Walker looked at the skill notice and he saw Alice grinning ear to ear at him.

They had known about resonance skills since that was a common focus of the tamers. They would focus on their bonds and share their strength to make combined skills. It was very different yet also very similar to when Walker would mix elemental manas to create new skills.

However, the resonance there was just the balance of manas, not the meeting and perfect union of two different beings' manas. Therefore, he and Alice had purposefully created this skill by taking their own knowledge and class skills to mix their manas entirely.

Because they had bonded to such a deep level that they would trust one another with everything they had no matter what, their bond allowed them to easily transfer their mana and intentions in to the skill.

The effect being the portable healing ward. A much higher class skill than what could have formed if Walker had done so himself.

It meant even more knowing that Walker had contributed materials and his spatial affinity to allow for the skill to be made. While Alice was adding in the knowledge and ability to heal. Those two aspects were more important than the actual form that was taken since the form came about due to their higher level of understanding and unifying those understandings.

This just increased the strength and pushed the level of the skill higher making all that much more usable and valuable.

'Shared skill: portable healing ward

This skill is only able to be used by one of the bonded couple at a time. It was formed due to their unified knowledge creating the skill.

This skill hosts high quality materials that enhance the natural life mana, healing, regeneration, and all effects related to recovery. It is highly resistant to dangerous manas outside of the walls due to the materials consumed and the magic of the skill creators.

There is a natural mana replenishment ability due to the purifying effects of all mana being absorbed by the skill while active.

There are several beds created using materials from one spatial storage that allowed for higher quality rest. First aid kits were stored within dressers, drawers, and other materials used to create furniture.

High quality potions, salves, medicines, teas, and other bandages were used to create a store of useful necessities for healing. The same for tools related to stitching, cutting, and other necessary healing processes. The knowledge needed to utilize these being more easily applicable due to various copied journals, books, and encyclopedias from the basis knowledge of both participants in creating this skill.

There is a shared access spatial storage for this skill allowing for it to be brought out by either user regardless of the distance they are from one another…'

Walker and Alice both like the way that their skill had come together. They also noticed that it was because of their unified skills that some aspects could exist.

Walker had learned a lot about crafting so having the materials he had within his spatial storage allowed for there to be a lot more created. It was like his previous testing of making portable forges or portable alchemy workshops had been a major aspect of allowing beds and cabinets to form. The ward itself being over twenty beds being proof of this.

All the healing knowledge? Well Walker could say he has memories a lot but most of that came from learning what Alice had shown him and pushed him to read. She was the master in that respect and him the student.

It was yet another aspect that proved they could share what they had with one another to forge a path for themselves in the future. Especially one that they would be able to use to help others.

Just a few moments passed by them as they just reveled in their accomplishment. Yet, they also were very aware of their bond and how powerful it was.

It wasn't the same bond that Walker had with Midnight or Onyx, this one was more emotional. A tale that said this was what they had chosen as one another standing equally. The moment didn't seem to be passing though, they didn't have to guess how one another felt, they just knew. It was why instead of heading back to Genesis aasa they were considering before they began to drift off in to more moments alone…

"You were gone for two and a half weeks!" The shout was from Su who was looking at the couple as if she was prepared to give them an even tougher scolding. But, seeing that relaxed faces and clear light of joy in their eyes, she couldn't fault either.

It seemed that the time spent alone had gone well beyond just sitting and resting. It had enhanced their bond and brought them a happiness that prepared them to face the daily stressors that came with leading Genesis.

It also appeared to bring a little something more, but Su just felt that was a small theory of hers. She just had a slight gut feeling that she would be hearing more news later that would prove they had all pushed well in to being proper adults than just the kids who wished to be heroes a few years ago.

Not that time really registered as passing. Days blended together while they all worked on their goals.

"Just leave them be, they have plenty to catch up on. Walker should be worried about the floating cabin that is being tested later today. Some rune carver decided to go and have an enlightenment. Basically went and made himself sick cause he didn't eat or sleep for days. I had to work my butt off making the old guy healthier."

This kept Walker's attention since he knew for sure that the testing of any rune formations to make even the smallest floating island would not be successful. They needed to figure out how to make it more permanent and cost less mana. It also needed larger mana gem rods and formations. Nothing that could be easily forged.

"Of course you are confused. That just makes sense cause you missed all the good stuff." Remey snorted, taking this as a whim. She knew that Walker would be a little jealous that she had seen it before him and that she knew more than he did. He wasn't used to people getting ahead of him.

"Go on, let me know how it goes. I need to check on healers and speak with Su and Remey about potion orders for the cathedral." Alice gave Walker a push and he grinned a little more before darting off to where he knew the elemental dome and floating island projects were being researched.

He also stopped for a moment to wave back before using mana to speed off. Meanwhile, the two girls had a hold of Alice to grab all the information from her that they could. They wanted all the details. Especially in terms of what the two had been doing that kept them from returning earlier. They were sure that they might have run off on some random adventure getting in to all kinds of trouble.

Alice was sure that they might be disappointed to hear that she and Walker had spent their time experimenting with skills and making a skill. Not that it wasn't amazing within their own rights.

Walker had a lot more racing through his mind.

If there was a major break through for something that could change the ways that people lived. So far only a few races could live in the sky. They either lived within the clouds themselves or they were able to fly. But the angels had lived in their old and damaged floating island cities for a long time. It was the perfect time for others to have the chance and also for the angels to be able to have new and safer homes.

They could finally begin repairing the cities better than what they were able to before. All the fallen floating cities might be able to be repaired or rebuilt entirely. Even better, they would be able to share their culture and also for entire cities to move around the world exploring and seeing so very much more.

The festivals and unity within cultures would just explode after that. So much potential.

His mind raced while he pushed himself to teleport to the locations he needed to be. Not that he couldn't sense the dense manas gathered in the testing ground. He could feel the rune formations being larger than expected and how they brought manas together to stabilize something larger and more potent. It was interesting.

"This is going to be so much fun!" His shout alerted a few guards to his return.
