Devastating The Murim with My Little Sister-Chapter 145: Innocent enough?

David sits watching the children as they begin to panic.

He looked quite confused as a thought went through his head...

" Was I That horrible?" He thought to myself.

'Naaaa, there's no way... their parents or whoever told them about me most likely hyped it too much.

There's no way that just a mention of my name would make children tremble in fear right???

Yh maybe cause they are still children...'

Just then something occurs to him...

Last night, when he attacked the Hong Clan, when he mentioned Sangdaejong, the vibe in the room did change immediately.

Naaa that's too much of a reaction to make the Clan Mistress collapse to her knees just from hearing a word.' He thinks to himself.

He did raid the Murim Alliance Headquarters numerous times alone, twice to assassinate the Leader and other times to clear pests that were trying to go against he and my sister Diana

like the chief strategist and other examecutives...

He remembers once wiping out 50% of the Unorthodox Murim with his Sister when she got pissed.

Or getting the name Blood Demon after climbing to the top with his Sister by shedding rivers of blood in the Heavenly Demon Cult, or the name Grim Reaper after he accomplished over a Ten thousand Assassinations without a single failure, and then people started calling him Sangdaejong (Death) when he started wiping out Clans that displeased him... and finally the Tang Clan.

There was also a time he went all the way to another continent, The Ravier Continent and wiped out a whole family because their son angered his dear little Sister when the boy came for a diplomatic mission in the Menez Continent.

Well he did get scolded by Diana for that...

Aside from those there were

so much more he couldn't recall at the moment.

'Ahhh... Maybe I was indeed a menace.' He suddenly comes to the realization as he smacks his face with his palm.

He always knew that people feared him but he did think it'd be to this extent.

" Well, it was all fun to be honest, remembering these moments makes my blood rile up. " He says to himself.

Of course he never killed anyone whom he felt was innocent enough to spare.

* CLAP!!*

David suddenly claps his hands together making a loud sound that draws the attention of the children back to him.

" Well as you could see, no Sangdaejong or David is coming for you, death wouldn't just come to you because you called it name so can you all sit and stop being sacred?" He says to them with a careful tone and soft smile.

Reluctantly they begin to sit one by one.

After they had all sat down and began to calm down, David heaves a sigh before dropping a bombshell on them;

" You see... I am indeed that David, the Sangdaejong you all fear so much is this Master of yours..."

Stunned they all sit unable to speak as they look at David with eyes wide opened.

" Yo...You are joking right?" Hoon asks hesitantly.

" You said it yourself, there's only one person with that name recorded in the history of whatever you said." David replies with a smile.

The children sit knowing not what to say, they all just stare at David.

" Yhh, I'm not as evil as you thought I'd be right? Sorry to disappoint." David says as he chuckles a bit.

" B...but all those stories... so they were all not true? Cause you don't seem like a bad person to me Master." Hwa says.

" Y...Yes, you can be quiet ruthless at time but you most certainly not a bad person..." Beom states.

David smiles as he hears this.

" Well, most of what you heard is most likely true, I did kill alot of people, but I always had a reason and I never killed anyone who I believed was innocent enough to spare." David says.

" Wh...what does that mean?" Nari asks still a bit shaken.

" Well let's say I need a man to feel a certain kind of pain due to his crimes and the only way to do that is through a loved one, then that loved one can no longer be seen as innocent as the sins of a father falls to the child so could the punishment fall upon the people around him." David says.

" Isn't that too..." Ae-Cha speaks carefully.

David heaves a deep sigh as he looks up at the moon.

" Let's assume Conan and Nari for example go out and murder a group of people, when revenge comes and finds out that you all are together, if that revenge is capable of wiping you all out without stress, would that revenge spare you all? or rather do you think it is wise the revenge spares you all?" David questions.

" N...No..." Conan replies.

" And why is that Conan? why do you think it is not wise the revenge spares you all." David asks.

" Because the ones he spares could later become a thorn at his side a sword to stab him in the back." Conan answers.

" Good, now from just two out of seven individuals, a karma of revenge has spread to all seven individuals wether innocent or not.

If a man commits a crime an Karma comes back for him, if he cannot receive the consequences, those consequences falls unto the child, whether he or she is innocent or not."

" So... if you believe that person is not innocent enough you'll kill them?" Ae-Cha asks.

" Yes and if I need to use that person to accomplish what I need to accomplish then so be it..."
