I Bound Myself to a Destructive Witch-Chapter 491 - 459. Father and Luo Sheng’s Eye
In the depths of the Evil Demon Sea.
The magma, as crimson as blood, boiled and surged, constantly releasing bubbles. Within them, the twisted faces of Dead Spirits desperately stretched out limbs and heads, issuing pitiful wails.
It was as if in hell.
At the center of the Magma Sea was an ancient dark tower, entirely shrouded in black, reaching a kilometer high. Nine chains formed a circular bridge connecting from the cliff to the base of the tower.
On the chains of the high bridge, countless beings stood densely packed, including members of the Evil Clan, Evil, and the Human Race; they were continuously pushed off the bridge by the faceless behind them, falling into the magma, struggling and wailing.
And at the end of the chains of the high bridge, beneath the dark tower, there was a throne constructed out of blood.
A man in black long robes sat upon the throne.
His pale hair was a disheveled mess as it fell over his back, and his face was covered with a sinister mask with fierce fangs, like the face of a tiger with bulging eyes and raised eyebrows, adorned with horns, and the lower cheek displaying an open mouth with bared teeth, resembling the visage of a demon or rakshasa.
To an onlooker, it bore the style of a traditional Nuom mask.
He sat on his knees, splayed outward, casually leaning against the throne. His body was pierced with countless fine red lines, like puppet threads controlling a puppet, threaded through his back, limbs, and the back of his head.
Beside the throne floated a white vortex, with half of Bai Nuo’s body protruding from it. His face with its black and red swirling eyes looked strange as he suddenly let out a hoarse, low chuckle,
"Father, we’ve found Jianzhu."
The masked figure gave a slight nod as the man came to.
Bai Nuo continued, "It appears Jianzhu has found several Human Race allies, two from True Martial Realm 1 and one from the True Martial Second Realm."
The man on the throne was not inclined to speak; Bai Nuo went on, "But don’t worry, Father. With Luo Sheng’s Eye, those three from the True Martial Realms are nothing; we assure you that we’ll capture Jianzhu alive. It’s just a pity that Luo Sheng’s Eye can’t copy Spiritual Artifacts..."
Bai Nuo prattled on.
"Shut up." The man on the throne finally spoke, his tone detached and cold.
"Yes."
"He Jianzhu’s Diversion Body can disintegrate at any moment, don’t provoke her unduly," the man casually reminded.
"Yes, yes, Father."
"Have all those insects in the outside world been cleaned up?" Bai Nuo’s mask stared at the Dead Spirits struggling in the magma and asked in an indifferent voice.
"There are still a dozen or so wandering in the Evil Demon Sea, two of whom carry the Evil Heart Demon Blood of the Sons of the Evil Demon. We have dispatched the faceless to capture them."
"Once we get the remaining Evil Heart Demon Blood, we should have enough to break this seal."
Saying this, Bai Nuo’s spiral eyes began to spin clockwise, his tone rising with excitement, "Father, you will soon be free, and see the light of day once more!"

Meanwhile, Xia Feng was embroiled in a chaotic battle with the faceless army, the Bone Snake man, and the Spider man.
The group of faceless, white figures wearing straw raincoats swarmed like cockroaches, unkillable, rushing forward to launch indiscriminate attacks on him and the two Bone followers.
This made Xia Feng grateful, glad that these two forces were not allied.
What surprised Xia Feng, however, was that as the battle commenced, two of the faceless contorted and morphed like putty, directly taking on the appearance of the Bone Snake and Spider men.
Although still unnaturally pale and eerily drawn, these copies possessed the exact same abilities as the Bone Snake and Spider men.
Even the Bone Beast was identical, as two massive Bone Snakes collided midair, shrieking in synchrony as severe injuries resonated.
"Damn it!"
The spider man’s face turned ugly; his Bone Spider, too, was in a life-and-death struggle with the opposite Bone Spider.
"What the hell is this?!"
"Lord She Pan, think of something fast!"
She Pan recalled his gravely injured Bone Snake, spat out a mouthful of fresh blood, and flew back next to spider man, his expression somber as he surveyed the Faceless closing in from all sides.
What could he do? These Faceless couldn’t be killed at all. Blow their heads off and they would be back to normal in less than a second.
But that wasn’t the worst of it; the most troubling part was that Bai Nuo’s eye ability was exceptionally eerie. Once he set his gaze upon them, their Spiritual Clothes, Bone Beasts, and attributes like strength and agility were completely replicated onto the Faceless, outrageously so.
Thankfully, the kid that Lord Peach Blossom wanted captured seemed not to be part of the Faceless army, as he was also trapped.
If they couldn’t escape the bizarre methods of these Faceless, naturally, neither could the kid.
All they could do was be thoroughly disgusted by this replicating ability until death.
"This ability is called Luo Sheng’s Eye."
The voice of He Jianzhu arose beside Xia Feng, "If you make eye contact with Bai Nuo’s Luo Sheng’s Eye, everything about you, except your Spiritual Artifact, can be replicated onto the Faceless, creating a ’Nengmare.’ Of course, the maximum number of Nengmare that can exist at the same time is limited to 3, and it’s ineffective against those who are Venerable or above or who possess extremely high spiritual power."
"Moreover, even if you don’t make eye contact with Bai Nuo, as soon as you use any ability, it will also be replicated by the gaze of Bai Nuo. So, when facing Bai Nuo, the best strategy is to just run, otherwise the more you fight, the more troublesome it gets."
Hearing the introduction to the queer power of Luo Sheng’s Eye, Xia Feng couldn’t help but think of his own Blessing Domain.
Compared to Blessing Domain, Luo Sheng’s Eye could not only replicate comprehensive attributes but also Spiritual Clothes, Evil Clan talents, and Bone Beasts, making it a terrifying ability indeed, but its disadvantage was also clear—it was ineffective against someone of Venerable stature or above.
And its limit wasn’t high.
Nevertheless, it was still a very challenging ability.
After all, it could replicate three Nengmare at the same time. If one were to fight alone, replicating three Nengmare with the same strength as the opponent would make it a three against one battle, almost guaranteeing victory.
Of course, if the enemy’s Spiritual Artifact power was extremely strong, that would be a different story.
Xia Feng hovered up high with Miyamoto Tengu, his hands shimmering with Unity Bombs and Fingertip Lightning. With a wave of his hand, he bombarded the Faceless below, turning them into charred corpses, only for them to regenerate to their original state.
Xia Feng’s dark pupils narrowed as he used the Eye of Decompilation to closely observe the insides of these Faceless while quietly waiting for Bai Nuo to replicate his comprehensive strength, preparing to experience firsthand the power of Luo Sheng’s Eye.
Although the limit of Luo Sheng’s Eye wasn’t high, it was still a decent ability. He was very curious whether this thing was a Spiritual Artifact or a Divine Relic.
Bai Nuo, too, had realized that this human male’s Spiritual Particle standard far exceeded that of the True Martial Realm 1.
Even his spirit and agility attributes far exceeded others of the same level, and the various techniques he used were never-ending. Within the Human Empire, he would undoubtedly be considered a rarity—an extraordinary prodigy not encountered in tens of thousands of years.
Such a prodigy had significant value for replication.
Bai Nuo relished the interesting scene whereby he used the enemy’s techniques to vanquish them, which was very pleasing to behold.
However, during his contemplation, Bai Nuo felt somewhat puzzled.
The black and red spiraling eye at the center of his face lifted, intently watching Xia Feng above.
According to his senses, the Spiritual Pressure level of this human male holding Lord Jianzhu was clearly at the peak of True Martial Realm 1, but the replicated Spiritual Pressure didn’t even reach First Rank.
Could he be... an Apprentice Spirit Master?!
