Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100-Chapter 1501: Secondary Being or Lesser Being
"Primordial Race is a very complicated matter," the young primordial said as he laughed lightly when he saw the shock on Max’s face.
There was no mockery in his laughter. Instead it carried the tone of someone who had seen many similar reactions before.
"Since you possess the mark of the Primordial, you are allowed to head to the territory of the Primordial Race," he continued calmly. "Once you arrive there, you will have the chance to become a primordial."
Max’s brows furrowed slightly when he heard those words.
"What does it mean to become a primordial?" he asked seriously. "Would I not remain human after that?"
The young primordial slowly shook his head.
"Humans, elves, demons, spirits, and countless other races scattered across the Divine Realm are nothing more than lesser beings," he said. "They are collectively referred to as secondary beings."
Max’s expression tightened slightly when he heard those words.
The primordial continued speaking in a calm and matter of fact tone.
"In the vast structure of existence, races like humans or elves are not considered the true masters of the universe. They are secondary beings who were born into the lower layers of creation."
He paused briefly before adding another statement.
"If I were to tell you the true purpose of secondary beings within the universe, you would be extremely shocked."
Max fell silent as he listened.
The statement stirred something deep within his thoughts.
He knew that the Primordial Race was regarded as the most powerful race in the Divine Realm. Their strength, their ancient heritage, and their mysterious abilities had placed them far above most other races.
However hearing someone casually refer to humans, elves, demons, and spirits as lesser beings made Max feel uneasy.
Did the primordials truly have the authority to place every other race beneath them?
Or was there a deeper truth behind those words that the ordinary inhabitants of the Divine Realm simply did not know?
Max remained silent as those questions formed in his mind.
The idea that humans and the other races might truly be classified as secondary beings in comparison to primordials was difficult to accept, yet the confidence in the young primordial’s voice made the possibility impossible to ignore.
Max slowly lifted his gaze toward the primordial.
"What do you mean when you say I would be shocked if I learned the true purpose of secondary beings?" he asked.
He could sense that the primordial was hinting at something much larger.
There was clearly a hidden truth behind those words.
The young primordial watched him quietly for a moment before shaking his head again.
"I said that if I were to tell you," he replied calmly. "But I cannot reveal such information to you right now."
His expression remained composed as he continued speaking.
"This level of knowledge is not something that can be shared with someone who still belongs to the ranks of secondary beings."
He gestured lightly toward Max.
"Only when you become a primordial yourself will you gain the authority to understand those truths."
The young primordial’s eyes turned thoughtful as he looked around the arena.
"The Divine Realm that you see now is already unimaginably vast to most cultivators," he said slowly. "Yet even this realm is only one layer of existence within a much larger structure."
His voice carried a quiet weight as he continued.
"There are secrets hidden within this universe that ordinary races will never discover. Entire histories that have been erased from the knowledge of secondary beings. Truths about the origin of life, the structure of reality, and the purpose of the countless worlds scattered across existence."
He then looked directly at Max.
"Only higher beings or primary beings such as primordials are aware of those secrets."
The young primordial’s expression remained calm as he finished speaking.
"If you truly wish to understand the nature of the universe, then become a primordial."
He smiled faintly.
"Only then will the secrets of this vast world begin to reveal themselves to you."
Max took a deep breath as he listened to the young primordial’s words. The information he had just heard stirred countless thoughts in his mind. Until now he had believed that the Divine Realm itself was the ultimate stage of existence, the place where the strongest cultivators gathered and where the greatest powers of the universe resided.
Yet in just a few moments this primordial had casually revealed that even within this vast realm there existed layers of knowledge and secrets hidden from ordinary beings.
The concepts of primordials, primary beings, secondary beings, and the unseen structure of existence all sounded far more complicated than anything Max had encountered before. The more he thought about it, the more he realized how little he truly understood about the universe.
’This Divine Realm is unimaginably vast,’ Max thought quietly. ’And compared to everything that exists here, I am still far too weak to understand any of it.’
A quiet sigh escaped his lips as that realization settled in his mind. Instead of discouraging him, however, it strengthened his resolve. If the universe truly contained such profound secrets, then the only way to uncover them was to become strong enough to stand among the beings who possessed that knowledge.
After the trial ended, he would have to push his cultivation even further.
Max tightened his grip on the sword in his hand and looked toward the primordial standing across from him.
"Shall we fight then?" he said calmly.
The young primordial shook his head slowly.
"There is no point in fighting between us," he replied in a relaxed tone. "A secondary being like you cannot possibly defeat a primary being such as me."
The moment Max heard those words, irritation flickered in his eyes.
The primordial had spoken with complete confidence, as though what he had just said was an unquestionable truth that governed the entire universe. There was no arrogance in his tone, yet the calm certainty behind those words made them even more irritating.
Max suddenly felt the urge to strike him right then and there.
The air around his body began to crackle as seven colored lightning erupted across his skin. Brilliant streaks of crimson, violet, yellow, blue, and other radiant hues flickered violently around him as he activated the Storm King’s inheritance once again.
Seeing this, the young primordial simply smiled.
"Since you wish to fight," he said lightly, "then I will show you the difference between a secondary being and a primary being. I will show you the difference between a lesser being and a higher being."
Max frowned slightly when he heard that.
Although the primordial did not appear malicious, the way he constantly referred to humans and other races as lesser beings was beginning to irritate him more and more.
There was a natural calmness in the young primordial’s demeanor and Max could sense that he was not a bad person, yet the way he spoke revealed something deeply rooted within the Primordial Race.
To them, the distinction between primary beings and secondary beings was simply a fact.
