His soul-Chapter 506: Massimo’s back
Feeling uncomfortable with her child’s very active movements for hours on end, Gina finally decided to contact her two doctors and tell them what she was experiencing right now via video call at the same time. Gina deliberately contacted Doctor Dorothea and Doctor Olivia at the same time so that both doctors could hear the explanation at the same time.
"You really didn’t fall did you, Gina?" Doctor Olivia asked softly again, trying to cover up her anxiety so as not to make Gina panic even more.
Gina shook her head quickly. "No doc, I’m even very careful. Why doc? Is this dangerous?"
"No honey, it’s okay. As long as you don’t fall or get hit hard your baby will be fine, he’s a strong kid. You know that, don’t you," doctor Olivia tried to calm Gina down.
Gina automatically felt her stomach using both hands which movement could be seen directly by Doctor Olivia and Doctor Dorothea who were currently connected to her on the laptop. "I know, doc. But today it feels totally different, this kid is so active that sometimes it makes my stomach hurt. I’m so scared, doc." Gina’s eyes filled with tears as she spoke.
Doctor Dorothea, who had been silent for a while, apparently had a conversation with Doctor Olivia via text message without Gina’s knowledge, Doctor Dorothea was not silent. The doctor had been watching Gina’s every move according to her expertise.
Not wanting to make Gina panic even more, Olivia’s doctor also advised Gina to try sleeping by listening to classical songs. Even though that was actually a suggestion from Doctor Dorothea that was conveyed by Doctor Olivia as a messenger, Gina who had no other choice immediately agreed to the doctor’s orders. By using the LPs that had been provided by Rosa beforehand, Gina played classical music which had recently become her favorite. Doctor Olivia and Doctor Dorothea smiled when they heard the music selection Gina was playing.
"Okay honey, now you try to sleep, okay. Trust me everything will be fine, if the next three or four hours you are still like this, we will come right away." This time it was Doctor Dorothea who spoke.
"Okay doc, I’ll try to follow your advice." 𝗳𝗿𝐞𝕖𝘄𝗲𝕓𝗻𝚘𝚟𝕖𝐥.𝚌𝕠𝕞
"Well then, we’ll end this call, okay?" Olivia said softly.
Gina, who was already in a lying position nodded slowly in response to Olivia’s words, not long after that the two doctors immediately turned off their video connection that was connected to Gina and resumed their conversation, both seriously discussing Gina’s condition.
"Should we come to the Sanders’ house, doc?" Doctor Olivia asked quietly to Doctor Dorothea who was putting on a serious face.
"No, not now. Let Gina rest for now," Doctor Dorothea answered quickly. "What Gina needs right now isn’t us."
"W-what do you mean, doc?"
Doctor Dorothea fixed her gaze on the screen of her cellphone which showed the face of Doctor Olivia, an obstetrician she didn’t know before finally becoming a co-worker after treating Gina together. "It seems that Gina is disturbed again, Gina is restless. That’s why the baby reacted."
"You mean Gina is back like she was two months ago?" Doctor Olivia shouted loudly because she didn’t believe doctor Dorothea’s explanation.
"Could be, although not as bad as two months ago," answered doctor Dorothea hoarsely. "A baby growing in its mother’s stomach can feel the slightest change in the mother’s mood and that is what is happening to Gina’s baby right now, the child reacts immediately when Gina is nervous."
"Oh my God... will Gina’s condition return to the way it was two months ago, doc? If so, I’m really not ready to see her like that again," said Doctor Olivia sadly, remembering Gina’s condition two months ago really made her unable to speak.
"No, I won’t let that happen. Take it easy," said Doctor Dorothea quickly. "The important thing now is that we have to be on standby, if Gina calls again then we go straight to her."
Doctor Olivia nodded quickly. "Okay doc, I’ll ask my assistant to clear my entire schedule for today."
Doctor Dorothea smiled at doctor Olivia’s words, not long after that the two doctors ended the call because they had to finish the remaining work so they could calm down if they had to go straight to the Sanders family’s house. Currently Gina’s priority is above all the patients they have, not because Gina is a Sanders but because Gina’s condition is very special compared to other patients. The trauma that hurt Gina so deeply made doctor Dorothea really focus everything on Gina and her baby.
Doctor Dorothea struggled to make Gina forget all her past, of course the doctor would not let Gina go back to her worst times. Crying suddenly and always fearing that she will suffer the same fate as her mother. Doctor Dorothea didn’t want Gina to repeat those sad times, apart from taking a long time for her therapy sessions, this would also endanger the safety of her growing baby. Because of that Doctor Dorothea really focused on Gina, Doctor Dorothea quickly explained to her two assistants to change her schedule for the next two days. Even though she knew she would lose a lot of money, Doctor Dorothea preferred to keep her concentration on Gina.

"Thirty minutes from now we will land in Barcelona, sir," said Martin quietly telling Massimo who was staring at the clouds moving through the window he had opened the lid two hours ago.
Massimo nodded slowly. "Is everything ready?"
"Yes, sir. There are now five cars waiting at the airport."
"Good, as soon as the plane lands we go straight to the Sanders residence." Massimo’s voice trembled at the mention of Sanders’ name.
"Yes sir," replied Martin obediently and then left Massimo again alone.
Since entering the Spanish skies a while ago, Massimo really hasn’t changed his sitting position. The thought of seeing and hugging Gina again made Massimo tense, even though he didn’t know whether to get forgiveness from Gina at this time but Massimo really couldn’t wait to meet Gina and embrace her again. Massimo’s chest was completely filled with butterflies flying at this moment, the feeling was truly indescribable.
Massimo’s facial expression turned tense when the Embraer Legacy 650 jet, which was dominated by black with a large dC logo on the right and left of its body, began to land smoothly at Barcelona airport. Because Massimo’s return is confidential, so currently there are no journalists covering it, Massimo deliberately asked Martin to keep this a secret to guard against unwanted things.
After successfully getting Ivana and her manager back to Russia, Massimo’s life went on quietly without any further disturbance from the reporters before he finally got the happy info that Darius brought. Darius who was initially thought to be a traitor turned out to be a hero for Massimo, Darius willingly worked hard without being ordered by Massimo to get information about Gina.
Massimo immediately got up from his seat as soon as the plane came to a complete stop, with Massimo’s vigorous, vigorous steps out of the plane followed by Martin and the others behind him. Their arrival was immediately greeted by several bodyguards who had been waiting since two hours ago at the airport, after Massimo got into the car all the other bodyguards did the same. Not long after that the convoy of cars with the same dark color left the airport for the Sanders family’s residence, even though at this time Massimo really needed a break but his longing for Gina really couldn’t be contained anymore. Massimo wanted to immediately hug Gina and kiss her big belly, feeling the heartbeat of his beloved son of the del Cano family’s precious successor.
"The leaves are starting to fall," said Massimo quietly, commenting on the streets of Barcelona which were starting to be filled with fallen leaves.
"Autumn is upon us, sir."
Massimo pursed his lips. "Fall is one of Gina’s favorite seasons."
Martin did not respond to Massimo’s words again, he knew that at this time the master was reminiscing enjoying the Barcelona air that he had left for more than two months. The journey to the Sanders’ residence seemed very long for Massimo, even though at this time the car he was traveling in was already at an above average speed. Massimo, who couldn’t wait to meet Gina, really wanted to be able to get to the house where he met Gina seven years ago as soon as possible.
Massimo’s heartbeat accelerated as the car that was carrying him started to slow down, Massimo’s smile widened when he saw the gate of the Sanders family residence which looked taller than before and the number of guards also increased.
"Damn it, there are police," Martin said quietly when he saw ten heavily armed policemen standing guard in front of the gates of the Sanders family residence with the other bodyguards.
"What’s the matter Martin?"
Martin’s body stiffened when he heard Massimo’s question, without turning his face to Massimo who was sitting behind Martin said, "It seems Julian Sanders asked the police for help to secure his residence, sir."
Massimo frowned. "Police?"
"Yes sir, in front of us there are currently ten police officers on guard," Martin answered quietly, pointing to the policemen who were talking to other Julian’s men. "I’m pretty sure behind that gate there are more heavily armed policemen standing guard, sir."
Massimo’s eyes scanned the faces of the police officers who were standing guard in front of the Sanders family’s house, seeing from the uniforms and weapons they were carrying, it was certain that the ten people were really policemen. Massimo was very familiar with the Barcelona police uniform.
"Julian," Massimo growled with emotion. "It seems that my father in law is trying to prevent me from seeing my wife and my baby."
"Sir...."
Martin’s words stopped when he saw Massimo get out of the car, Massimo who really wanted to meet Gina couldn’t hold it in anymore. Not wanting to see the master getting into trouble, Martin quickly unbuckled his seatbelt and rushed after the master who was walking towards the gates of the Sanders residence which was heavily guarded by about twenty-five men, dominated by Julian’s men.
Seeing a stranger approaching, the policemen who previously seemed relaxed immediately alerted with their hands in their weapons. Likewise with the other subordinates of Julian, Massimo who is not afraid to continue his steps. There is no backwards in the life dictionary of a Massimo del Cano until finally, surprisingly, Massimo’s steps stopped when a hand grabbed his arm.
"Who’s..."
Slap...
The loud sound of a hand that landed on Massimo’s left cheek made everyone in front of the gate of the Sanders family’s residence silent for a moment, Massimo himself who was the victim of the slap looked confused and stared in disbelief at the figure who had standing in front of him. A new figure that he did not know at all.
When Massimo was about to open his mouth suddenly his hand was grabbed by the figure who had just slapped him.
"You’d better come with us and don’t make things more difficult, not only for yourself but for Gina and the baby."
