Infinite Wealth System: Crazy Tasks, Insane Rewards!-Chapter 50: Project Report
Chapter 50: Project Report
Jayden headed to the Zintech office the next day. He might have been away, but he had to visit the company to get reports about the project at hand.
Upon reaching the entrance of his office, a young lady with moist ivory skin and short brown hair suddenly approached him with a smile.
"Good morning, sir. You’re welcome," she said, nodding politely.
Jayden gave her a sharp stare. Her beauty caught his eye, and he couldn’t help but admire it. Her physique, her height and structure... It was all perfect...
Jayden swallowed in amazement.
However, that didn’t stop him from questioning her. He had never seen this face here before, so he had to ask.
"You are?" he asked, giving a curious look.
"Charlotte Nike, sir. Your newly employed secretary. I resumed yesterday, sir," she informed him, her voice as soft and polite as could be.
Jayden nodded at once. He quickly remembered that he actually didn’t have a secretary before. Kudos to Sabrina, she had done a good job by employing one. He was surprised because he never saw a "Secretary for the Chairman" addition written on the employment list, but he was okay with it.
It wasn’t as if he never needed one, after all.
"Alright. Nice to meet you... Charlotte. And good luck with your work," Jayden smiled at her.
He was moved to give her a handshake, which she gladly accepted.
Then before he walked into the office...
"Notify the Ambassador that I’m here. Tell her to summon the whole team to my office for project reports. I really don’t have much time to spend here," Jayden said.
"Yes, sir," Charlotte quickly nodded and rushed off.
Jayden watched her walk away, his eyes fixed on the awesome curve behind... He couldn’t comment enough on her god-like skin... It was literally as if she had just hatched from an egg.
After staring for a while, Jayden just had to shake his head before heading into the office.
Settling on one of the couches, he thought about giving his system stat a check. He had been giving side checks most times, especially the harem feature, but he hadn’t gotten to check the whole stats in full.
At least he could do that before the Zintech Board arrived.
Clicking an icon on the interface, he began to observe.

Jayden smiled. "It’s already beginning to take shape," he said, rubbing his jaw.
Soon, the board stepped in, being led by Sabrina.
They greeted and sat, going straight into business. Jayden was sure that the funding had gone round, which ensured that they must have commenced production by now.
All he needed today was a report on how the progress was going, to know exactly when they could predict the launch.
The General Mechanical Officer began first. With a note in his hand, he had definitely written down the reports from his side.
"As the first team involved in the construction, we confidently notify you that the job has been going well. We haven’t had any issues so far, apart from the new-style engine formula, which we have strongly been dealing with. We were financially contained and can assure the other teams that our part will be completed very soon," he said, reading the note carefully.
Jayden nodded, turning to the technology head.
"Just as the General Mechanical Officer said, the Tech team can also confidently notify the board that our preparations are already carried out. Once the Mechanical Team completes their part, the Tech team will follow suit. Additionally, we are financially contained and don’t need any more funds," the General Technology Officer said before going back to sit.
It went on like that...
The Design Manager also stated that the jobs were going fine, as well as the team being financially contained.
The term "financially contained" meant that they had enough funds to get any equipment or tools to be used.
It was good news for Jayden, knowing that the money was enough. Now he couldn’t wait for the production to complete. The system had been helping him work on the best marketing strategy, and with the intelligence skill he got, he believed they wouldn’t fall short on that side.
Not if they actually made the best supercar the world had ever seen.
The meeting ended shortly, and Jayden decided to make a short supervision visit to the factory before leaving.
The factory was located not too far from the main office, but it was at the heart of the industrial estate of Cloudbridge City.
Sabrina, as his direct assistant, also went on the walk with him as they conversed.
"I’ve been thinking, boss... I know I’m not really in the right place to question you, but I have to. I figured you’re not the kind of boss that takes his workers for rats," Sabrina said, smiling at him.
Jayden chuckled, nodding. She was quite a charismatic woman. He already knew that — not just today — and he was down to have a conversation with her.
"Yes, I’m not," he responded.
"Right," she gave herself a reassuring nod and then went straight to the point.
"Zintech was lost. I mean, we actually had no hopes and were already planning not to resume duty after hearing that the company was sold. Sure, you told us, but most of us were hesitant," Sabrina began, not going straight to the question yet...
But Jayden was all ears.
"We didn’t want to lose our jobs. It was uncalled for, and you know, Cloudbridge is quite a big city. It would be quite hard for us to get another job if we lost this one," she added.
Jayden nodded, going with the flow.
"But then you came. No one thought you would give almost the entire old staff the chance to continue. You really did, and... and we just couldn’t be more grateful," her face showed her sense of absolute sincerity.
It was really clear that they were glad about it...
Jayden knew.
He indeed had the thought to sweep the entire staff, but that didn’t happen... He didn’t just change his mind — the system made him do that.
His high intelligence skill made a huge contribution too, because he knew that there would be little to no perfect individuals for the job if he fired the ones the company already had.
It was strategic reasoning.
Then, Sabrina finally asked her question.
"Why did you buy Zintech? Why did you choose to get a company drowning in huge debts instead of just starting your own?"
The question hit hard, but Jayden already had answers.
However, he knew he really wouldn’t have taken Zintech if it was from his own wealth.
Truly, if it wasn’t for the Wealth Points, he wouldn’t have acquired Zintech.
