Her expression made it clear—she had come because of him.

Luo Bai opened his mouth, wanting to ask something.

But before he could, the Eye Demon seized the opportunity to speak first.

"Ancient One! Just look at what this so-called Supreme Sorcerer is doing!!!"

"He's turning Kamar-Taj into a demon academy! Look at the contract he gave me!!"

The Eye Demon's furious rant completely interrupted the conversation between Luo Bai and Ancient One.

Curious, Ancient One reached out and took the contract from the Eye Demon.

As her eyes scanned the text, she fell silent.

After a brief pause, she lifted her gaze to Luo Bai.

"Did you really give him this?" she asked.

Luo Bai nodded without hesitation. "Yes, Master Ancient One."

Ancient One opened her mouth as if she wanted to say something, but after a moment's hesitation, she closed it again.

After thinking for a while, she finally spoke.

"Why?"

Luo Bai grinned.

"Master Ancient One, didn't you tell me to be flexible? Well, I figured... instead of fighting the dark sorcerers, why not just recruit them all?"

Ancient One: "???"

Her eyes widened.

She didn't say a single word—

But from the look in her eyes, Luo Bai could see it all.

Thousands of unspoken words.

The Eye Demon, who had been holding back this whole time, finally couldn't take it anymore and shouted angrily, "Aren't you going to do something about this?!"

"What nonsense are you talking about?! I didn't summon Ancient One! How would I know why she's here?!"

Just as the Eye Demon finished speaking, Ancient One clarified, "I was not summoned by him.

I sensed that he had come to Earth, so I arrived of my own will.

Luo Bai smiled. "To be honest, Master Ancient One, I didn't expect you to show up either."

Only after leaving the Eye Demon's dimensional space did Ancient One finally get the chance to talk to Luo Bai about the contract.

"Supreme Sorcerer, can you now explain what this contract is all about? Are you seriously planning to subdue all the dimensional masters?" Ancient One asked, clearly confused.

Luo Bai smiled and nodded.

"Yes. And I've been doing this for a while now. Dormammu, Mephisto, Chthon, and Shuma-Gorath have all been subdued by me. Back when Earth was attacked by the Planet Devourer, Dormammu and his companions even came to help."

Ancient One's eyes widened slightly.

"Dormammu came to help? Help with what?" she asked, her voice uncertain.

"He helped Earth drive away the Planet Devourer." Luo Bai responded calmly.

Ancient One, on the other hand, could no longer stay calm.

"Dormammu... helped Earth drive away the Planet Devourer?!" she repeated, her face full of disbelief.

"Are you telling me... Dormammu is now protecting Earth?!"

The idea sounded absurd.

Had times truly changed so much?

Had Dormammu actually started protecting Earth?!
