel like they were meeting for the first time. The way Silas spoke so frankly and casually surprised him.
"Jeren has clearly raised you very well. You are indeed a strong omega."
"No, no, I’m not that strong. And you two look like a great couple too. I mean, your wife—she’s very beautiful. If I’m being honest, she looks like an angel. And you’re handsome too. But not more than my dad. You’re a little less than him. My dad is much more handsome than you."
Everyone burst into laughter, including Silas. The whole hall filled with it.
"You sure are funny," the king said.
"Where is Kael?" his wife asked, looking at Damon.
But Damon didn’t know where Kael was, so he glanced at Lysander.
"He’s sleeping right now. I tried to wake him up to eat, but he wouldn’t wake up. You all know how lazy he is. Once he falls asleep, he doesn’t wake up until morning," Lysander said.
Everyone knew how lazy Kael really was. He was a super lazy person.
Once he fell asleep, he didn’t wake up. And while doing anything, he spread his laziness around him.
They all ate dinner, and after they were done, Damon’s father and mother left, saying goodnight to Silas and their son.
As the couple left, they went into separate rooms. Even though they were married, they didn’t sleep together.
As soon as the Luna entered her bedroom, she lay down on the bed.
Ten minutes later, her door opened and a man—an alpha—entered, closing the door behind him as he approached the bed.
She signaled him with her fingers to come onto the bed. He touched the Luna, and she melted into his embrace.
Meanwhile, in King Joha’s bedroom—when he entered, there was already a beta lying on the bed, fast asleep.
Joha closed the door and undressed before getting into the bed.
"Kara... Kara, wake up," he said, gently patting Kara.
But Kara didn’t wake up. He only stirred slightly and then fell back asleep.
So Joha leaned in and licked his neck while sliding his hands inside Kara’s clothes. Even then, Kara didn’t wake.
So Joha began sucking on his neck while running his hands all over Kara’s body, taking off his clothes as well.
When Joha touched the peach of Kara’s and gave it a squeeze, Kara snapped open his eyes and realized what was happening.
"Your Majesty, please be gentle... You’re so big."
And only their panting echoed through the walls until dawn.
Joha and his wife’s marriage was a political one, arranged by their elders.
That’s why there was no love between them. But in front of the world, they pretended to be the perfect couple.
No one could guess that they didn’t even speak to each other when alone.
They had only been sleeping together years ago—before their four sons were even born.
Everyone had been pressuring them back then, asking why they didn’t have children.
So they had four. And after that, they went their separate ways.
Both husband and wife agreed not to interfere in each other’s love lives.
No matter who they dated or were in a relationship with, they wouldn’t say a word.
But in front of the world—and their children—they had to pretend to be the perfect couple.
What they didn’t know was that their four sons already knew what was happening inside their parents’ bedrooms.
But they chose to remain silent, because it wasn’t their place to say anything.
Their parents were handling it maturely, keeping the relationship from falling apart.
The main reason Damon told his brothers to forget what they knew was because he didn’t want to embarrass their parents.
Even if they were having affairs, they weren’t disrespecting each other in public. It would be wrong for their sons to question them about it.

At the other end, once dinner was over, Silas stood up from his chair.
"I didn’t know you were this talkative. How come you hid this from me? Why didn’t you talk like this with me before?" Damon asked.
"Do you want to talk about my father? Then let’s talk. I can talk all night about him. I’ll tell you what kind of person he is, how nice of a father he is. He’s a super dad, you know."
An awkward smile spread across Damon’s lips, and seeing that, Lysander laughed too—because he knew Damon didn’t want to talk about Silas’s father at all.
"Let’s talk about that later, shall we? And you’re going back tomorrow, right? Can you stay for a few more days instead of leaving?" Damon asked.
"Nope, I can’t do that. And you know, I didn’t even tell my dad I was staying here. It was my guard who sent the letter. So if I don’t return tomorrow, then wait for it—my dad will come here to pick me up with a whole... troop of knights."
"He’ll think you kidnapped me. It won’t even cross his mind that I stayed willingly. Because that’s how I was. I didn’t like going out much in the past."
Damon pat Silas’s head hearing this.
Just then, Lysander stepped beside Silas.
"You know, bro... where Kael is sleeping right now?"
"Where?" Damon asked.
"In Silas’s room. We were talking there, and he came out of nowhere, laid down beside Silas, and fell asleep on his bed."
Damon sighed. "That idiot. Silas, I apologize for Kael’s childish behavior."
"No need for you to apologize, Damon."
From there, they all went into Silas’s room and saw that Kael was indeed sleeping there.
Both Damon and Theron helped Kael to stand up, but he still didn’t wake up from his sleep.
They brought Kael back to his room and bid goodnight to Silas so he could sleep.
As they all leaves Silas didn’t change his clothes. And directly lies down on the bed.
