"He has always been hopeless with women. If he told me it would have been easier. We, women, are simple. Just don’t hide anything from us and we will fully support you. But if a misunderstanding happens it will be difficult to fix things." Alice, who was quiet all the time, suddenly spoke.

Lana smiled. She liked her daughter’s side and she was right about it. But there’s only one thing she forgot. Men don’t like the idea of sharing.

Pearl was sitting in the mansion garden enjoying the view. It’s a beautiful place. She loved coming here. Issac’s family is nice to her; they treat her so well, especially her mother and sister. They treat her well because they don’t know the truth. She keeps pretending like she is a pure person when she wasn’t.

There she starts to think like this again. The guilt that haunts her every day. The feeling of being dirty. These feelings were less frequent when she was taking the medications. The pill helped her to stop thinking like this. Now because she’s pregnant she can’t take them until she gives birth. Now she feels depressed all the time but she tries to put up a smile so she doesn’t worry Issac. He already has family problems to deal with.

"Are you saying that I can’t enter my sister’s house?" Pearl heard a woman shouting and she stood up to see who she was.

It was Sofia. Issac aunt.

Pearl watched as she shouted at the guards and entered the mansion forcibly. She thought about turning around and going back inside and hiding somewhere from this woman. But she already saw her. Pearl placed her hand on her baby pump out of fear. She hates this woman and she fears that she might hurt her baby.

"Good morning." Pearl was the first one to greet her.

Sofia looked at her before she took a step closer from her." So you do have manners. I thought that you’re a lost whore that he picked from the street." Sophia said.

Pearl glared at Sophia. She tried to be nice to her but she’s back to insulting her again. "Did you come here early in the morning to insult me? It makes me think that you have nothing to do but walk around and run that loose tongue of yours." Pearl replied ti not holding back this time.

"How dare you? Do you know how I am? I can have you killed right now if I want to." Sofia threatened her.

"Well. Last time I checked you can’t move a rock in this house without Lana’s approval."

"You piece of shit... " In a moment of anger, Sofia raised her hand and was about to slap Pearl but suddenly her wrist was caught by someone.

Ethan, Jacob, and Issac were walking out of the mansion and witnessed the whole scene. The three men stood there watching with shocked looks on their faces.

Petal caught Sofia’s wrist before she could hurt Pearl. Did this crazy woman forget that Pearl is pregnant?

Letting go of Sofia’s hand. Petal came to stand between her and Pearl. Staring at the old woman coldly.

"Step aside. Little girl. This spoiled girl needs to be disciplined." Sofia said but Petal didn’t move.

Petal turned around, wrapping her arm around Pearl, taking her away from her. Sofia continued shouting. But Petal didn’t even turn to look at her. She was already late for school.

"Thank you." Pearl said as she looked up at Petal.

Petal smiled at her. Glad that she was fine. That crazy old woman. She thought to herself.

"Issac." Ethan called his brother.

"Yes. I know." Issac said as he walked towards Pearl.

"That was quite a show. Your aunt is sure of something." Jacob said after Issac left.

Ethan smiled and didn’t say anything. It was a quite nice show to see. His queen was a storing and powerful woman and that’s what he loved about her.

"Pearl. Are you alright?" Issac asked, cupping her face.

Nodding her head. Pearl looked at Petal and said."I’m fine. Thanks to Petal. She saved me."

"Thank you so much. But you should know this. Sofia has put you On her black list. So watch your back." Issac said, warning her.

Petal nodded her head and walked towards the mansion, leaving the couple alone. On her way. She saw Ethan standing at the entrance of the mansion looking at her but she looked ahead of her and ignored him. Looking at her watch. She sighed and continued to walk forward.

She needs to shower quickly and go to school. She shouldn’t have stayed at her uncle’s house.

Ethan tried to not show his emotions but he felt sad to see her ignore him. He used to see her smile whenever she saw him. But in her eyes. He was the bad guy. The devil himself.

Fifteen minutes later. Petal was fully dressed and was ready. She quickly walked downstairs and left the mansion. Hoping that she will arrive on time for school.

"That was fast." Jacob said as he opened the car door for her.

Petal rolled her eyes and got into the car. She felt as if everyone was determined to make her late.

Inside Ethan’s car.

"Phhuuwwweeeeet-Phheeew." Alice let out a wild whistle. "This outfit is hot." She added looking at her brother who was following Petal with his eyes like a hawk.

"I have to admit that she has a tease." Alice noticed how Ethan was clutching the steering wheel. "Careful. We need this to drive with it." She added.

Turning the car engine on. Ethan drove the car out of the mansion. She was wearing a skirt again. He had told her not to wear them again unless she’s with him. He knows how tight skirts look good on her. Especially when she wears black pantyhose under it. He can’t deny that the outfit looked perfect on her. Especially the black boots. The way her hair was let down. She was utterly beautiful and cute.
