"Already up?"

Gina, who is not yet fully awake just smiled at Massimo who had just spoken, Massimo who was ready in his work clothes looked handsome this morning.

Massimo narrowed his eyes. "Can your words be trusted?"

Gina nodded excitedly. "O-of course, I’m completely healed. Besides, you don’t realize that you’re one of the reasons I’m losing weight now."

"I caused you to lose weight? How could that be?"

Gina’s cheeks immediately turned red. "Ask yourself."

Massimo was silent for a while trying to digest Gina’s enigmatic words, until finally a smile appeared on Massimo’s face when he managed to find where Gina was talking. With a broad smile Massimo walked over to the bed where Gina was. Massimo’s fingers landed on Gina’s warm cheeks, without feeling awkward Massimo landed his lips on Gina’s dry lips.

Gina, who didn’t expect to get a kiss suddenly like that, looked surprised and tried to push Massimo away from her, but her efforts were in vain because Massimo’s hard body didn’t budge. That pointless movement even now made both of Gina’s hands hurt.

Gina’s cheeks felt hotter when she heard Massimo’s words, Massimo really didn’t want to budge at all. It was clear that he hadn’t done anything. Massimo doesn’t want to lose.

"Okay, let’s end this heated discussion. I really have to get going, if we continue this conversation then I’m sure I’ll be late for RedFox."

"Late to get to RedFox?" Gina repeated Massimo’s words slowly, she still didn’t understand where Massimo was talking.

Massimo smiled a little, Massimo slowly brought his lips to Gina’s ear. "Yeah, because I don’t like doing ’Quickie’."

"The plane carrying Mr Brandon’s entourage and his men landed five minutes ago, sir. They’re on their way to the hotel right now to rest a bit before going to RedFox." Martin immediately reported to Massimo about his dignitary guest from Los Angeles, Brandon Luis.

"Okay, then let’s get going. I have to be at RedFox immediately to welcome him," Massimo replied quickly.

"Yes sir."

Massimo tightened the black tie around his neck, with full confidence Massimo then stepped his feet towards the stairs to quickly leave for RedFox.
