Elder Kinston's Exclusive Sweet Wife-Chapter 945 - 983: Didn’t See Dad
Mabel Quinn was stunned, turning her head in shock to look at the person in front of her. Around them, the applause continued, but she was certain that she had heard what he said clearly, every word he just uttered.
The lighting around them was still dim, and at the moment she could hardly make out his expression, only seeing his general outline.
"Kyle, I don’t want to control your fate, all I want is your love for me," she replied to him amidst the applause.
When the lights came back on and the applause gradually subsided, Mabel Quinn finally saw Kyle Kinston’s expression. In his dark, phoenix-like eyes, there was a gentle gaze, and his lips curled slightly with a hint of a smile. Then he bent down, his gaze almost level with hers, "My love, from the moment you were born, already belonged to you."
When she came into this world, it was decided — she was his fate, their bond was preordained by destiny!

When Alice Conley got down from the platform, Mabel Quinn accompanied her to the lounge, and after changing into a qipao, it was time for the bride and groom to toast and light cigarettes for the guests.
Alice Conley, being pregnant, naturally wouldn’t be drinking, so the ones drinking were the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and the groom.
Mabel Quinn’s poor alcohol tolerance was known to Alice, so whenever Mabel had to drink, Kyle Kinston would always help by drinking in her place.
Naturally, given Kyle Kinston’s status, no one dared to call for Kyle to drink excessively, but even so, after going around the guests, Kyle drank quite a bit.
Mabel Quinn was worried that Kyle might get drunk, and during a brief break, she asked him, "Are you okay? You really have drunk too much, should I find some Sprite or something to mix with your drink?"
"No need," Kyle Kinston smiled slightly, "I don’t get drunk so easily."
"Are you really okay?" she asked suspiciously.
"Do I look like I’m drunk?" he replied with a question.
Well, he really didn’t seem drunk. At the moment, his eyes were still very clear. So Mabel Quinn felt somewhat relieved.
After the toasting and cigarette lighting ceremony, Mabel Quinn accompanied Alice Conley back to the main table for her to eat something. From the start of the wedding until now, Alice had barely eaten anything.
"Eat slowly, don’t choke. What do you want to eat? I’ll turn the table for you to get what you want," Mabel Quinn said.
"You’re really my best friend! Let’s hear it for Mabel," Alice said, then kept reporting the dishes she wanted to eat, and Mabel helped turn the table and served her the dishes.
Meanwhile, Alice Conley’s mother was sitting on her other side, looking around as if searching for something.
"Mom, what are you looking for?" Alice asked her mother after having eaten enough.
"I haven’t seen your dad, where did he go?" Alice’s mother frowned, "I was planning for him to go with me to toast our relatives, but now, he’s nowhere to be seen."
"I’ll go and look for him," Mabel Quinn said, "Aunt, you stay with Alice. If I find Uncle, I’ll have him come back immediately."
As Mabel said this, she stood up and walked toward the banquet hall’s exit.
Strangely, she couldn’t spot Kyle Kinston either, originally intending to have Kyle help check the men’s restroom.
