King of Titans and Dragons-Chapter 79 - 78 Complete Annihilation
Chapter 79: Chapter 78: Complete Annihilation
Chapter 79 -78: Complete Annihilation
“I promise it won’t happen again.” Upon hearing Heloise’s reprimand, Muria immediately corrected his attitude. To a Titan, his words were extremely inappropriate. Regardless of how beautifully phrased or logically correct his words were, breach of agreement is a betrayal. This went against the very nature of the Titan race.
“Go and release Michaela.” Heloise pointed at the Blazing Sky girl, her body entwined with chains. “If you have questions, you can ask them after she is released.”
“…” With a helpless look, Muria stood before Michaela, studying the chain which appeared to be crafted from pure white metal. He clicked his tongue, confused, “How do I unlock these chains?”
The Blazing Sky Girl in front of him was also a Gold Rank, like Muria, but one tier higher. Yet, those Gold Fourth Level abilities, more powerful than Muria’s, were firmly bound by the chains, rendering her immobile.
Muria believed that based on his current abilities, he was likely unable to deal with the chains of flames that symbolised Heloise’s strength and restraint, so he cast pleading eyes towards her.
“What do you keep looking at her for?” After a while of watching Muria stare at her chains, when he shifted his gaze, Michaela became impatient, “Start hacking with your own sword quickly.”
“If I slash it with my sword, you might get hurt…” Before Muria could finish, he was interrupted by Michaela.
“Just cut when I tell you to cut, what’s with the delay? Are you really a Titan? I am wearing a set of legendary armor, your lousy blade can’t hurt me.”
Upon hearing the girl’s words, Muria reluctantly complied. Immediately, lightning danced around his body and flowed to the heavy sword in his hand. Without hesitation, he raised his sword and took a swing at the chains restraining Michaela.
“Clang!” To Muria’s surprise, the chains binding Michaela shattered effortlessly, forming clusters of white flames that dissipated into thin air. His heavy sword unexpectedly hit Michaela, showering sparks everywhere.
“Hmm…” A powerful strike sent Michaela reeling. Though her armor blocked all the damaging effects of Muria’s heavy sword, the impact of the swing knocked her back involuntarily.
At this point, Muria watched the white-and-gold armor that adorned Heloise, his expression turning grim as he lowered his gaze to the heavy sword in his hand. This blade, sharp and shiny despite numerous battles with demons, was deformed upon hitting Michaela’s armor!
“Hmph, I told you that your lousy blade couldn’t hurt me.” Michaela looked at Muria’s distressed face and gloated, “Now tell me, what do you want to ask?”
The deformed blade of his heavy sword caused Muria considerable distress as he suffered from obsessive-compulsive disorder. He found it difficult to accept such a deformed blade. His attention was only diverted when he heard Michaela’s words.
Muria took a moment to gather himself, his gaze focusing on the ten wings of Michaela that blazed with incandescent flames. Finally, he voiced the question that had puzzled him for some time.
“All other descendants of Blazing Sky Gods have three pairs of wings, so why? Why are you different from your brother? Your brother has four pairs of wings, while you have five.”
“Because my brother and I are geniuses!” Hearing Muria’s question, Michaela glanced at her wings, speaking as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
“Huh?” Muria was a tad confused. He had lived in this world for quite some time, but this was the first time he had heard someone boast about themselves.
“We are descendants of the ancient gods, our wings are the symbol of the ancient divine bloodline. The number of wings signifies the purity of the bloodline. The more wings, the closer the bloodline is to the ancient gods.” Seeing Muria’s bewildered expression, Michaela calmly explained. In her hands, a battle sword appeared, unnoticed.
“I see.” Upon hearing Michaela’s explanation, Muria understood that this Blazing Sky girl wasn’t bragging. According to her, considering the number of wings that represented their bloodline purity, they were indeed geniuses among the Blazing Sky God race, especially the Michaela in front of him.
“You understand now, that’s good.” Michaela revealed a small smile, the flames on her wings burning hotter, reflecting her emotional change.
“What are you planning to do?” Seeing that the flames on Michaela’s wings began to extend towards her body, Muria sensed trouble. This posture was often assumed by the Blazing Sky descendants only when they were about to fight.
“I’m going to punch you!” With that, Michaela, the Blazing Sky Girl who was almost as tall as Muria, swung the battle sword in her hand and struck directly at Muria, who was already in retreat.
Seeing the sword aimed at him, Muria instinctively raised his heavy sword to counter the exceptionally beautiful battle sword. “Clang!” A portion of the pure white blade went flying. Muria turned pale and quickly threw himself backwards, evading Michaela’s blow.
After dodging Michaela’s sword, Muria stood rigid and retreated further, expanding the distance between him and Michaela. Then he looked at the heavy sword in his hand. The blade, which had sliced through demons as though they were vegetables, had lopped off its upper edge.
“A sword forged from the Scorching Sun Flame Gold.” At this moment, Muria realized once again the importance of a weapon forged from top-grade materials for combat. Just with a single strike, Michaela had managed to shatter the Heavy Sword in his hand.
“Are all Blazing Sky God Descendants so wealthy?” Simultaneously, Muria looked incredulously at the Blazing Sky Girl, Michaela, in front of him. The weapon and armor Michaela used, unabashedly all made from Legendary Metals, were equisite and unadulterated.
Muria knew very well how rare Legendary Metals were. He had stayed on Taiji Island for a long time, and even with the Titans effort to gather and present to him every piece of Legendary Metal, it still wouldn’t amount to enough to forge a single piece of the armor that Michaela wore.
“Oh, I forgot, you have not yet reached the Soul Intent Level. You don’t have an exclusive weapon of your own.” Seeing Muria retreat, Michaela laughed and drew her another Gorgeous Long Sword, tossing it towards Muria. “Catch.”
Muria dropped his Heavy Sword and quickly caught the weapon that Michaela threw over, which was entirely forged from Legendary Metal. He then looked at the Blazing Sky Girl questioningly.
“Temporarily borrowing it. Beating you up without a proper weapon wouldn’t give much satisfaction.”

Upon hearing Michaela’s words, Muria expressionlessly set down the Double-edged Battle Axe in his hand. Then, he fully activated his Dragon’s Bloodline. His golden Dragon Armor appeared and in an instant covered his whole body. The Scorching Sun Flame Golden Sword he held was also stimulated by his bloodline, and golden Dragon Flames flared up.
“Dragon Armor, Dragon Flames, I remember now.” Seeing the changes on Muria, Michaela’s eyes brightened. The incandescent Flames on her Long Sword ignited as well and she stated, “The Titan Muria, with the Dragon King Bloodline, I have been wanting to fight against you for a long time.”
The Legendary Metal, Scorching Sun Flame Gold, made it the choicest material for fire attribute creatures to fabricate weapons, enhancing the wielder’s flame power significantly.
“Clang!” As Michaela’s last word fell, Muria attacked her with his sword. He had already felt the growing and undisguised fighting spirit from Michaela after he showed his Dragon Armor. This battle was inevitable.
In the distant Legendary Battlefield, Titans of the Soul Intent-Level and Blazing Sky God Descendants exchanged blows with Legendary Demons. Their Sword Qi and inner energy ripped apart the earth and raveled the entire Demon Training Ground that was as large as a floating island. It appeared as if it would break at any moment.
On the Demon Training Ground, the entire army of demons rushed towards the battlefield, seemingly desperate to assist the Legendary Demon in defeating the Titan and the Blazing Sky God Descendant. However, their strength was too feeble.
Whether it was the Blazing Sky God Descendant or the Titan battling against the Snake Demon, they took out their Gorgeous Battle Swords and made these demons fall like mowed grass. Even the demons of the Soul Intent Levels were the same and they could not withstand even a single blow.
On the Demon Training Ground, the only three who could watch this battle were two of them dueling with swords. The other Titan girl stood far away from them, calmly watching the battle with an eager expression.
“Pff!” The pale golden blood splattered and then turned into a blood mist in the incandescent flames. Muria’s Dragon Scale Armor seemed like butter in front of a hot knife under the Legendary Metal-forged sword, unable to provide him with any effective defense.
“Clang!” Muria finally struck his sword against Michaela, but the shock made his arm numb. The defense offered by the Legendary Armor was terrifying, leaving Muria completely helpless.
After the Blazing Sky Girl was pushed back by the force of a sword, she stepped forward, slashing her sword towards Muria. Along with her sword, countless Arrows of Light shot out from her wings, targeting Muria.
“Hmph!” Muria hacked down Michaela’s sword with his own, furiously, and made a slashing gesture with his left hand, aiming to strike the only part of Michaela’s body that was not covered by armor, her head.
In just a few minutes, Muria had been cut more than a dozen times by Michaela. Had he not undergone training with Heloise, which greatly improved his close combat skills and capabilities, he could have easily been left severely injured.
Muria had no doubt, he could have been maimed in those few moments by Michaela. He did not believe that his bones could withstand the Scorching Sun Flame Golden Sword’s sharp edge.
“Clang!” Michaela raised her arm, blocking Muria’s hand. But the armor on her arm made Muria’s hand go numb, and even the Dragon Scale Armor on his palm surfaced with fine cracks before healing shortly after.
“Why am I doing this?” Muria was extremely frustrated, feeling an urge to vomit blood, “Her cultivation is higher than mine, her strength greater, her equipment far surpasses mine. She’s completely overpowering me!”
Just as the thought flashed through Muria’s mind, despite never having used a sword before, he was easily disarmed by Michaela.
“Hey!” Seeing Muria unarmed, Michaela gave a slight chuckle, dropped the sword in her hand, stood grandly, curled her hand into a fist, and swung it towards Muria, whose face was covered with Bone Dragon Armor, rendering his facial expressions invisible…
