I Try To Enjoy My Life But This Woman Keep Calling Me Villain-Chapter 132: First Adventure Mission
I nod and take one of the scrolls. I open it up and read the stats.
=//=
[Silvanna Baxter]
[Class: (Seer)]
STR: G
END: G
AGI: F
MAG: E
=//=
This is... eye-opening. I look at Quentyn and say.
"What are the lowest stats?"
"H. H-rank is the lowest."
That means E is already great or at least above average. I take the scroll that contains Quentyn’s stats and open it.
=//=
[Quentyn]
[Class: (Swordsman)]
STR: E
END: E
AGI: E
MAG: H
=//=
Right. I’m right. E-rank is the above-average rank for an adventurer to start. D-rank is a solid foundation rank, while C is good for an adventurer or even great depending on their skills, as stats are not the only deciding factor in a fight.
That means B-rank is already reaching the higher end of stats, huh?
I take the second one from the pile of six and open it.
=//=
[Sonia Gwyndolin Cunningham]
[Class: (Monk) | (Elemental Magician)]
STR: E
END: D
AGI: E
MAG: A
=//=
Oh! Sonia has great potential in magic, huh? As expected of Homunculus. It is a shame that she cannot awaken her talent just yet because the church deems her as fourteen years old and has not yet reached adulthood.
Also, that means the class is not really because of the user’s talent but rather what they are currently. Silva is not a fighter but rather a scout or a [Seer], someone who can see something ordinary cannot see. I really need to buy higher-level spell books for her.
I shake my head and give the scroll to Sonia and give the first one to Silva for them to read. I take another scroll and open it.
=//=
[Hildegard Brinan Luzia]
[Class: (Archer)]
STR: E
END: G
AGI: F
MAG: F
=//=
I was right. Quentyn’s talent puts class as the fighting style the target uses. Because Silva has yet to choose her fighting style, so she only has [Seer] as a class, while Hilda has [Archer] as a class even when her talent is awakened.
I open the last two scrolls and see Jonathan and Jullian’s stats.
=//=
[Jullian]
[Class: (Swordsman) | (Lightning Warrior)]
STR: D
END: D
AGI: C
MAG: G
=//=
[Jonathan]
[Class: (Archer) | (Puppeteer)] 𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖
STR: E
END: E
AGI: D
MAG: D

Oh! The first C-rank among my group. Sonia having an A-rank in her magic stats is given because she is a homunculus. C-rank in a human is great and was also in AGI stats. Jullian has been working hard, and he deserves it.
That maniac trains like he will die if he does not train for a day or two. He deserves these stats. The same with Jonathan. He also starts to copy Jullian by training like a maniac, and by the look on his face, after I give him the scroll, he will increase his training.
It looks like I need to prepare potions to heal him and Jullian. Lucky for me, I have a garden in my pocket dimension, and they are automatically planted, watered, and harvested. The only downside is that it can only take care of four types of plants, and only a small number of them can be taken care of.
I shake my head and look at Quentyn.
"Thank you. That is all."
"Ummm... Are you sure?"
"Yes. That is all. Maybe in the future, I will hire you to use your talent once again, but for now, that is all."
"Ah, I see. Then, excuse me."
After Quentyn and Jul-Tan walk away from the table and walk to the receptionist, my companion takes a seat around the table. Silva quickly looks at me and says something in a low voice.
"What was that, dear? Why did you release that enormous mana?"
"Ah, like I said earlier, it was just a misunderstanding. He only uses his talent on me, and I decided to warn him not to do that again without permission. In a way, he is the same as you. However, instead of apologizing, he decided to run away."
Silva blushes a little and quickly says.
"Anyway! What do you want to do now?"
"Well, the reason why I ask him to use his talent on us is because it is a perfect thing to know which part we need to train. For example, you. I think it is time for you to choose your weapon. You are great in bow and arrow and spear. Your only class is [Seer], something that is tied to your talent. However, we need to change that. Your speed is already on a perfect path, but the other is not. We will train your strength and endurance while we are here."
I expect her to pale up at my word. That is a lot of things to be improved, after all.
Instead of that, I can see a fire inside her eyes—a fire of determination.
"I see. Then I will work hard. As for weapons, I think I will take the bow and arrow. I’m more comfortable using a bow and arrow."
"That is not a problem. I will teach you the basics, and you can go from there. Maybe we can ask one of the soldiers from Lord Sarhakan."
"En! I will learn them quickly."
"Good. As for the others... I don’t have anything to say. You guys are on the right path and only need a push."
I can see them straighten their back at my word. They look proud of their achievement. I don’t think my praise is that good to make them puff their chest like that. Oh well.
"And that push will be a quest! We will start our adventurer career here. For now, we need a quest. We are done with our registration, and now we can take a quest or two."
I get up from the chair and walk to the receptionist.
"Excuse me, but we want to take a quest."
The young woman smiles a little at me and says.
"Of course. Because of the recommendation letter, we will let you take the C or above quest up to the A-rank quest."
"Oh? Really? What’s inside the letter anyway?"
"Ah, it is only saying that Lord Asfahan vouch for you and your group that you guys are strong people who can take care of themselves. However, as a policy, we cannot let you immediately get the C-rank title. You need to do it the hard way."
"Speaking of rank, how can we rank up from our current rank?"
Currently, all of us are G-rank, the lowest rank in the Adventurer Guild.
"To get into the F-rank, you need to complete three quests. Usually, the newbie will gather herbs or something to rank up quickly. To officially join the F-rank, you need to do a hunting quest, a low-level one. Usually a wild animal like a wolf or wild boar or hunting a low-level monster like a sand lizard."
I nod and say.
"I see. What about us? We will take a hunting job immediately, after all."
"Then you and your party only need to complete three quests."
"Easy enough. Thank you for your explanation."
"It is not a problem, my lord. It is my job, after all. Is there something else?"
"Where is the mission board?"
The woman points her finger at the next room and says.
"You can take missions from that place and bring them to me. Completing a mission without me stamping it first will be considered an illegal questing, and you will be banned for a few days, and your reward will be void."
"Got it."
My companion and I walk to the next room, and I can see a lot of missions on the board. We walk to the C-rank section and even look at the B-rank. After searching for a few seconds, we decide to take the extermination quest of a monster called [Sand Snake].
It was a B-rank quest, and the one issuing it was the village chief ten kilometers from the city. After taking the mission, we walked back to the receptionist for it to be stamped.

3rd POV
While Gwyndolin and his companion are busy preparing for their quest, Jul-Tan and Quentyn are already outside the city to do theirs. While they are walking, Jul-Tan decides to say something.
"You know... we are lucky."
"Huh? Why?"
"We are lucky that humans did not kill us. By the feel of his mana alone, my entire fur stood up in fright. I almost shit myself when he does that."
"Right. I’m sorry about that. I’m truly curious about his stats, you see."
"What are his stats that make you so curious? I did not have time to see it before that man came next to us."
"Look for yourself."
Quentyn takes the scroll of Gwyndolin’s stats and gives it to Jul-Tan. The tiger beastman takes the scroll and reads it. After a few seconds of reading, he suddenly says,
"You should burn this."
"What? Why?"
"We did not want someone who was obsessed with magic to know about his location. You already heard about the rumor of the Magic Tower."
Quentyn quickly remembers a plot in the game and quickly nods his head. He takes out a flint and steel and burns the scroll.
"Let’s hope that there is no member of Magic Tower in this city to feel that magic spike."
Quentyn can only hope.
