His soul-Chapter 280: Anything for Gina
Massimo was silent for a while before finally calling out to Martin who was standing in front of Robby Nelson who was still ignoring his daughter’s cries begging him not to remove all the facilities, Martin was seen nodding his head slowly when he heard Massimo speak. After Massimo finished talking to Martin and then approached Robby Nelsen again, Martin was involved in a serious conversation with Robby.
"Go and do the rest, your time is less than twenty-four hours. If it’s past the allotted time then don’t blame me if all the London people will know what their representatives are like," Martin said quietly while conveying the instructions Massimo had just given.
Robby Nelsen immediately turned his gaze to Massimo. "Yes sir, I will do as you ask. I will clear things up and clear Madam’s name." 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
"Time goes on, Robby. The faster you move the faster you can rest," said Massimo quietly as he reached for the whiskey bottle that was nearby.
Without daring to answer Massimo’s words, Robby Nelsen quickly left the room, leaving his daughter who was still sobbing on the floor with a swollen face. As if knowing what Massimo wanted, Martin then rushed to help Maria get up from the floor and carried the girl out of the special room where Massimo and Gina were currently. The Core by Clare Smyth restaurant has several special rooms that guests can use if they want to eat without distractions.
Gina’s green eyes moved following Martin’s movement which led Maria away from the room she was in, from the open door Gina could see Regina and Hanny finally being released from the clutches of Darius and another black bodyguard. There was a slight sense of calm in Gina’s chest when she saw her friends survived.
Gina’s attention to her three friends was piqued when Massimo suddenly placed the bottle of whiskey he had just drunk roughly on the table.
"What now?" asked Gina innocently.
"I should be the one asking you that question, my love."
One of Gina’s eyebrows rose. "My love?’
Massimo smiled. "Yes, why? Can’t I call my own wife with that kind of nickname, hm?" Massimo’s hands moved, trying to reach Gina who had put some distance between them.
"Why are you so happy trying to get away from me, Gina?" Massimo asked Gina again when he hugged Gina back.
"I’m not trying to leave, I just wanted to sit comfortably." Gina quibbled quietly, hiding the honesty hiding in her chest.
Massimo, who had put his face in the crook of Gina’s neck, slowly lifted his face and looked at Gina a short distance away. very close. "You’re still mad at me?"
"Do you feel you did something wrong?" Gina asked back quietly.
"Gina, don’t answer my question with a question."
Gina smiled a little. "I was just responding."
"But not this response I want, Gina, "said Massimo, upset." and I want to talk when you’re staring at my face."said Massimo back as he reached Gina’s chin and directed it towards his face.
Gina’s green eyes met Massimo’s sky-clear eyes, one could imagine how beautiful their future children would be with the combination of the two best genes.
"I’m tired and sleepy, it’s been too long for me..."
Gina immediately closed her lips tightly when she almost let out a word, since the incident that night where Massimo made her a grown woman Gina couldn’t after talking to Massimo again. There was still a boulder propped up in his chest, especially with Massimo’s recent rudeness. Gina became more and more distant from the man and Massimo didn’t notice it at all.
"Hm, why silent? Why not continue?"
Gina shook her head slowly, she then grabbed the tusk of the steak that Massimo had sliced earlier with a fork and enjoyed it immediately without offering it to Massimo who was clinging to her like a leech.
Seeing Gina eat made Massimo happy, accidentally moments ago Massimo heard the sound of Gina’s hungry stomach. Massimo knew that Gina had not eaten anything since the incident this morning, where he went crazy when Gina defended the men who looked at her like wild animals. Knowing that Gina was more defensive of the people Massimo was furious, Massimo didn’t like Gina to do that. Especially in such a blatant way, that’s why Massimo immediately brought Gina back into the room and gave her a short lesson without letting Gina enjoy her food first. So now Massimo decided to let Gina eat in peace, Massimo felt sad and angry when he heard Gina’s stomach growl. He cursed himself for starving his wife, tormenting his good girl.
"Foie gras, my love," said Massimo quietly, asking Gina to enjoy the most expensive goose liver dish that had been prepared in such a way. "That’s good for you."
Gina looked back at Massimo who was smiling at her, as if confirming the truth of what the man had said earlier. A small nod from Massimo finally made Gina start to move the fork in her hand towards the beautiful golden brown Foie Gras and poke it carefully. Gina managed to grab a bit of the Foie Gras and bring it to her mouth.
"Good?" asked Massimo quietly as he noticed the change in expression on Gina’s face after popping the foie gras into her mouth.
Gina nodded silently in response to Massimo’s question.
Massimo chuckled. "Good girl, enjoy your meal. I won’t disturb."
Gina ignores Massimo and chooses to refocus with the food on the table, being a companion to Massimo del Cano is the dream of every girl in Spain. Especially since Massimo appeared in public that night, at a charity event attended by the king and queen, showing his good looks and beauty.
Suddenly Massimo became the new idol of the girls in the matador country, ranging from ordinary girls to artists and supermodels who had heard about Massimo’s actions. But now, Massimo who became an idol has now sat down with a little girl who made him crazy and violated his own principles, a principle that the little girl did not know.
