I Became the Villain's Trainer-Chapter 78
Chapter 78
The mouth gracefully smiled, revealing a line of pearly white teeth.
“I’m talking about you.”
“Me...?”
“Make the life created by God the core of the story – build a story within you.”
The mouth giggled.
“Do you still think you’re a human? You’re not.”
Alexa blinked a few times. The words the mouth said didn’t sound real at all. Alexa lay there, staring at the words that seemed to be pulling her.
New novel chapt𝒆rs are published on ƒгeewebnovёl.com.
“Everyone has a story. You used to be in Han Yu-hee’s story. But now, Karacter will be filled with <Puppy Grand Duke’s Succession Class’s> story instead of Han Yu-hee’s.”
The mouth continued softly, as if doing her a favor.
“Not Han Yu-hee, but a novel? You mean this world?”
“Yes, this world! Your Karacter will become the heart of this story. The story branching from you will unfold new and alter fates. The story will not end as long as you keep going. You will become the origin of this world.”
“Then, what if I die?”
“Pfft–”
The mouth made a creepy sound.
“Everything ends. Everything will be over once you die. Isn’t that why the grim reapers are desperate to kill you?”
“What?”
“With you surviving here, an extra world was created. It was a huge nuisance to the grim reapers.”
“They’re the ones who sent me here...”
Alexa muttered in frustration. If they intended to kill her, shouldn’t they have taken her when she first died? She had already resolved to live earnestly, and now it all seemed unfair. Alexa’s lips twitched, tears on the verge of bursting out. The thought that someone wanted her dead was terrifying and painful.
“Why are you crying? You’re still alive, and I want you to stay that way, Alexa.”
The mouth called her name affectionately.
“Death has passed you twice already. It happened before, and this time too. I believe it will continue to do so.”
“How... can you be so sure?”
“Because people in your story love you, Alexa. Can’t you hear them? They’re calling your name so loudly.”
Alexa blinked her tearful eyes. She focused and thought she could hear it – the voices calling out to her with desperate affection.
[‘Alexa! Wake up...’]
[‘Please, come back to life.’]
[‘Alexa.’]
The voices calling her name were filled with desperate love.
“See? There are more people who don’t want you to die. So why die unjustly? I’ve already created the possibility that you’ll survive in the novel. You’ve already become a part of this novel.”
The mouth rambled on. But Alexa found comfort in the words. Tears streamed down her cheeks.
‘I don’t have to die!’
Alexa’s lips trembled.
‘I don’t have to... I can live. This is my place.’
All the worries she had vanished. Alexa realized she hadn’t taken Selina’s place. She hadn’t ruined the fate of the story. The world wasn’t falling apart because of her! This wasn’t just a novel; it was a world recreated by Alexa, and no one could blame her for it.
Alexa covered her face with her hands. There was no need to be cautious, no reason to be afraid. If Alexa desired, she could do anything. She felt as though the chains binding her were finally breaking.
The mouth spoke again.
“For someone who doesn’t look the part, you’re awfully scared. You’re the core of this story, the Master of this world. No one can criticize you. This world continues because of you.”
The mouth comforted her. She can live. Alexa must live. She doesn’t have to throw her life away for others. If she’s scared, she can say so. If she dislikes something, she can say that too. As soon as she thought that, light burst from Alexa’s body. The letters urgently rushed toward her.
“I guess it’s time to wake up,” the mouth muttered in a pouty tone.
“Goodbye, Alexa.”
Somehow, she felt like she knew the owner of that familiar voice – the owner of the lips.
“Bye, Han Yu-hee...”
The lips hesitated. Alexa somehow thought the lips were crying. The ceiling shook, and a small figure descended to the floor. The grotesque lips disappeared, and Han Yu-hee stood there. She approached Alexa and stroked her head.
“Live well, Alexa. For my sake too.”
As soon as she finished speaking, light exploded from Karacter. Han Yu-hee would now write Alexa’s story in place of her own. It wasn’t sad or anything like that. Han Yu-hee was Alexa, and Alexa was Han Yu-hee.

Alexa’s eyelids fluttered. It had been a week – a full week since she last woke up. Ysildus, who had been by her side the entire time, finally lifted his head.
“Ysildus?”
Alexa blinked and called Ysildus. He nuzzled her cheek as if expressing how glad he was that she had finally woken up.
“Where’s Terrun? Are you hurt?”
“Alexa?”
Hearing his name being called, Terrun, who had been curled up and sleeping, lifted his head. His face popped up over Ysildus’ massive frame, and when he saw Alexa, he smiled with relief.
“Are you okay?”
“Mm, I’m fine.”
“That’s a relief. Ugh, finally.”
Terrun stretched and then looked at Alexa with sparkling eyes.
“Let’s eat. I’m hungry.”
Alexa blinked, and then burst out laughing. Was he really saying that to her right now?
“Mm, let’s eat.”
Her body felt strangely light. Alexa jumped up and tapped Ysildus on the side.
“Ysildus, let’s go eat!”
Honestly, they weren’t even Korean. Why were they all so obsessed with food? Alexa giggled. The blanket that had been wrapped around her like a cocoon fell to her feet. She kicked it aside and stretched.
“But first, I need to shower.”
Alexa had returned. Her Karacter was steadily accumulating stories – both hers and those of this world.
With a lively step, Alexa opened the door to her bedroom. Her faint voice reached the waiting maids and Head Maid outside, who gasped in surprise. Seeing Alexa walking out so healthily, some of them even burst into tears. Alexa cheerfully greeted them.
“Did you sleep well?”
“… It’s late at night, Alexa.”
The Head Maid spoke with a face that looked like she was about to cry.
“Oh. Terrun said he’s hungry. Is it too late for a meal?”
The Head Maid shook her head. What did it matter if it was late at night? She was ready to wake the Head Chef right then and have him prepare a meal. She sent one maid downstairs and another to the Endeltherium. Since Alexa was awake, it was time for the mansion to awaken too. The joyful howls of wolves filled Thersion.

“Alexa!”
Essellia rushed down from the Endeltherium and embraced Alexa. Freshly bathed and dressed in a simple gown, Alexa found herself enveloped in Essellia’s arms.
“Your Grace!”
“Does anything hurt? Are you really okay?”
“I’m all better. I’m fine, Your Grace!”
“Thank goodness, thank goodness.”
Essellia whispered as she kissed Alexa’s forehead. She seemed to have been a bit afraid that Alexa might not wake up. The once-fearless wolves of Thersion had learned what it was to be afraid. Through Alexa, they had come to understand the feeling of loss. Even Carlisle had spent the entire week in a state of deep gloom.
Alexa pursed her lips.
“I’m really fine now... Did you worry a lot?”
“Not just me. We won’t let you be put in such a dangerous situation again.”
Essellia murmured with a sigh. Alexa, feeling overwhelmed, buried her head in Essellia’s shoulder. The ones who had sent her here were now desperately trying to kill her. It was already the second time she’d narrowly escaped death.
‘I must become stronger.’
She didn’t want to sit idly by and let the grim reapers’ games lead to her death. There were still many problems to think about. If she died, the world would end. The weight of such a burden was overwhelming. She wanted to escape it immediately, but she wasn’t confident she could endure living forever alone. More than anything, she wanted to live in the moment. So, Alexa resolved to do her best.
“I want to learn how to use a sword.”
But there were obstacles.
“Why would you want to learn such a dangerous thing! Alexa, you don’t need to learn that.”
Essellia firmly responded.
“But to protect myself...”
“Alexa, dear, look at your wrists. You have no strength in your body. You might end up in more danger trying to practice swordsmanship.”
“Then, what would be better?”
“Magic. Learn magic instead.”
“Magic...?”
Oh. Are they really going to meddle in my life that much? Alexa smiled awkwardly.
