Chapter 90: A Hundred Approaching!

Darius looked back into the forest, he could feel them coming. It wasn’t one Orc or even two, they were up to a hundred of them.

"I can feel them coming," He was looking at the forest and he knew that they were going to be in for a surprise.

He turned to Michael to see that he was still healing Raya and Theo; he didn’t want to let anything hurt them in that state.

"Pryion."

The knight turned to look at Darius, he bowed his head low.

"My Liege," The knight waited for Darius to tell him what he needed.

Our young warrior turned to him, he had a smile on his face.

"Make sure that you take care of them, I will be back soon."

Darius slowly turned back to the forest, his eyes began glowing bright red as he was about to leave.

"Ah, before I forget." He pointed way back to the place where he was standing before he stopped the blow.

"The other Transponder is over there. He is unconscious, but there is no injury to him."

After that being said, Darius took off, leaving nothing but dust where he stood.

Nathan Cruz and the Transponder standing with him were shocked, they didn’t even understand what was happening in front of them.

The Transponder turned to look at Nathan, he could see the shock on the warrior’s face.

"Is anything the matter, Mr. Cruz?"

Nathan turned to look at the Transponder, his face was filled with shock.

"That knight, he is clearly one powerful being capable of ending anyone who goes close to it."

Nathan spoke slowly, his voice was cracking a bit and it was like he didn’t know what was going on.

"So it means that the knight obeys his every word and is his, so this means..."

The Transponder could see the look in Nathan’s eyes, he knew very well what was going through his mind.

He turned back to Pryion, who stood there like a tree, not even moving a muscle.

"I believe you might be on the right, but the main question is this." The Transponder moved forward, he was looking into the forest where Darius had entered.

"Is he going to use this advantage against the weaker people?"

With Darius back in the forest, he was making his way thhrough like he was some kind of hungry animal, once he got close to the spot where he felt the Orcs presence even clearer. He halted there, looking around.

"They are almost here," He slowly let oiut a sigh, he was looking at the forest.

’They will be a good test for your new powers, you just need to make sure yoiu know what you are going to be doing when they arrive.’

Azree quipped that nothing was going to stop Darius from taking the Orcs down.

"I know, they are not going to have a chance to even graze me." Darius cracked his knuckles looking at the forest.

He took one good look at his left hand, then turned back to the forest.

{Eyes Of Reveres Activated!}

Darius scanned through the forest, he could see all the Orcs coming and how powerful they were.

"This skill is powerful," He had a smile on his face, he was looking at the Orcs as they drew closer. Pulling out Ve’xa and the red cobra blade from the inventory, he sat there waiting for them to show their faces.

’A hundred Orcs, I must say you have come a long way from facing Izan wolves and an oversized kitten.’ Azree sounded proud of Darius, he knew that our young warrior had done everything to make sure that he was going to be alive.

Darius smiled, he knew what Azree meant, and he was not even going to deny that he was happier than anything that he was getting stronger. But even as he was getting stronger, he was not going to forget that stronger threats were coming for him.

"I know Azree, but I am not strong enough yet to even face the Children of the Abyss if they were to make an unprecedented appearance and there is alos the remaining six trials."

He looked at his right hand, and he could see the remaing six spots left for the other champions of the Dragon Kings, he was not going to be having an easy time bypassing all that.

"I need to be at my top shape, I dont just have Lena to look after now."

’Ah, you are talking about your friend.’

"Yeah, Theo is now part of my family in a way, so I have to make sure that nothing will happen to him. And we are bound to grow as a guild, and there will be more people to look out for."

’You are slowly acting like someone I know. You will make a good leader,’ Azree added.

Darius was smiling, he knew everyone would say the same thing about him being a good leader, but then he was not going to take up something that he would not be happy doing. He was trying to make sure that nothing was going to make him need to use his powers to make a decision.

Our young warrior let out a sigh, looking up a smile could be seen on his face and he was not in any way angry or unhappy about a thing.

"I can’t be the leader, they would think I can solve everything in a swoop, there are things even I wouldn’t have an easy time tackling, so I need to make sure that I can help from the sidelines."

’I see... Well, you are one of a kind, Darius Winters.’

Darius smiled, he didn’t know why, but conversations like this with Azree always made him feel happy. He was now ready for anything that was coming through the forest, and he was sure that they would fall to his blade.

{Notice Orcs Approaching!}

Darius looked up, his demeanor changed almost immediately when he got the notification.

"Time to dance," He brought the Red Cobra Blade close to himself.

He could feel the ground around him shaking violently, looking straight he could clearly see silouthess emerging from the forest and he knew what they were.

"A hundred Orcs, huh?" He didn’t move from where he was sitting, his eyes began glowing red. "Might level the forest killing them, but if that will help me get to the leaders, I don’t know how many there are in number..."

{Notice Kill the BloodCrang Army And Their Sovereign- 45/500}

Darius looked surprise, he was a bit shocked to see that the team had taken down most of them but it was not enough to count as something.

"Five Hundred Orcs, huh, this isn’t going to be funny. I wonder how..."

Darius paused when he felt something coming, he dodged the projectile coming his way. The object managed to graze him a bit taking few strands of his hair, Darius stood to his feet.

The projectile shattered a tree, he slowly turned to look at it and he saw the damage that 0ne thing had done to a tree and it was aiming for his head.

"So I take it you all wanted to kill me so bad?" He turned to the forest, he was not in the mood for a long talk anymore.

The Orcs showed their faces, they were as tall as Pryion and huge. They were looking at Darius with visible smiles on their faces.

Darius held Ve’xa close to his hand, he was about to attack them closely, keeping watch on the massive beasts as they were glaring at him.

"So, are we going to keep looking at each other or is this fight going to happen?" Our young warrior was looking at them, his blades in his hand as the gaunlets were charging up.

The Orcs looked at each other, they began laughing at Darius. It was amusing how one puny human was looking at them like he would be able to do something to them.

"This one is funny, unlike the others we met earlier. They kept screaming until we bashed their heads in killing three of them, those two wont be able to do anything." One of the Orcs laughed out loud. Darius was looking at the Orc and he was certain that the beast was talking about a warrior and how they had killed them.

’There are other warriors inside this dungeon?’ Our young warrior stood there looking at them, he couldnt even move yet until he knew that it was not a bluff.

One of the Orcs walked closer to Darius, he leaned in close to the warrior.

"Hmm, I feel bad for this one. There is this funny look in his eyes almost like a little pup." The Orc took a step back rasiing his club.

"Well, we can’t let it live for long! We have to take down the others, too!" The Orc swung the club, trying to take Darius down.

But when te club was meant to hit something, the Orc couldnt even hit a thing. The Orc was looking around trying to see if he was going to see what happened.

"Where did it go?" The Orc looked around, trying to understand what was happening.

"Tell me something," Darius’s voice echoed through the forest, it was like a haunting being.

"So you killed other humans like me, and you left two alive. What do you plan to do with them?"

The Orcs were looking around, trying to see if they would find Darius.

"Just because you are about to die, we will tell you. Our Supreme will use their blood for a spell so he will be able to get stronger, and since you are so slippery, we might take you back to him too."

The Orc that tried to kill Darius had a smile on his face, it looked around searching for the young warrior.

"Is that so? So here comes my last question."

"What is that?" The Orc grunted.

Almost immediately, the Orc’s face was sliced into two. Darius could be seen in front of the dead Orc. His left hand glowing bright green, his eyes pure red, and the aura covering him was enough to kill a weaker being.

The Orcs took a step back, they looked at the warrior and they could see he was filled with intense bloodlust.

Darius slowly wiped the blood off his blade as he stared at the Orcs. "What made you think that a hundred Orcs would be able to take me down?"
