He Became A Monstrous Genius After Obtaining A Time Dilation Artifact-Chapter 560.
In an extremely mysterious place in the universe, six individuals—three men and three women—were seated in the void.
Their eyes seemed to peer through the emptiness, as if they were watching something.
"It looks like she finally hatched a plan to get rid of us, right?" One of the individuals, a human looking male in a hat, chuckled.
"Interesting. She knows she can’t get directly involved, so she hatched a desperate plan... this kid?" Another spoke, amusement lacing her words. She had the appearance of a female elf.
"It’s a clever one, though. I have to admit." Someone spoke, propping his chin. He had the appearance of a dwarf.
"Hehe. It seems she’s desperate. After so many eons, she finally came up with a plan. I was tired of her silence. If the plan she conjured is what we are thinking, she dies if the kid does, right?" The one who just spoke had the appearance of a spectral race, a male.
"Yeah, I suppose," another said. She looked pale, her eyes red and vampiric. "The only thing standing in our way is her existence. Now that she has bound her consciousness to a sentient, active lifeform, she can be killed."
"Don’t get ahead of yourself." This one had scales running down her figure, her head almost horizontal, yet strangely humanoid, like someone from the naga race. She added, "Let’s exercise patience. We will naturally cross paths with the kid in the future. Our paths are meant to collide, after all. For now, let’s just enjoy the show."
Everyone nodded in agreement, glints flashing through their eyes.

Another week went by in a flash.
Kailen’s friends had received their missions and had left the academy.
Currently, Kailen stood before a large tear in space, in some sort of vault in a restricted area of the academy.
"So this is the entrance to a high-tier secret realm," Kailen muttered.
Before he entered, a staff member standing guard spoke to him.
"After one month, you will naturally be expelled from the secret realm. It’s a rare opportunity, Black Flask. Kindly utilize it well."
Kailen didn’t have high expectations for this secret realm. What could beat the pocket world?
The only reason he was here was that claiming rewards after a mission was mandatory, according to academy rules.
"Who made such an absurd rule? If I decide I don’t want a reward, how is that anyone’s business?" Kailen thought.
With a sigh, he nodded politely to the staff member and entered the secret realm.
The staff member shook her head.
"How could someone feel so unhappy when he’s about to enter a secret realm? This Kailen Darkhaven is really something else."
She shrugged the thought off and logged into the virtual universe for some recreational activities.
Meanwhile, Kailen was now inside the secret realm.
The realm was like a place of nothingness. Kailen could see nothing—only pure emptiness.
"Secret realms are usually reflections of the laws of the universe-level powerhouses that created them. If a realm was made by a universe-level powerhouse who sublimated with the law of fire, the realm will have fire raging within it. I suppose, with the spatial fluctuations here and my strong connection to the void, this secret realm was made by a universe-level powerhouse who sublimated with the law of space."
Kailen floated silently in the void.
His perception spread to every corner of the realm. No beasts, no hidden threats... nothing.
It was purely a place meant to enhance mastery of the law of space at the Dao level.
"The unfortunate thing is my mastery of the law of space is already perfect." This was not pride—just pure truth.
"But the universe energy fluctuations here cannot be underrated."
Quickly, Kailen closed his eyes and floated calmly in a meditative position.
He activated his elemental mirroring. Universe energy in the secret realm surged toward him, rushing through Kailen’s cells with swift speed.
A month flashed by in an instant.
Rank 5 intermediate stage Dao level.
Kailen opened his eyes and sighed. The universe energy here was not on par with that in the pocket world. He could only break through to the rank 5 intermediate stage Dao level.
If someone had heard him say this, they would definitely flip him the middle finger.
Kailen was naturally evacuated from the secret realm.
When he emerged, the staff member was shocked.
He broke through to the rank 5 intermediate stage Dao level?
What sort of speed was this?
Wait... isn’t he a space law awakener?
Does this not mean he could face a rank 1 supreme stage Dao level lifeform in a law battle?
Ignoring the dumbfounded instructor, Kailen calmly left.
During the time Kailen had been absent, the academy ranking battles had taken place.
His friends had been humbled. Although they had secured some rankings for themselves, the battles had shown that the academy was simply full of monsters.
So these were the kind of crazy people Kailen had come to dominate? His friends came to deeply appreciate how much of a monster Kailen was, although they already knew that was the case.
After the ranking battles, they had secured mentors to guide them in law usage. Those with secondary careers had also received mentors for their secondary career paths.
When Kailen returned, they were not around—not even Arrie. They were with their mentors, honing themselves.
Kailen had been hearing whispers that his friends had completed their first missions with remarkable results.
He was genuinely happy for them. As expected, these guys were monsters in their own right. They would be very strong by the time they left the academy.
He proceeded to take a shower, then lay down on a sofa.
"My next academy mission has not been issued? Probably because I was in the secret realm. I might be graduating from the academy when I return from the pocket world. After all, I will be spending a total of 200 days in the pocket world"
This time was equivalent to six months and 17 days.
Kailen disappeared from the room into the pocket world.
