Finally completing the relaying of his report to me, Void breathed a sigh of relief. He said that everything he read in the archives of that church gave him the creeps. He said the last time he had the same feeling was when he first found out from his father about the cruel experiments that the older generation of heralds and elves did to humans and other mystique races in the name of preserving their numbers.

To get his mind off of the said creepy topic, we just spent time talking about what he’s been up to since the last time we met. He readily shared that his father and the king of the blood demons had quite an argument after I left the place. It seems that the other side (the blood demons) was desperate to set up a meeting with me to confirm the existence of the child between me and the blood demon prince.

Void stared at me as if gauging my reaction about the fact that the father of my blood demon babies is looking for me and wanted to meet me. I just stared back at him with a calm face and honestly said that I have no plans to visit any mystique races in the near future since I am very busy with other things as an academe student and my other roles (envoy, businesswoman, wife, mother and queen of Eieneos).

To stop this guy from getting any more ideas due to jealousy, I suddenly asked him what are his plans after meeting me today or if he had other tasks he had to finish from his father. He grumpily replied, "Why? Is that your way of saying I should leave now because my task is done?"

I looked at him with a raised eyebrow and a smirk on my face and replied, "Nope. It is quite the opposite actually. I would like you to stay a bit more since it is quite lonely traveling alone. It would be about 3 more hours since I reach the northern military camps anyway."

He looked at me with a raised eyebrow as well and replied, "So, you are taking me as a source of your entertainment for the next few hours? You know what is the only thing that I want from you but you can’t give that to me so why should I stay?"

I hugged Void and whispered, "Can’t you at least understand it like "I want to be with you longer since I missed you"? Why are you so grumpy all the time when you aren’t even pregnant? You do know that I can control time in this wagon. We could do a lot of things within a whole day, right? Though we can’t do what you want just yet, I can still satisfy and feed you, right?"

I stared at his face and saw that moment when his eyes became hazy as if being intoxicated by something. This is the usual reaction of Void’s body when it detects my desire for him. Dark elves feed on desires and mana from others and it is the most irresistible and satisfying if it is a desire directed towards the one who is feeding.

While he was still in a daze, I slowly released him from the hug and dramatically sighed. I continued my little monologue, "I guess I was the only one missing you. Maybe, you don’t want me anymore so you are being cold and grumpy. It is fine. I can travel alone. You can go back to Aeterdumnox now."

After saying my dramatic lines, I stood up from the sofa and walked across the living room towards my bedroom door quickly. As I passed by Void, I saw him stunned and confused at the sudden turn of events. Well, he was the one asking for the coaxing earlier and now the tables have turned to him having to coax me.

Just as I reached the door of my bedroom and have stepped inside, I heard heavy and quick footsteps from behind me. In just a split second, Void covered the area of the whole living room and was already behind me grabbing my wrist. He then said with an irritated tone, "How dare you asked to be coaxed, huh? Did I even say that I didn’t miss you? You did not even give me a chance to play a bit hard to get before eventually agreeing!"

I stopped walking but did not turn around. If only he can see the victorious smirk on my face as of the moment, he would have not followed me until here and grabbed on to me like this.

Right when he was about to talk more, I twisted my arm and grabbed on to his wrist instead then pulled him inside my room in a quick series of actions. I saw his eyes widen as the realization kicked in to him that everything was a set up to lure him near my room so I can pull him inside it.

He tried to pull away but of course that would be impossible after entering my personal domain. The last words that can be heard for him were, "Lunaaaaa.... Wait! Ahh..." everything that came out of his mouth after that were just lewd sounds and heavy breathing. ƒree𝑤ebnσvel-com

After about two and a half hours outside the wagon, I left the bed with the exhausted Void under my sheets. It is about time for me to reach the northern military camps. I carried the unconscious man and took a quick bath with him. I cleaned up the mess we made in the room and put him back under the covers still naked.

As for myself, I put on some formal clothing to look more credible as a doctor and an envoy from the royal capital. Before leaving, I kissed Void’s neck to wake him up and he immediately squirmed and murmured, "Stop- No more..." and I simply responded, "We are about to reach the military camp and I have to leave the wagon for a bit. Stay here for now. Rest well because we’re going to continue after I get back, okay? I know you are already well fed but just put the excess food on the orb I gave you before."

I felt his body stiffen and shiver for a bit. When I looked into his eyes, they were looking intoxicated again and he absentmindedly just nodded his head. I couldn’t help but think back to when I first met the blood demon prince. Was his intoxicated look at that time brought about the drugs pumped into his body or the natural reaction to desire directed at him?
