Chapter 13: The Serpent King's Possession

The next day.

Zaiyila woke up very early in excitement. After dressing up and even cooking, she went back to the bed and showered Everett with kisses, waking him up.

"I cooked. Come and eat," she beamed warmly, watching him as he opened his eyes.

Everett wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer. "Why wake up so early? Sleep more," he murmured.

Zaiyila chuckled. "You forgot that today is my first day at school. I shouldn't be late," she reminded him.

"The rules don't apply to you," Everett remarked.

"Hmph, get up and come eat before the food is thirty minutes late," she puffed her cheeks, looking cute and even more beautiful.

Everett laughed and kissed her cheek. "Even if it's twenty-four hours late, I will still happily eat it," he responded.

"Err..." Zaiyila looked at him. "Yesterday..."

"You are the only one who deserves fresh and neat things every passing second. You can't care about others," Everett interrupted, already knowing what she was about to say.

"But you are not just 'others.' You are my husband," Zaiyila blinked cutely.

"My wife is the Queen," Everett stated firmly, giving her no chance to argue further.

"Alright, alright. Come and eat," she insisted.

"Let's bathe together," Everett suggested.

"I've already bathed and I've—ah!" Before she could finish her sentence, she found herself in the bathroom with the shower already on, drenching her immediately.

"Eve!" she shrieked.

Everett chuckled. "My Queen, bathing alone doesn't count. We have to bathe together every day," he grinned, helping her remove her soaked clothes.

Zaiyila sighed. "You're doing this on purpose," she accused, looking at him.

"I like it," Everett licked his lips and kissed her neck, sending shivers all over her body, rendering her weak.

She quickly melted, wrapping her arms around his neck for support. Under the cold shower, she felt an unbearable heat rising within her, making her press her body even closer to his.

Everett smirked. "My Queen, I brought you here to bathe. What are you doing now?" he whispered.

"You!" Zaiyila bit her lower lip, looking at him with pleading eyes.

Everett captured her lips, his hand traveling lower. "Wanna try a new method?" he asked softly.

"Mhm," Zaiyila responded, nodding.

Granting her permission, Everett slid two fingers inside, slowly at first, but with the help of her arousal, it became easier.

"Ah!" she moaned loudly, hugging him tighter as her whole body trembled from the overwhelming sensation.

"My Queen," Everett whispered, supporting her waist with his free hand. "How is this method?" he asked.

"Good... faster, please!" she stammered, her face flushed with excitement, her body moving eagerly.

"As you please, My Queen," he murmured, quickening his pace.

"Oh... my!" Zaiyila clung to him, screaming in pleasure.

"Scream louder, My Queen. Let me hear your melodic moans," Everett urged seductively, driving her wild.

"Eve... Eve!" Zaiyila cried out.

"I love it," Everett muttered, increasing his speed.

"Damn! Faster! I'm—ah! Eve, please...!"

She screamed at the top of her voice as she reached her climax, her energy completely drained. She could only cling to him for support.

Everett licked his fingers and kissed her neck. "My Queen is so sweet," he praised.

Zaiyila's face flushed, and she buried her head in his chest, leaving him to bathe and dress her afterward.

...

"Can you eat now?" Zaiyila murmured shyly, watching Everett, who was now on one knee, putting on her shoes for her while she sat on the bed, looking at him with full attention.

Everett chuckled. "Which food is my Queen talking about? This?" His gaze lingered on her private area. "Or this?" His eyes shifted to her chest.

Zaiyila's face turned even redder. "I'm talking about normal food that will give you energy," she whispered.

Everett stood up and moved closer to her. "Indeed, I need energy," he murmured, lowering his lips toward her chest, drawing down her dress slightly.

"Eve..." Zaiyila called, her face burning.

Everett chuckled. "Alright, enough teasing, My Queen. Let's eat first, then I'll take you to school." He adjusted her dress and carried her downstairs.

After finishing their meal, Everett carried Zaiyila in his arms and took her to a luxurious brand-new car, worth at least millions.

Sitting in the driver's seat was a man in a black suit with dark glasses hiding his eyes, while Zaiyila sat on Everett's lap as he played with her delicate pink nails.

"Eve, is he the driver?" Zaiyila whispered into his ear, afraid the man might hear her.

Everett found her action both cute and amusing but remained composed. "Yeah," he replied, his voice at normal volume.

Zaiyila glanced at the man, who seemed to be waiting patiently for Everett's command. She leaned closer to Everett again. "Wearing dark glasses while driving is dangerous," she whispered once more, waiting for his reaction.

"Remove your glasses and drive," Everett instructed simply.

"Yes," the man obediently removed his glasses, revealing his terrifying eyes before starting the car, driving at a steady pace.

Zaiyila studied him, trying to make out his features, but no matter how much she tried, she couldn't grasp them—probably because of her angle. She sighed and turned to Everett, only to find him staring at her with a bizarre smile.

"Err, why are you looking at me like that?" she asked.

Everett simply gazed at her in silence.

Zaiyila frowned in confusion. "Eve!" she called.

Everett blinked. "Nothing, just teaching a fly some manners," he remarked casually.

"Huh?" Zaiyila was even more puzzled, now looking at him with suspicion.

"Don't tire yourself out before we get there. Sleep first," Everett suggested, placing her head on his shoulder, his smile unwavering.

Zaiyila's suspicion faded instantly as she accepted his offer, inhaling his fresh fragrance, clearing her mind of worries.

Meanwhile, the driver had a pained expression on his handsome face. "Serpent Queen, why must you pay attention to me?! The King just showed me real hell just now—I'm sure my back is covered in scars already!" he cried inwardly.

Everett, now certain that Zaiyila wasn't watching him, turned his gaze cold and murderous, directing it at the pitiful driver.

The driver shuddered and subconsciously sped up.
