"We were worried about you and Shuu, so we headed here as soon as we could. Is Shuu alright? Should we get a doctor to get him checked out?"

Reina asked, diverting attention from Liam and onto the more important issues.

"Hmm, you are right. We should get Shuu checked out to make sure nothing is wrong with him."

Shuu felt his face burn in humiliation. He did not want to be seen by anyone-at least, not with these marks covering his body.

But Prince Kaiden seemed to have made up his mind, and he had no choice but to nod and follow.
