I've Already Confronted the Five Kage, and the System Just Arrived!-Chapter 302 - 303
Chapter 302 -303
With all preparations complete, Gensou looked at the bodies of the many Hagoromo Clan ancestors, now connected through the summoning seal. Without hesitation, he clapped his hands together and declared:
"Summoning Technique: Edo Tensei!"
The sound of swirling paper fragments filled the air.
In an instant, the dimly lit underground hall was engulfed in a dazzling white light.
As the light dissipated, over a hundred men and women of various ages stood silently in place. They were clad in silver armor, some styled after the Warring States period, while others bore even more ancient designs. Without exception, each bore the crescent-moon crest of the Hagoromo Clan on their arm guards.
A suffocating aura radiated naturally from their forms, freezing the atmosphere in the room.
In this bone-chilling stillness, all at once, every single one of them opened their eyes.
At that moment, the sharp gazes of the resurrected ancestors seemed to pierce straight into Gensou's soul.
Although he had been calm moments before, Gensou's expression shifted slightly. He quickly suppressed the chakra within him that had begun to boil in response. His gaze flickered with both surprise and admiration.
The power of these ancestors far exceeded his expectations.
"Where is this place?"
A middle-aged man with long black hair cascading over his shoulders and clad in armor reminiscent of 500 years ago looked around in confusion. He clearly remembered that he had already died.
Before Gensou could answer, a cold and striking woman scrutinized her hands, noticing cracks in her once pristine skin. Displeasure flashed across her face as she spoke coldly:
"This is a technique that summons the dead from the underworld to the living world. To think that someone in this age could develop such a forbidden technique—it's truly unexpected."

She lifted her gaze, her sharp eyes locking onto Gensou.
Noticing the crescent-moon crest on Gensou's shoulder, her icy demeanor softened slightly.
Gensou recognized her instantly. She was Rei, one of the rare female clan heads in the Hagoromo Clan's history, and a direct ancestor of Ruri.
Before long, all the Hagoromo Clan ancestors, having adapted to their situation, turned their attention to the only living person in the room: Gensou.
"Ah, Gensou," an elderly man approached with a familiarity born of their bond. He asked directly, "It seems much has happened in the shinobi world since my passing. Is the situation so dire that even the dead must be summoned?"
This man was Mu, the previous head of the Hagoromo Clan, who had passed the position to Gensou before his death.
Mu, who was well aware of Gensou's talent, was not surprised that he had developed a technique to temporarily revive the dead.
What did surprise him was that Gensou had chosen to summon them.
It must mean that the situation was truly critical, perhaps even catastrophic, for the Hagoromo Clan.
Hearing this, Gensou nodded solemnly at his predecessor. "The situation is indeed urgent. I had no choice but to call upon your strength."
"Mu, who is this young man?" asked an elder from the generation before Mu as he walked over, curious.
Mu's voice rang out proudly as he introduced Gensou: "This is the current head of the Hagoromo Clan, my successor. He is also the most gifted and powerful member of our clan in a thousand years!"
Upon hearing that Gensou was the current clan head, the gathered ancestors regarded him warmly.
But their expressions shifted upon hearing Mu's claim that Gensou was the strongest in a thousand years.
The ancestors, each a standout of their era, were naturally skeptical.
They regarded Gensou with curious, doubtful, and even eager eyes.
Yet Gensou remained calm. He saw no reason to deny the truth.
"Mu, you've always had a habit of exaggerating," one elder commented, trying to ease the tension. "Now look, you've put immense pressure on the young man."
But before Mu could respond, Gensou stepped forward and spoke plainly: "It's not an exaggeration. What Mu said is the truth."
"I, Gensou, am the strongest in a thousand years!"
His voice, calm yet resolute, echoed through the hall, leaving no room for doubt.
The hall erupted with reactions.
"What an arrogant young man!"
"Confident, aren't you? I like that!"
"Are all the current Hagoromo descendants this bold?"
"Interesting."
As the voices swirled around him, the tall, broad-shouldered man who had spoken earlier strode forward, his presence intimidating. His sharp gaze swept over Gensou before he asked coldly:
"If you're truly the strongest in a thousand years, why summon us?"
Gensou met his gaze without flinching. "Because my enemies are many."
The man snorted. "Many? How many? With the Hagoromo Clan, even if the Senju and Uchiha joined forces, you shouldn't falter."
Gensou chuckled lightly. "The Senju and Uchiha? If only they were my enemies."
"Then who is it?" The man frowned in confusion.
In the history of the Hagoromo Clan, only the Senju and Uchiha had ever been true rivals. Could it be the Uzumaki, Hyūga, or Taketori clans had risen to prominence?
Curiosity filled the hall as all the ancestors turned their attention to Gensou, awaiting his answer.
Gensou swept his gaze across them and, in an unwavering tone, stated:
"Everyone."
"Every ninja in the shinobi world is essentially my enemy."
The hall fell into stunned silence.
Even Mu, who had confidently praised Gensou, was left speechless.
After carefully observing Gensou's expression, the ancestors quickly realized he wasn't joking.
So, the Hagoromo Clan was now at odds with the entire shinobi world?
A collective gasp filled the room.
While the Hagoromo Clan had always been proud, their pride had never reached the point of defying the entire world.
Mu's fingers trembled as he asked, "Is the Hagoromo Clan… still standing?"
"Though we've faced some setbacks, the Hagoromo Clan endures," Gensou replied truthfully.
"That's a relief… that's a relief…" Mu exhaled deeply, his shoulders relaxing.
Then, Rei's cool voice cut through the room, voicing the question on everyone's minds:
"Why oppose the shinobi world?"
"Why?"
Gensou smiled.
At that moment, he released the full weight of his aura.
In an instant, a crushing pressure descended on everyone present.
As his gaze swept over them, his eyes gleamed with absolute confidence.
"Because I am not only the strongest of the Hagoromo Clan in a thousand years. I am the strongest in the shinobi world in a thousand years!"
"Would you like to see for yourselves?"
