"Bang~" The door was flung open, the woman rushed in. Seeing her man being burned by the punishment fire, she shrieked, "No, no..." and leaped forward, not towards Yusuf Zuck, but her man. She opened her mouth wide, blowing a continuous stream of cold air, attempting to extinguish the punishment fire.

"Don’t, my lady, flee..." the male snow demon, gritting his teeth, shook violently, seemingly about to explode, his body expanding!

"Stop, stop, I don’t intend to kill you guys, don’t kill me!" Yusuf Zuck suddenly absorbed the punishment fire back into his hand!

"Whew~" As the fire extinguished, the snow demon collapsed backward. The woman quickly caught him under her arm and retreated swiftly, pulling out a blue Cold Pearl, pushing it into his mouth!

The snow demon was severely injured, scorched by the punishment fire, his vitality seemed entirely burned out, soft and weak with no combat ability, almost on the verge of death.

The woman, trembling, looked at Yusuf Zuck, eyes filled with hate and confusion, because although Yusuf could have killed her husband, he retracted the punishment fire at the crucial moment.

"Haven’t I said I don’t intend to kill you? You provoked me, didn’t you?" At this point, Yusuf Zuck wasn’t afraid at all, even relaxed, picking up a cup and sipping wine, for he could see, the snow demons feared the punishment fire intensely, they were utterly powerless against it!

"No." Yusuf Zuck shook his head, "I really was just passing by, then my friend mentioned you guys were cursed beings, best left alone, so I intended to leave. Who’d have thought you’d come after us, by my old temper, you’d be dead now!"

"Then why didn’t you kill us?" The woman persisted.

"Aren’t you pregnant? Killing him means your child wouldn’t have a father. Seeing how you risked your life for your man, I couldn’t bear it." Yusuf Zuck shook his head, grieved by the thought of killing a pregnant woman.

The woman’s face changed, the man was equally bewildered.

"Thank you for sparing us, young lord." The man came around, cupping his hands in gratitude towards Yusuf Zuck, and the woman slightly bowed, tears in her eyes, "Thank you."

"Enough, there will be more demon hunters here, you better find a safe place. We’ll leave and won’t reveal your presence!" Yusuf Zuck shook his head, finished his drink, and stood. Ayden Acme was eagerly signaling him to leave, as this place was dangerous. Unlike Yusuf, Ayden couldn’t withstand the snow demon’s suction.

Seeing Yusuf truly planning to leave without further conflict, the snow demon couple was left in amazement, questioning if such a good person could exist in this world?

"Young lord, please wait." The woman suddenly called after Yusuf Zuck, and the man exchanged a glance with her.

Deliberating, the woman stated, "Young lord, your noble act shall not be forgotten by us. Within the rear snow mountain, a rare treasure is about to emerge. We hope you’ll await its revelation before departing!"

"No need, you keep it. We’re leaving!" With that, Yusuf Zuck continued forward.

The snow demon couple was truly shocked. Despite mentioning a rare treasure, this man showed no greed, what kind of remarkable individual was he?

"Gabriel Freeman, Yusuf Zuck!" said Yusuf Zuck as he left the inn with Ayden Acme, and with a grand wave of his sleeves, disappeared into the sky!

"He really left!" The man exclaimed in surprise.

The woman nodded, "Indeed, today, we realized this world truly holds such open-hearted individuals, a rarity among humanity itself!"

"Yusuf Zuck, Gabriel Freeman, I shall remember you!" The man nodded.

"Yes, we owe him a debt; we’ll repay when we can." The woman agreed.

"What do we do now?" The man asked.

"To the mountains, we’ll wait the eighteen days for the rare treasure. With it, we can roam freely in Patrick Ruiz’s territory, unafraid of punishment fire."

"Exactly, we can explore this realm without fear of recognition, nor worry about the blazing sun or the Half-Step Creation masters!"

The couple exchanged a knowing look, abandoning their home, venturing into the mountains once more by night!
