Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100-Chapter 1500: Mark of Primordial!
As the pressure continued to increase, Max quickly realized something that shocked him even more.
His Primordial title was not responding.
Normally any oppressive pressure directed at him would be suppressed or nullified by the authority granted through the title of Primordial. Unless the pressure was meant to temper him directly, the title would prevent such forces from affecting him.
But this time the title remained silent.
For the first time since he had obtained it, the protection provided by the Primordial title had lost its effect against the overwhelming pressure radiating from the young man’s third eye.
However, something even strange happened this time.
Just when the pressure was reaching its peak and the weight of that terrifying authority felt as though it would crush everything around him, it suddenly vanished.
The oppressive force that had filled the entire arena disappeared instantly as though it had never existed. The trembling of space ceased, the heavy sensation pressing down upon Max’s body dissolved, and the urge that had been rising within his heart faded completely.
Everything returned to silence.
Max suddenly felt an overwhelming sense of calm and clarity. The suffocating pressure that had made it difficult to even breathe was gone, leaving behind a peaceful stillness in its place.
Then a faint notification appeared at the edge of his vision.
[Skill – Keeper’s Dominion in effect]
Max’s eyes shifted slightly as he noticed the message.
At that moment he understood what had just happened.
The power that had suppressed the terrifying pressure was not something external. It had come from within him. Keeper’s Dominion had activated automatically in response to the overwhelming authority released by the primordial’s third eye.
The realization caused a subtle shift within Max’s awareness.
For the first time he truly felt the presence of that skill.
Keeper’s Dominion did not merely protect him from external pressure. It was far more profound than that. The moment the skill activated, Max could feel a domain of authority surrounding his existence. It was as though the very space around him recognized his will as the dominant force within it.
And along with that realization came another understanding.
If he wished to, he could exert that same kind of pressure upon others.
The sensation brought by Keeper’s Dominion was immense. Max could feel that if he focused his will, he could release a presence powerful enough to suppress even the primordial standing before him. Within that domain of authority the primordial would have no choice but to endure the pressure imposed by Max.
The power felt absolute.
However Max did not allow himself to become intoxicated by that realization.
He remained calm as he continued looking at the young primordial.
Although the ability existed within him, Max had no intention of using such overwhelming authority unless it became absolutely necessary.
"Oh, you do carry a mark of the Primordial. You have been recognized by a primordial, I see," the young man said as he nodded slowly.
His expression remained calm, yet there was a faint trace of approval in his eyes as he looked at Max.
Max felt another wave of surprise when he heard those words. The primordial standing before him had only glanced at him briefly, yet he had already discovered something so specific about his identity.
Before Max could speak, the young primordial continued.
"I see that you carry the mark of the Primordial. Where did you obtain this mark?"
"Mark of the Primordial?" Max frowned slightly as he repeated the words in his mind.
Almost instantly he realized what the young man was referring to. The so called mark must be connected to the title he had received long ago in the Tower of Truth back in the Lost Continent.
"I obtained it from a tower called the Tower of Truth," Max answered honestly.
The reaction was immediate.
"What? From the Tower of Truth?" The young primordial’s calm expression finally broke as genuine shock appeared on his face.
He stared at Max with clear disbelief.
"For the Tower of Truth to grant you the mark of the Primordial, you would have needed to reach the very top position under the golden title," he said slowly.
Max nodded without hesitation.
"I did rank at the highest position within the Tower of Truth. I achieved the golden title and stood at the very top."
The young primordial studied him silently for a moment before giving a slow nod.
"Yes, I believe you," he said calmly. "The Tower of Truth is extremely strict in its judgments. The only way anyone can receive the mark of the Primordial from that tower is by reaching the highest position while holding the golden title. Only then will the Primordial overseeing the tower grant their recognition."
He paused briefly before looking at Max with a faint smile.
"However, do you know what this mark truly represents? The Tower of Truth does not hand out such recognition without purpose. There is a much deeper meaning behind it."
Max shook his head honestly.
"I have only recently ascended from the mortal realms," he replied. "There are many things about the Divine Realm that I do not yet understand. Please enlighten me."
The young primordial’s eyes flickered with mild surprise when he heard that.
"So it was a Tower of Truth connected to the mortal realms," he murmured thoughtfully.
For a moment he seemed to search through his memories before slowly shaking his head.
"I cannot remember which primordial was assigned to oversee the mortal realms. Even if I could remember, it would not make much difference now."
He then returned his gaze to Max.
"Those who receive the mark of the Primordial possess the potential to become a primordial themselves."
"What?" Max’s eyes widened in shock the moment he heard those words. 𝑓𝑟𝑒𝘦𝓌𝑒𝑏𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝘭.𝒸𝘰𝑚
The statement shattered the assumptions he had always held about the Primordial Race.
Primordials were known throughout the Divine Realm as the most powerful and ancient race. Their existence was tied to the origins of the universe itself. How could someone simply become a primordial?
Max’s mind was immediately filled with countless questions.
How could a person change their race?
Standing before the young primordial on the ninety ninth floor of the Combat Legion Tower, Max felt his understanding of the Divine Realm shift once again as those questions rose rapidly within his thoughts.
