The room became silent as Amara failed to answer his questions. She never expected Das would talk back like this.

In that silence their deep breaths made clear noise. Das did not backdown to her authority this time.

Finally, after understanding that she won’t be getting her sister like this, Amara calmed down.

After adjusting her throat, she opened her mouth to speak. "Das… I didn’t come here to argue with you. It’s my sister’ fault that she acted rashly. I will educate her properly. Also, you and I are fighting on same side. So, let these matters slide for now.

I guarantee that my family won’t cause any trouble from now and after war, I will give you enough power. Please…" Amara requested in a pleasing tone as she stared at Das face.

Das did not reply her immediately. After taking a long look at her, he walked back and forth for a second.

"It’s ok… I will release your sister and Bella by tomorrow. I promise that there won’t be a single scar on her." Das replied with a smile.

From the start he kidnapped them for a reason. One day is enough for him to extract that information needed from them. After that he can easily wipe their memory and send them back.

"Thank You… Thank You so much Das… I know, you are a good man. It’s all because of misunderstanding. I hope we will interact more freely in future." Princess Amara said with a happy face.

After hearing Das questions initially, she thought it will take a lot of efforts to made peace with Das. But her worries turned into smile after hearing his promise.

After a long delay Das used the moment to enquire about Farus family decisions about meeting. "Princess, If I don’t mind what do you think will happen after this meeting?"

"Hmmhh…" Amara scoffed after hearing about meeting. "What is there to think. As long as Luis is in my hands, they will succumb to Farus family. I don’t think Thomas is mad enough to lose his only son." Amara replied with a confident smile.

Das couldn’t believe the confidence in her words. If he doesn’t know the fact that she sold Luis, Das might have believed her lies.

"But what if they really want war? Will the Farus family agree to it?" Das probed again while staring at Amara’s face to see her reaction.

"I don’t think so. But if they really want war, we will give them that. Farus family is already made enough preparations for war." Amara replied with a proud face.

"Princess, aren’t you considering the fact that your opponents are two hidden family. How will the combined strength of two families match one?" Das question with an innocent look.

Das, there are things you don’t know and secrets I couldn’t tell. But I can confidently say that we can easily win the war against both Taurus family and Aries family." Amara replied with a proud face and in confident tone. She looked more alluring, charming when she spoke about war.

Das chuckled internally. Amara never could have guessed that she know far less than Das now. Das is the one who playing this war on his finger tips and she is dancing on real world based on his decisions.

Just as Das tried to ask more a hurried strong footstep came from outside. "Sir, its time for meeting. Please hurry…" the guard shouted at the door step. Stay updated with novelbuddy

"Let’s meet at the meeting. I hope we won’t have any differences after this. Thank You, Das." Princess Amara smiled before leaving. High heels mate sharp sounds as she walked.

Das stared at her back until she turned at the door step. "She is really confident. I really want to see her face when Thomas proposes for war." Das smiled in ambiguity as he prepared to leave the room.

In the austere meeting hall, the air was thick with anticipation and underlying dread, a stark contrast to the earlier chaos that had erupted.

Shastri, the Secretary of State, struggled to compose himself, the weight of his responsibility palpable in his trembling hands. Clutching the proposal treaty papers as if they were a lifeline, he attempted to project an aura of calm assurance, though his smile did little to mask his inner turmoil.

The room, charged with the tense energy of the hidden families and government officials, seemed to be holding its breath, waiting for a resolution that could steer the course of history away from catastrophe.

Major General Harries, now seated among the attendees, is lost in contemplation, his mind grappling with the potential outcomes of the summit.

Shastri, seeking some semblance of reassurance, turned to General Harries with a look of desperation.

"General, do you think they will agree to this proposal?" he asked, his voice betraying his doubt.

General Harries, his expression grave, met Shastri’s gaze. "I don’t know, Mr. Secretary. We all can only hope," he replied, his tone heavy with the burden of his thoughts.

Harries continued while staring at the papers."My brain still can’t process the consequences of war if it occurs. Think of the number of nuclear bombs and destructive weapons in the hands of these families. They could wipe the entire world if war happens."

Shastri’s hands shook more visibly at the General’s words, the severity of the situation sinking in.

At first when President gave him this task, Shashtri never thought he would face this much tension. For him, It all looked like problem of authority between two families and he thought he could easily deal with it. But the present situation is giving him chills.

Just as everyone is discussing, the Farus family patriarch stepped inside the room along with his daughter.
