Creating A Succubus Army In A Fantasy World!-Chapter 21: Bloody Fight!
Chapter 21: Bloody Fight!
Creed barely had time to react before a tidal wave of raw power slammed into his body like a lightning storm crashing through his veins.
It was overwhelming. It was electric. It was absolutely insane!
One moment, he was bleeding out, barely able to stand and the next?
His body felt like it had been reborn.
The exhaustion? Gone.
The wounds? Healing.
The pain? Nonexistent.
Every single cell in his body felt like it was supercharged with energy. His muscles tightened, his reflexes sharpened, and his once sluggish movements became lightning-fast.
His vision grew sharper. His hearing became clearer. Even his breathing felt stronger!
"What... the hell?!" Creed gasped, his fingers trembling as he stared at them.

It was like someone had pumped pure lightning into his blood.
And then he remembered.
[Activating: Empowerment.]
The system notification.
"Lilith... what did you do?" Creed muttered in shock.
She had vanished into his tattoo. And now this?
Did she give him her power?!
Before Creed could even process what had just happened, a blur of silver fur shot towards him!
A Mid-Stage 1 Frostfang Wolf!
Its massive jaws snapped at his throat, its razor-sharp fangs gleaming under the moonlight.
"Shit!" Creed's body reacted instinctively.
He twisted to the side, barely avoiding the bite, and jabbed his spear forward.
CRACK!
The impact was monstrous. The spear didn't just stab into the wolf. It blasted through its side with enough force to send the beast flying!
Creed's eyes widened in shock. That was way too easy. Way too fast!
Normally, a Mid Stage 1 beast would take everything he and Lilith had to put down. But now?
One hit?!
His hands trembled, not with fear, but with excitement.
"Wait... I'm an idiot!" Creed suddenly slapped his forehead. Why was he standing around like some moron admiring his strength?!
He was still in the middle of a damn Beast Tide!
The emergency gate was still far away!
If he wasted even one second, he'd be—
"MOVE!"
Creed launched forward at a speed that shocked even him.
His legs pounded against the ground, but instead of struggling, his movements felt effortless.
It was like his body had become lighter. No. Not just lighter, Stronger. Faster. Sharper.
The beasts in front of him were nothing now.
A Stage 1 Scorched Lizard lunged from the side?
Too slow. Creed sidestepped and slammed his spear into its skull.
A Crimson-Eyed Ape swung at him with a rock?
Pathetic. Creed ducked, slashed its throat, and kept running.
A Wind Fang Coyote pounced at his back?
Weak. He barely turned his head, twisted mid-air, and sent a lightning-coated kick straight into its ribs...
BOOM!
The coyote exploded into the rubble, twitching on the ground.
Creed grinned wildly. This... this was power!
He blazed forward, covering an insane amount of ground in minutes.
Three kilometers down. Twelve left.
He could make it. He had to make it!
And then...
The real monsters arrived.
Creed was still running when he heard it. A deep, earth-shaking roar that rattled his bones and made the air itself tremble.
His head snapped up.
At the barrier, the lower Stage 1 and Mid-Stage 1 beasts were still piling on each other, attacking the energy dome like maniacs.
But now?
The High-Stage 1 and Stage 2 beasts were charging in.
Creed's stomach tightened. These things were actual threats.
A High-Stage 1 Venom Basilisk unhinged its massive, dripping fangs and spat a jet of acid at the barrier.
The protective energy trembled, but held firm.
A Stage 2 Shadow Panther leapt thirty meters into the air and slammed down with a shockwave attack.
Boom!
The shield rippled but still remained unbroken.
Creed let out a breath. Good. At least this Bastion's defenses weren't—
BOOOOM!
A gigantic Stage 3 Armored Rhinobeast charged forward and slammed its horn straight into the barrier!
The impact was catastrophic. The entire dome SHOOK violently.
And for the first time, the barrier flickered!
Creed's blood ran cold. He had read about this before. A Tier 5 Bastion's shield wasn't supposed to be this weak.
Sure, Tier 5 Bastions were the lowest rank among humanity's defenses, but even so...
A Stage 3 beast shouldn't be able to make the shield flicker! If this were a Tier 4 or Tier 3 Bastion, even a Stage 4 beast would barely scratch it!
But here?
The moment the first Stage 3 beast attacked, the shield was already struggling.
Creed cursed under his breath. This was the difference. Not just in power, but in resources.
A Tier 5 Bastion could barely hold against a Stage 3 beast. A Tier 4 Bastion? Wouldn't even flinch.
A Tier 3 Bastion? Would laugh.
And a Tier 2 or Tier 1 Bastion?
They had barriers so strong that even Stage 5 and Beast Lords couldn't crack them!
But here?
They were one unlucky attack away from collapse.
Creed's breath was ragged. If that barrier fell...
Then every single human inside that Bastion was going to die.
And him?
He wouldn't even have a Bastion to run to!
Creed gritted his teeth and pushed forward. He had covered 7 bloody kilometres in the past few minutes. He was close.
But was it close enough?
Because behind him the Stage 3 beasts were attacking again. And the barrier was flickering even harder.
If it broke before he reached safety...
Then nothing in this world was going to save him.
And then with a deep, mechanical hum that rattled the very air itself, the walls of the Bastion came alive.
Thousands. No, tens of thousands of sleek black cannons suddenly emerged from hidden compartments, their barrels glowing with an eerie, swirling yellow light.
For a brief moment, the battlefield fell into silence.
And then—
"BOOOOOM!"
A blinding wave of destruction erupted from the walls.
The sky was suddenly set ablaze with endless yellow energy blasts, each one screaming through the air like a shooting star.
And when those blasts hit?
Hell broke loose!
BOOOOOM!
A single shot crashed into a Crimson-Eyed Ape and the poor beast EXPLODED into nothing but burning meat and ash.
BOOOOOM!
A Venom Basilisk took a direct hit and instantly disintegrated, leaving nothing but a smoking crater where it once stood.
BOOOOOM!
A whole pack of Wind Fang Coyotes got obliterated in one blast, their corpses flung into the air like ragdolls.
It was a massacre.
The energy cannons were firing without mercy, without stopping, cutting through the horde of beasts like a divine retribution from the heavens.
Peak Stage 1 beasts?
Killed in one shot.
Low Stage 2 beasts?
Severely wounded, some even obliterated!
The battlefield became a storm of fire and chaos.
And just like that the numbers of the beasts started dwindling.
One second, the entire land was flooded with dimensional creatures. The next second, hundreds of them were already dead.
Thousands more were panicking, howling in terror, scattering away from the battlefield.
It was a slaughter; a massacre so complete that for the first time since the Beast Tide began, it looked like the Bastion actually had a chance.
The energy dome was still flickering, still barely holding on, but now?
With these cannons firing non-stop, the beasts would—
"GRAAAAHHHH!"
Creed's instincts screamed. He spun around and his heart nearly stopped.
A Peak Stage 1 Gorilla was charging straight at him!
It was massive.
Nearly three meters tall, its muscles bulged like a damn boulder, its dark gray fur bristling with pure, unfiltered rage.
And its eyes?
They were locked onto Creed like a predator that had just found its prey.
Creed swallowed hard.
This...
This was bad.
A normal Stage 1 beast was already troublesome enough to deal with.
A Mid or High-Stage 1?
They could already rip an average soldier in half. But a Peak Stage 1?
It was one step away from a Stage 2 beast!
And the worst part? Creed had no time to dodge!
The gorilla was already mid-charge, its massive fists clenched, its legs thundering across the ground, closing the distance in mere seconds.
And Creed was still standing there like a stunned idiot!
His brain finally kicked back into gear.
"Shit—!"
With zero hesitation, Creed threw himself to the side. But he was too slow.
CRACK!
The gorilla's fist grazed his shoulder and it felt like getting hit by a damn truck.
Creed's entire body spun through the air before he crashed into the dirt, rolling several meters before coming to a stop.
Pain exploded in his arm. His shoulder felt like it was shattered. But he had no time to complain.
Because the gorilla wasn't stopping!
It turned towards him again, snarling, its nostrils flaring.
And then—It charged again.
Creed barely had a second to react. This thing was too fast. Too strong!
If he didn't do something now...
He was going to die.
