Foreign Land Reclamation By a Vegetable-growing Skeleton-Chapter 1941 - 1502: The Thatched Hut Is Being Watched by Hundreds of Monarchs
"What is this thing? Almost sliced a piece off me." The Monarch leaned in to examine, asking.
"A very special energy body, with the aura of a God Star." Ursman scrutinized and analyzed thoroughly.
Ange, seemingly having thought of something, turned towards the direction of the God Star and shouted, "Howl——"
Before long, a Forbidden Little Fireman, leading a string of Little Firemen, flew out from the molten fire.
Everyone glanced at the Forbidden Little Fireman and then at the Dark Star, nodding in agreement, "Though the expressions of power differ, their essence is quite similar to that of the Forbidden Little Fireman, both being the essence of the God Star."
Deep within the God Star lies the purest star flame, burning, releasing, and generating increment. The light, heat, and increment produced by the burning collide, merge, and split within the God Star, reaching the surface of the God Star millions of years later.
Thus, those star flames on the surface of the God Star have actually been burning for millions of years, with much of the increment already released.
The Forbidden Little Fireman abandoned the potential of becoming a newcomer star, opting instead to merge with these purest star flames to create a new form of its own.
This guy in front of us is something similar, only the expression of power is different. The Forbidden Little Fireman is a raging hot Star Flame Giant, while this guy appears flickering, as if inexistent.
Had it not been for Ange’s gaze locking onto him, causing him to emit light, those present would likely have been unable to discern his appearance.
Anthony stepped forward, asking, "Who are you? Where do you come from?"
The Dark Star did not answer but instead looked at the Little Sapling atop Anthony’s head, asking in puzzlement, "First tell me, who is it? Why can it control the Divine Tree roots entwined around my consciousness?"
"It’s the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms, naturally able to control the roots of the Divine Tree," Anthony explained.
The Dark Star looked a bit surprised at Anthony, and with this glance, Anthony immediately realized the issue, "Can’t other Trees of Ten Thousand Realms control the roots of other Divine Trees?"
"Of course not, how could Divine Trees of equal level control the roots of another Divine Tree?" the Dark Star said in an incredulous tone.
Negris put her hands on her hips, "It’s just that you’ve seen too little. Our family’s Divine Tree is just that powerful."
Not knowing how Little Sapling managed it, Negris simply felt pride without sensing anything amiss as Ange and these younger fellows are beyond count in their miracle creations.
Anthony caught the key point and said, "You know this so clearly, does your family also have a Tree of Ten Thousand Realms? Have you also seen others?"
The Dark Star looked at Anthony, then at Ange and the Little Sapling, saying, "Yes, and I have seen others."
The others showed no reaction to this statement, but Anthony and Ursman were invigorated mentally, immediately determining a matter, "Are you from outside the Endless Cage?"
Anthony was very curious about the origin of the Dark Star because the Door Handle had mentioned that the point leading to the outside world, opened by the Gate of No Boundary, could only be initiated by them. But this guy in front of them has no relation to the Door Handle yet connects to this gate. Could it be that he has slain the Door Handle, getting hold of the external matching gate?
"Yes, but also no, I came from your enemy." Dark Star responded.
"Gemez Fortress? You came from Gemez Fortress?" Anthony questioned.
"Who’s Gemez Fortress? I don’t know his name. He’s a God Star who opened a Gate of No Boundary, tricked us into it, used Divine Light to lock us, capturing us all, then dispatched us to eliminate you," Dark Star shared all he knew since he was already controlled by Little Sapling, with allegiance already shifted.
"You all? Who all? How many are there?" Anthony asked.
"We are the Dark Stars, from the Lania Divine Star Network, twelve of us," Dark Star finished saying, and added an explanation of what Dark Stars mean.
As expected, Negris immediately thought of the Gray Divine Star, instantly hailing through the Soul Network, "Old Star, Old Star, turns out you belong to Dark Stars. Come meet your peers."
The Gray Divine Star paid no heed.
Anthony and Ursman exchanged a glance, Lania? Network Branch? Twelve God-level Dark Stars?
"Besides Lania, how many names of the same level are there? What does network branch mean?" Anthony inquired.
Even in interrogation, the skill level difference between Anthony and Gemez Fortress is apparent; Anthony immediately pinpointed crucial queries whereas Gemez Fortress asked for ages without a semblance of understanding of what he had learned.
Of course, perhaps those queries might not have been crucial for him, given a God Star, where things crucial for ordinary beings might be trivial to him.
"The same level names?" The Dark Star paused before replying, "No idea, there should be dozens, network branch refers to its likeness to a net in form, spreading and branching out."
As Dark Star spoke, it gestured, showcasing a shape much like a casting net hanging in water before retrieval.
Anthony and Ursman were left speechless, imagining dozens of such network branches only amplifying the imagined grandeur of its scale.
Now, a branch’s God Star has connected with this world’s Gemez Fortress through the Gate of No Boundary, dispatching twelve Dark Stars to scout, preparing for a large-scale entry into the Boundless Space Hole, with the aim of seeking refuge...
Having questioned all pertinent matters, everyone gathered around Ange to discuss in hushed tones. Anthony stated, "His information coincides with what the Door Handle said, suggesting a high probability of truth, implying not only the Door Handle but also many God Stars outside wish to seek refuge here."
Negris couldn’t help but marvel, "Just how terrifying must those two beings be? Frightening so many God Stars to seek refuge here? Isn’t this place supposed to be a cage? How does it feel like it’s their safety zone? Plus, one of them is a Time-Space Ancient Dragon; are they really that terrifying?"
Ursman asked, "Did the Door Handle mention to which faction it belongs? This Lania Network Branch should be a faction, right?"
"No, it should be an alliance-like organization formed due to geographical relations. At the time, I didn’t know God Stars could even have geographical relations, so I didn’t ask about these." Anthony responded with a wry smile.
Everything’s simply in disarray; the invincible Void God Stars are now frightened enough to flee, and it’s not just one or two stars but an entire network branch. Anthony suddenly felt like his own thatched cottage was being eyed by hundreds of Monarchs.
