Marvel Cybernetic Girl-Chapter 331 My Mission Is to Beat You Up!
Chapter 331: 331 My Mission Is to Beat You Up!
— The Next Day, Kamar-Taj
"Yaaawn—!"
Kagura stretched lazily and sat up in bed. "Cortana, I want some coff—"
Halfway through her sentence, she glanced at the antique decor around her and sighed.
"Never mind..."
"Based on your current location," Cortana’s voice chimed into her ear, "if we were to deliver coffee from New York, it would take approximately three hours. Shall I place an order, and what flavor would you prefer?"
Though Kamar-Taj was remote, it was fully equipped.
Kagura was naturally able to stay connected with her AI assistant Cortana, who was based in New York.
"No need. I’ll just have some tea here," Kagura replied. "Might as well treat this like a vacation. The environment’s nice, and it’s not nearly as shabby as I expected."
"Command acknowledged, Master," Cortana responded before going silent.
The room the Ancient One had arranged for Kagura was a standard single suite of Kamar-Taj.
Since she was a girl, the Ancient One hadn’t grouped her with the other sorcerer trainees—let alone with Stephen Strange.
The room was simple but far from crude.
Deep red hues reminiscent of expensive Eastern rosewood gave it a dignified, refined air.
A tea table, two chairs, and a single bed—everything exuded a vintage elegance and subtle grace.
Despite the room’s old-fashioned aesthetic and magical vibe, modern amenities weren’t lacking.
It had full central air conditioning, a deceptively comfy latex mattress, automated water filtration and dispensing, and even the same incense-purifying diffuser used in the main hall.
It even featured a high-end auto-toilet manufactured by Rhodes Island Industries (though not the arc reactor-powered internal model).
"Alright then," Kagura said, stretching her arms above her head. "Starting today, I’m supposed to train Stephen Strange—per the Ancient One’s request."
She and the Ancient One had struck a fair deal.
Kagura would help train Stephen Strange, grooming him into a capable Sorcerer Supreme in the shortest time possible.
In return, she would be entrusted with the Time Stone once the job was done.
Rising from bed, she used her "White Moon" combat suit’s quantum matter conversion tech to switch into an outfit more in tune with Kamar-Taj’s atmosphere: a short, elegant qipao.
After a quick brush-up, she stepped out in search of breakfast.
Thanks to several generations of upgrades, the White Moon suit now offered far more flexibility.
Besides being able to conjure various weapons with quantum tech, it could also transform into any kind of casual wear when combat wasn’t required.
No longer limited to form-fitting battle gear.
Since the suit was made of vibranium, even in its casual attire forms it retained excellent defensive properties.
Of course, in casual mode, it didn’t provide full-body coverage or apply a transparent coating over exposed skin like in combat mode.
But its concealed energy shield was still fully functional.
To blend in with Kamar-Taj’s aesthetics, Kagura shed her usual uniform and miniskirt and instead donned a pristine white qipao.
She tied her long hair into twin tails.
Unlike traditional qipaos, the one generated via quantum conversion hugged her figure with mathematical precision, tracing even the most subtle curves and lines of her body beneath its light, silky fabric.
With her slender shoulders exposed, she stood tall and graceful.
The craftsmanship of the dress was unmatched—beyond the reach of even the best tailors on Earth.
Its short, refined hem barely covered the top of her thighs, and the slitted waistline left much to the imagination.
Her long, pale legs stretched freely from beneath the dress, and the white-gold heels she wore only further enhanced her flawless proportions.
...
Stepping out of her room, Kagura strolled down a winding corridor and glanced out toward the distant courtyard.
The other sorcerers had risen earlier than she had. ƒгeeweɓn૦vel.com
Dressed in their long robes, they were already practicing dimensional magic on their own.
Looking at their plain and modest attire, Kagura glanced down at her "masterpiece" and muttered, "Ugh... Maybe this is a bit too flashy... Should I have at least hidden the decorative ties or something?"
’Eh! Whatever!’
She took a deep breath. I’m technically here on vacation anyway. So of course I should dress to look good!
And besides, it’s a qipao! It’s not like I’m showing anything inappropriate! So no complaints! Hmph!

After downing twenty oversized pork buns during breakfast—earning astonished glances from the other trainees—Kagura made her way to the main plaza where group magical training took place.
Per the Ancient One’s instructions, she would serve as Stephen Strange’s training partner and provide all kinds of support during his sorcery education.
Put simply, her main job was...
To beat the crap out of him.
"Hey, Kagura! Morning!" Stephen Strange called out as she approached. "Whoa—you look amazing today... Honestly, I’ve never seen such a stunning qipao. Or a girl this gorgeous."
"Thanks for the compliment," Kagura replied with a slight bow. "But you should know, flattery won’t make me go easy on you."
"Huh? Go easy on me?" Stephen blinked, confused. "Aren’t we both here to learn magic together? That’s what the Ancient One told me—so we’re supposed to be partners, right?"
"Well... you’re not entirely wrong," Kagura said with a sly smile. "But that’s not the whole story."
She took two steps forward, leaned in close to his ear, and whispered:
"My actual mission... is to beat you up."
"...Huh?" Stephen froze, then gave her a dismissive look. "You... you’re joking, right?"
"Nope! Not joking at all." Kagura waved her hand.
"The Ancient One has high hopes for you—she even wants you to succeed her as Sorcerer Supreme."
"So I promised to help out. My job is to make sure you get strong fast—even if it means beating some sense into you."
"Hah! So that’s how it is! Well, it’s no surprise the Ancient One sees potential in me. I mean, who doesn’t know I’m a once-in-a-millennium magical prodigy?" Stephen puffed out his chest.
"The dimensional spells that take others years to learn? With my talent, I’ll probably master them in just a few days!"
"...Excuse me?" Kagura raised an eyebrow, stunned.
Stephen Strange raised a finger and wagged it confidently.
"To put it simply, I’ve already been personally acknowledged by the Ancient One as her most promising disciple."
"Sure, I haven’t officially started practicing dimensional magic yet, but with that kind of arrogance, you’d better be careful not to embarrass yourself."
He smirked, clearly enjoying the sound of his own voice.
"Besides, aren’t you a beginner too? You’ve just started learning magic, right? So what’s this about ’beating me up’? You say it like you’re not even part of the same game."
"Hmm... Well, I’ll explain the details to you later, bit by bit," Kagura Kagura said playfully, her hands clasped behind her back as she swayed slightly.
"But first, you’ll need to become strong enough to be worth the explanation."
She had no intention of telling Strange about the dark forces he’d eventually have to face. That sort of reveal was better saved for later.
Still, since the Ancient One had already roped this poor guy into the whole mess, she might as well roll with it.
"Anyway, you could say I’m your personal sparring partner, Mr. Genius," she added. "If you can’t even handle me, well... that might seriously disappoint the Ancient One, who has such high hopes for you."
Strange tilted his head, confused.
"I’m still a little lost here... Is this really what being ’the chosen one’ means? I mean, I don’t see the point in fighting a girl, but... alright. Since you’re asking so earnestly, I’ll oblige."
"Mm-hmm, well said!" Kagura grinned. "As they say—nothing tests your skills like real combat."
She took a step forward, her eyes glinting.
"Mr. Strange, get ready for the most intense personalized training experience of your life."
