Limited Time Marriage: Nice to Meet You Mr. Foster-Chapter 19: Finding a Lover to Fake Potency
Two months after moving into Regal Point Estates, Nathan Foster still hadn’t shown up.
South Grant thought, maybe he was impotent, and having him as a lover was just for appearances.
Some people pretend to be strong when they’re not, he sought a lover to bolster an image of vitality.
Of course, this was just South Grant’s speculation. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮
Later, South Grant heard from the servants in the villa that Nathan Foster’s parents were ill and he had been staying at the old mansion to care for them.
After about two more months, news came that Nathan Foster’s father, Old Commander Foster, had passed away.
South Grant assumed Nathan Foster would be busy for quite some time.
Unexpectedly, he returned that very night.
At that time, South Grant was with Seth Grant, and Nathan Foster came in with reddened eyes, not caring about Seth Grant’s presence, and forcefully pulled South over.
Seth Grant tightened his grip on South Grant’s hand, his eyes filled with terror as he looked at Nathan Foster.
At that moment, South Grant couldn’t quite gauge Nathan Foster’s temperament and didn’t want to scare Seth, so he softly soothed him.
However, after a few comforting words, Nathan Foster called for the servants to take Seth Grant away.
As soon as Seth was out, Nathan Foster slammed South Grant down onto the table without warning and tore her dress apart.
In such a dry and harsh situation, their ten years of torment began.
Pain.
Apart from that feeling, South Grant couldn’t feel anything else.
And Nathan Foster seemed only to want her to suffer, with red marks and visible bite marks...
As she lay powerless on the Persian carpet in the living room, Nathan Foster stood over her with a glass of red wine.
"He’s free now, you must live well."
Cold, ruthless.
These words seemed insufficient to describe his cold-bloodedness at the time.
Every movement South Grant made tugged at the pain throughout her body.
Especially in one particular place, it hurt more than the first time.
Listening to Nathan Foster’s words, South Grant felt a haze clouding her mind.
He?
Who is he?
She asked, but Nathan Foster sneered at her, downing the wine in his glass.
In the years that followed, South Grant forgot about this incident.
She simply categorized Nathan Foster as a psychopath, never having met such a feral man.
Not knowing why, she ended up dreaming about it this time.
When she woke up the next day, the pain felt as if it had happened just yesterday. Remembering Nathan Foster’s cold-bloodedness, she couldn’t help but shiver.
For now, she set aside things she couldn’t understand and focused on dealing with the mess of The Grant Family.
The entrance exams were imminent, and South Grant clearly remembered.
Her grandfather had promised that if she got into Ardenne University in Aethelgard, she would be allowed to intern at the company.
To reclaim everything her father lost, she could only get in first and then slowly take over.
As for Nathan Foster, she would figure everything out eventually.
After the Qingming Festival holiday, they officially started school again.
Early that morning, after having breakfast, South Grant pushed her bicycle out of the villa and was about to ride off when she saw Felicity Grant with her arm around Fiona Grant.
South Grant raised an eyebrow; indeed, the sun was rising in the west.
Normally, Fiona Grant looked down on riding a bike to school, always flattering and clinging to Felicity Grant to share the car ride to school.
After all, Felicity Grant had a dedicated driver, a different status compared to them.
Yet today, the roles were reversed, and Felicity Grant affectionately linked arms with Fiona Grant.
