His Witch Queen-Chapter 166: Telling Lucy!

The lady vigorously nodded her head after regaining her consciousness, "Y-Yes..that’s me. But how come you know my name, sister Alice?"

The answer alarmed Alice. She was stumbling on her feet, feeling that her heart suddenly felt struck with other things. "Release her, guards!" Alice passed the immediate order and on her way, the guards let the lady named Lucy step forward.

She bowed to live in respect like a local in front of any Royal, before flashing her bright smile,"’I’m sure, Dominic must have told you about me." Alice’s eyes gave her response without muttering anything through her lips.

Whereas, happiness was reaching up to the height of the sky. Lucy was totally shocked but surprised and happy that Dominic had talked with his family for them.

But Alice, who was more curious to deal with, "What are you doing here this time? It is still early."

"I wanted to meet Dominic. Actually, he hasn’t been coming to our spot for the past few days. I don’t know why. Even his personal guard who used to assist and help us in exchanging our letters isn’t coming round. The only way left was to escape to the castle and meet him. But he isn’t here to meet me yet..." Lucy told Alice honesty.

She wore a brown-colored ripped frock. There was a bright glow on her face, which was in contrast with her dress. But surely, Alice pounds her heart to be filled with sweet flowers.

She was exactly the same as what Dominic had described her.

But her sentiments were not in contrast. Alice didn’t wait when she stepped and hugged Lucy instantly via her neck.

The sudden jam of the hug made Lucy take a step back. Subconsciously, her hand also raised to hold Alice from the back, where she too appeared doubtful. "Sister Alice, are you fine?"

"I was surprised by your appearance here. But it’s good that you’re here..." Alice didn’t react but she pressed Lucy more into her embrace. Her statue nature made Lucy extremely worried., Something Didn’t appear right to her.

"Sister, do you want me to...Can you call Dominic so that we both can talk?" Lucy innocently asked and requested with her soft voice.

She was dying to see Dominic for once.

While Alice’s heart made her stop on her track. She pulled herself out of the embrace, daring not to look into Lucy’s eyes, "D-Dominic..ca...can’t meet you anymore."

"Can’t meet me anymore?"

Lucy asked in a more extraction voice and she nodded. Lucy didn’t understand a thing, "What does this mean? I think there’s any confusion. Is he busy? Then, I can come some o-"

"Lucy." Alice stopped Lucy in between her words. She looked at her solemnly and it made Lucy feel the change in Alice.

’Why is she behaving so strangely? why is she not letting me meet Dominic?’ it gave her some negative vibes, to begin with. She knew very well that Lady ALICE isn’t like that. So, what has occurred for her to talk like this and for DOMINIC to not appear in front of her for so many days?

As Lucy managed to feel something was wrong, she didn’t want to tell the reason for her arrival. "I want to talk about something really important with Dominic. It can’t be late, Sister Alice."

For a while, Lucy thought that if she tells the matter of all, maybe sister Alice would allow her to know the root cause of the reason. When Alice heard her words, she nodded her head, asking to know more, "Well, the reason I’m here is that.." 𝚏𝕣𝐞𝗲𝐰𝕖𝐛𝐧𝕠𝕧𝚎𝚕.𝐜𝚘𝗺

Lucy brought Alice’s hand near her stomach and above to caress it slowly. A giant traced her lips like the most beautiful flower. "The tummy isn’t empty anymore, sister Alice."

"It is the most beautiful gift in the world. God has granted me this right to be the one.." her actions all seem weird.

As Alice’s mind is stuck with ideas, she instantly pulled her head to look at Lucy with her widened eyes, "ARE YOU PREGNANT?"

"Yes!" Lucy told her with a widened grin that didn’t leave her lips for a moment "The child is of Dominic and mine! Sister Alice, you don’t know how happy I am to tell Dominic right now."

"I was worried that we weren’t married but..I confirmed with my friend. She told me that....I am pregnant.." Lucy prompted up, "You know, Dominic will surely be happiest on the word when he hears this. He will jump on the mountains for sure!" Lucy’s happiness had no spot to trace.

She was famished with the idea that their child, the sign of their love, was growing in her womb.

While Lucy expressed her happiness and joy, there was a total contract in Alice’s world. Her mind clothed all together on learning about the pregnancy news that wasn’t even a bit of happy news of the right now. ’She is pregnant with her brother’s child....but how am I supposed to reveal to her that he isn’t anymore?’

It was the most difficult task she has ever covered.

But it was bound to happen and maybe, delaying will only increase treasure.’The lady needs to know about the reality..’ fabricating won’t benefit either.

With a deep breath, Alice’s eyes lifted upwards. There were tears in them and the sudden gaze made Lucy worried, "Sister Alice?! Why are you crying? What has happened?"

"Lucy.." Alice’s heart skipped a beat but she managed to tighten her tongue this time, "There’s something you need to know.."

"Yes?" Lucy asked, with the same amount of hesitation reared in her.

She was worried and Alice looked even though she was going to undergo a mini heart attack to carry forward.

Taking a deep breath, Alice finally took Lucy’s hands into hers, pressing them together and conveying her warm energy to her, "Dominic...isn’t here anymore. H-He d-died last night due to some illness.."
