" If a man commits a crime an Karma comes back for him, if he cannot receive the consequences, those consequences falls unto the child, whether he or she is innocent or not."
Life does not give a fuck about your stand in a matter, if you are even slightly connected then you could face the full return, it's just how it is, that's why your parents most likely told you to always beware of the friends you keep." David states and everywhere gets silent.
" So... if you believe that person is not innocent enough you'll kill them?" Ae-Cha asks.
" Yes and if I need to use that person to accomplish what I need to accomplish then so be it." David replies.
The children sit looking like they were deep in thoughts, but they didn't think about it that deep.
" I see... so you really got reborn?" Conan asks.
David nods his head in response.
" And this 'She' Is she the previous Demon Lord?" Hwa asks carefully.
" Yes, yes she is and she is my precious little sister." David replies with a solemn voice.
" So the Sangdaejong was also human?" Hoon states.
David chuckles.
" Did you think I'd be a spirit or something?" David asks.
" Well in your legends you had never lost a fight except when you and your sister were poisoned and ganged up." Hoon says.
" I had never lost a fight they said?" David says as he chuckles a bit.
" I had lost quite a number of them infact.
When we first woke up in this place I had to protect my sister from all kinds of scums, living through sheer will I had infact lost a lot of fights, though I lost I always found a way for my sister to escape by being bait and after she had successfully escaped I'd then also try to escape.
But one day, I couldn't possibly loose again and that was the day I met my Master." David says with a smile.
" She was a very beautiful maiden who had a sword scar on her neck and arms.
She wore bandages over her chest and abdomen.
Her reddish long silky hair dancing in the wind as I looked up at her in my knees.
I believed I could successfully escape from anyone but none of my tricks worked against her.
We were starving after escaping from a group of thugs who ruled a village so we couldn't go back there.
Then we came across her sitting under a tree.
She looked like a weak beauty, I should've known from the scars on her neck and arms she was anything but weak.
She had a few supplies on her so I thought of stealing them but my sister was strongly against it so eventually we went and politely begged and she offered to us a little, but when I felt she had her guard down I took more and tried to escape with my sister but that was so futile that I couldn't even be frustrated.
I couldn't do shit against her.
At the time even without properly learning Martial Arts I could face off against a First Rate and successfully escape an Early Peak Martial Expert, but this one was different.
She used no effort at all to stop us.
She looked down at me on my knees with a look of pity...
" How do you intend to protect your sister if you are this weak?" She asks with a voice so soft my heart literally felt the air leaving her mouth.
Foolishly, I tried to attack one more time but was knocked out unconscious.
By the time I woke up it was night time and my eyes looking up ahead at the leaves of the same tree.
My head was aching bad but as soon as I woke up, one thought crossed my mind.
" My Sister."
I sat up immediately ignoring the head ache.
" Diana!!" I called out as I tried to stand.
There was a fire lit not too far from me so it meant someone was around.
I kept shouting her name frantically, praying and hoping she was fine.
Since I got knocked out I had no idea what happened after and I guess that made me more scared.
I was still shouting her name when I heard her soft voice call out to me from behind.
" David? "
As I turned I saw her holding a little rabbit.
My master was standing beside her at that point but I guess my brain completely ignored her.
I ran fast towards my sister hugging her tight.
I knew I loved my sister dearly but within that short moment of fear, I realized I really couldn't afford to let anything happen to her.
Apparently after I was knocked out my Master assured my sister that she didn't kill me and they both went to hunt for games we could eat that night.
That night was the first night anyone had ever treated us nicely.
I apologized and after begging my Master over a few weeks, she finally decided to teach I and my Sister proper Martial Arts.
Over months we learnt Martial Arts from her and bonded together.
One day she finally revealed to us her true identity.
She was the daughter of the Heavenly Demon of the Heavenly Demon Cult, or rather, the overthrown Heavenly Demon.
An internal strife was going on while she was away on a mission and her Father was overthrown.
By the time she came back she met a new reign.
In a rage of emotions she charged at them all.
Though she was strong, at the Early Stage of the Supreme Peak Realm at just the age of twenty seven, she was overpowered by their numbers.
She managed to escape vowing to get her revenge.
But the injuries she sustained kept wearing her down day by day.
Eventually after teaching us for a while she said she had some business to attend to.
We weren't ready for her to leave yet but she insisted.
Eventually we came across her dead body two weeks later under the same tree we found her earlier.
