Follow the path of Dao from infancy-Chapter 923 - 186 Preaching in All Heavens (Guaranteed)_2
However, the five Heaven and Earth Treasures are a great expense for the Holy Lands, and they may not be able to provide them right away.
"If you are unwilling to offer reparations, I will visit each of you in turn and demand them myself!"
Li Hao gazed coldly at the several Saints whose faces betrayed restrained anger as he spoke.
"You drove away the Green Lamp Buddha, killed the Void Ancestor—this should be enough. Their Holy Lands are innocent, and as a Saint, you should not be so petty."
At that moment, the Holy Master of Law, who had been silent until now, spoke in a persuading tone.
Li Hao glanced at him and said, "Failing in a debate of Dao means their Dao is unqualified. If it is unqualified, leaving it to spread in the Holy Lands would only harm the world. A flawed path need not be widely shared!"
The Holy Master of Law’s expression darkened slightly. He gave Li Hao a deep look but said no more.
At this point, he could no longer view Li Hao as an ordinary Saint. Li Hao now possessed the qualifications to faintly challenge the Supreme Saints. Killing him alone would be exceedingly difficult—unless they used the same method they once did to besiege the Divine Ancestor.
But... the current Li Hao had yet to pose a threat to the interests of so many people; it hadn’t reached that level yet.
After speaking, Li Hao noticed no objections or responses from the crowd. He then withdrew his Saint Path, scanned those present, and without uttering any further unnecessary words, stepped off the Dao arena and returned to his cushion.
As he walked back, it seemed as if the attention of the entire venue was glued to him. Even after he seated himself, their gazes did not shift away.
It could be said that the Supreme Genius Battle had made Li Hao’s name renowned across the heavens, drawing the attention of numerous Saints to this monstrous figure. But this Dao debate had instilled fear and apprehension in all the Saints.
Beyond the Saints, many Semi-Saints were not only shocked by Li Hao’s rapid growth but also had the resonant sounds of Dao echoing in their minds, altering the embryonic forms of their own Saint Paths.
The embryonic Saint Paths, if influenced by a Dao debate, would change but not shatter.
The Saint Path of Saints, however, was already fixed and immutable; influenced by external forces, it would either fracture or collapse entirely.
In contrast, embryonic Saint Paths were in a fledgling, soft phase, ready to absorb external Dao as part of their insights.
Li Hao’s Daoist Scripture, akin to a Supreme Saint imparting the Dao, affected all the Semi-Saints present.
Among them, certain reincarnated Saints, bearing Saint Path foundations from their past lives, now faced a choice: to abandon the will of their former Saint Paths or to follow Li Hao’s Dao and carve out a new path entirely.
If they chose to embrace Li Hao’s teaching and transform, Li Hao would, in effect, become their partial master.
Through this Dao debate, Li Hao was also spreading the Dao across all heavens. He did so without reservation, and this, in itself, was a tremendous Merit.
Furthermore, though this Dao debate left all the Saints shaken, Li Hao understood that his Saint Path had yet to be fully revealed.
He had only showcased half of the Daoist Scripture; if he unveiled the entire text, with his Saint Path fully revealed, even the Supreme Saints would be affected. Should that happen, he might face dangers akin to those encountered by the Divine Ancestor.
Despite the strength of his Saint Path, his personal combat power had yet to rival that of Supreme Saints. He remained unsure of the true extent of the gap, as he had not yet faced a Supreme Saint directly, making him uncertain in his heart.
Particularly when the threat became too great—if the Supreme Saints united against him, he would be unable to handle it.
In the earlier Dao arena, had it not been for the debate of Dao, where Void Ancestor and others exposed their own Saint Paths and became vulnerable to his Saint Path’s destruction, it would not have been so easy to obliterate them all. At least a few of them might have escaped from his Dao Domain.
Now, with his Saint Path revealed, other Saints were on guard. Without absolute confidence, they would not debate him in Dao. Even if they became hostile, they would only battle him rather than engage in a Dao debate.
After Li Hao resumed his seat on the cushion, a long time passed before hushed whispers and quiet discussions gradually filled the venue.
The Dao arena itself, however, remained exceedingly empty—no one dared to step forward to debate Dao again.
The earlier fierce clash, aside from causing shock over the death of twelve Saints, now left the crowd absorbing and digesting Li Hao’s teaching imparted during the Dao debate.
Many Saints had hidden their Saint Paths to avoid being influenced by Li Hao, but this act had harmed their Saint Paths. In their hearts, it was tantamount to admitting that their Saint Paths were not truly aligned with the Way.
In the past, when Supreme Saints debated Dao, they would also listen and seal their own Saint Paths. Though they recognized their inadequacy compared to the Supreme Saints, they believed it was not their Saint Path that was flawed, but their personal lack of cultivation to a state of Perfection.
Given the Supreme Saints’ deeper exploration of the Saint Path, this was viewed as natural. Yet now, Li Hao, merely a One Disaster Saint, had a Saint Path tracing back to the very root of the Way, leaving them incapable of deceiving themselves.
Among the crowd, only one person remained unaffected—Lie Sky Saint.
Upon sensing the influence of Li Hao’s Dao, she promptly lied to herself, successfully deceiving her own mind.
Amid the subdued murmuring, Source Ancestor and others did not interrupt, instead silently pondering other matters.
A long time passed, a very long time.
Finally, a Saint rose and stepped onto the stage, selecting their opponent for a Dao debate.
The previously stalled Dao debate gathering resumed, though compared to earlier, it lacked its prior intensity.
Many Semi-Saints had once been highly enthusiastic about debating Dao with the Saints, seeking opportunities to further elevate their embryonic Saint Paths. But now, Li Hao’s teaching had shown them a new path, causing them to lose interest in other Saints’ Dao debates.
As time flowed by, one Saint after another ascended the Dao arena to debate Dao. Li Hao listened as well, though the longer he listened, the more dull and uninspiring he found it.
The paths of the Saints, he thought, merely scratched the surface of the heavens and earth. Even at their utmost pinnacle, they could only brush against the Heavenly Dao—but they could never become the Heavenly Dao itself!
During these idle moments in listening, Li Hao sensed a faint fluctuation of energy. Turning his gaze, he saw Lin Qingyue seated among the Semi-Saints outside the Dao arena. Her entire being seemed to have entered a state of sudden insight, surrounded by a faint Daoist Charm.
