I was so close to cutting Maddie off. It took a little while, but I managed to detach it from the cliff.

The question now was how to get out of here with Maddie.

I heard Victor’s impatient voice from above.

I had no idea what was going on up there, but Victor and Leon were having a surprisingly calm conversation.
