Life In The Limelight : I Married A Gamer Girl-Chapter 57: Research : Swimming
Chapter 57 - Research : Swimming
Kazuma and Masako decided that their next research activity for their slice-of-life game would be swimming. A proper life-simulation game needed summer activities, and what better way to experience that than a trip to the swimming pool?
It was a warm, sunny day when they arrived at the large public pool. Kazuma adjusted the towel around his neck, looking around at the various pools and water slides. He had his notebook ready, prepared to take notes on swimming mechanics, water physics, and movement interactions.
But he wasn't prepared for what was about to happen.
Masako had gone ahead to change first, and when she finally stepped out of the changing room...
Kazuma forgot how to breathe.
She wore a black and blue monokini, the tight fabric hugging every curve of her body like it was made just for her. The sleek design left just enough bare skin visible while highlighting her wide hips, toned stomach, and thick, smooth thighs. Her large, round breasts sat perfectly in the fitted top, the deep neckline drawing Kazuma's eyes like a magnet. And when she walked, the high-cut of her swimsuit emphasized the perfect bounce of her plump, round butt.
Her long brown hair was tied up into a messy ponytail, making her look effortlessly gorgeous. And her golden eyes sparkled mischievously as she approached, already sensing the chaos she was about to cause.
Kazuma felt his brain short-circuit.
Masako smirked, placing a hand on her hip. "Well, dear? How do I look?"
Kazuma gulped. Hard.
He was so screwed.
"You... uh..." He quickly looked away, rubbing the back of his neck. "You look great, sweetie."
Masako's smirk grew. "Just great?"
Kazuma cleared his throat. "I-I mean, you always look amazing."
Masako chuckled, fully aware of how flustered he was. And she wasn't about to let up.
The moment they stepped into the shallow pool, she stretched her arms high above her head, arching her back just enough to push her massive chest forward.
Kazuma's face turned bright red. He immediately looked away.
Masako smirked, already enjoying herself. Too easy.
As they swam, Masako "accidentally" brushed against Kazuma more than necessary. Whether it was her soft, thick thighs gliding against his legs or the way her curvy hips swayed when she moved past him, she made sure he noticed her body every second.
At one point, she floated on her back, her large breasts bobbing slightly on the water's surface. She let out a dramatic sigh, stretching again. "Ahhh, this is so relaxing, dear~"
Kazuma was dying inside.
His eyes betrayed him, glancing at the way the water glistened against her skin, how the sleek swimsuit pressed against every curve.
"S-Sweetie," he coughed, "maybe we should focus on—"
Masako leaned onto the pool's edge, folding her arms under her huge chest, which only pushed them up even more. She tilted her head innocently. "Dear, are you even paying attention to the swimming mechanics?"
Kazuma, who had been frozen for the past thirty seconds, quickly grabbed his notebook and pretended to write something.
"I-I'm taking notes now!" he stammered.
Masako smirked victoriously.
Next, she climbed out of the pool, water dripping down the curves of her thick thighs as she took slow, deliberate steps.
Kazuma was suffering.
His gaze unintentionally trailed down, watching the way her round butt bounced slightly with every step. The wet fabric of her swimsuit clung to her skin, perfectly outlining everything.
And then, as if sensing his gaze, Masako stopped.
She placed her hands on her hips and looked over her shoulder at him, smirking. "Something wrong, dear?"
Kazuma immediately turned away, his ears burning. "N-Nothing at all!"
Masako giggled. "You sure? You look a little... distracted."
Kazuma refused to answer.
By the time they finished their pool activities and sat down to rest, Masako was sure Kazuma had barely taken any useful notes.
She reached over, snatching his notebook before he could react. "Alright, dear, let's see how much research you actually did."
Kazuma panicked. "Wait—!"
But it was too late.
Masako's golden eyes scanned the pages... and her entire face turned red.
Because instead of seeing research about water depth, movement mechanics, or swimming styles...
All she saw were lines upon lines of notes about her.
"Masako is absolutely breathtaking today."
"I cannot stop looking at my wife."
"How am I supposed to focus on research when she's the most beautiful woman alive?"
"I swear, she's doing this on purpose."
"Her thighs look so soft I could die."
"Her boobs are literally hypnotizing me right now."
"I am the luckiest man in the world."
Masako's hands shook as she held the notebook.
Kazuma slowly reached for it. "S-Sweetie, maybe just... don't read that part—"
Masako clutched the notebook to her chest, her entire face burning.
"You... you spent the whole time writing about me?" she muttered.
Kazuma sighed in defeat. "Well, you *weren't exactly making it easy to focus, sweetie."
Masako read another line. "Her butt is just... wow."
She let out a small squeak, covering her mouth as her face grew even redder.
Kazuma chuckled nervously. "Yeah, uh... that one was a little personal."
Masako was losing it.
Her heart raced, her stomach did flips, and her mind spiraled.
Her husband had spent the entire time thinking about her, admiring her, writing down just how much he adored her.
She exhaled sharply before tackling Kazuma into a tight hug.
"You're so unfair," she muttered against his shoulder. "Now I'm the one getting flustered."
Kazuma smiled, wrapping his arms around her waist. "Guess we're even now."
Masako buried her face into his neck, trying to calm her pounding heart.
After a few moments, she whispered, "Dear...?"
"Yeah?"
She squeezed him tighter. "Let's go home early today."
Kazuma blinked. "Huh? What about research?"
Masako smiled against his skin. "We'll do it later."
Kazuma raised an eyebrow. "Then... what are we doing at home?"
Masako leaned up and kissed him, her golden eyes shimmering with emotion. "You'll see."
Kazuma felt his heartbeat skip.
...Yep.
This was the best failed research day ever.
